Have uninstalled, done the migration only for Orbx to tell me that there are no downloads available for this product. No manual download available either..... Anyone else getting the same? G

Hi, I've just installed ChasePlane but when I load it up, the splash screen appears, then it closes pretty much straight away then it restarts itself and so on, I can't see what any error messages are saying as it won't stop long enough for me to see it. Any suggestions? Kind regards, Charlie

Hello all did a successful flight this morning but loaded up the sim a few minutes ago and now CP is acting up. All my camera presets are showing movement in the PAN camera window as if a control is stuck. As a result, the presets continuously change with the green check mark to save a preset active. Not sure how to fix this. Anyone?

I've been using Chaseplane since it was first released. A recent odd behavior which I've noticed this week. When I'm viewing any of my exterior presets, sometimes I hold the middle mouse button down and then use my arrow keys to move around the aircraft. While doing this, sometimes Chaseplane begins zooming out on its own. If I switch camera views (interior/exterior) each view starts where its supposed to, but then keeps zooming out. The only way I've found to stop this behavior is to shut down Chaseplan and then restart it. Anyone else seeing this behavior recently? Jerry

Hello All, Im running P3dV4.5 and recently my ChasePlane prompted me to update (Id say a week ago maybe?). Since then, my CP has been acting buggy. For one, the mouse wheel scroll onnly works in the cockpit for about 10-20 seconds then stops. If I click the CP window open, then back to P3D, it works again for 10-20 sec etc. Also I noticed, if I change the zoom on a camera, it resets itself after a few minutes. Any ideas?

Hello, I have a problem with chaseplane. For some reason , I am getting this error message "you have reached the maximum number of computers allowed for your account." What exactly does this mean? Why I am getting this kind of message? I am already using one desktop computer, I have no other computer. What do I need to do ? Can someone explain to me?

I have setup a ViewGroups configuration using LCDDesigner Panel Pro software for a triple monitor setup in P3Dv4. It looks terrific without using CP and view movement in the cockpit is done by using the default key assignments for P3D. When CP is launched, CP does not seem to work with the ViewGroups setup configuration and snaps back to the default view. I understand ViewGroups is a new concept with P3Dv4 and may not be compatible with CP. Does anyone have any insight to this using ViewGroups triple monitor setup and its' integration with CP? Hi all, I have a strange issue, I use VR (Prepared v4.5 native VR) and it works great with chase plane except for one aspect: when in the air, external views somehow interact with the model when close. I have to move the view a long way from the aircraft for the interference to stop and be able to see the full model again. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm getting really bad screen flickering when I look around the VC using the middle mouse button. It only happens with A2A aircraft and only when I'm in rainy weather. I'm using P3D 4.5 and windows 10

What is the best way to disable ChasePlane's camera motions effects in order to use the movement effects that come with PMDG's Boeing 737 NGXu's? Although I did put all sliders to 0 in the Movements options, I have got the feeling that this didn't completely disable the Chaseplane's camera movements. Any of you have any ideas what I might have been doing wrong or overlooked? Thanks

Hello, Started up the most recent version of chaseplane and it seems it's no longer working correctly. My views are all messed up, none of my camera change/toggle buttons work and mouse pan isn't functioning either. Restarting chaseplane (sim running) doesn't work either as the app doesn't even start. Hello, When I assign keys to ChasePlane functions, if I use a shift or control key to do so it currently distinguishes between the left or right shift/ctrl key. Is there any way to get ChasePlane to just see this as "Shift" instead of "L Shift" or "R Shift" (or in the Ctrl key case, "Ctrl" instead of "L Ctrl" and "R Ctrl"? The reason I ask is because FSUIPC only reads these as "Shift" or "Ctrl". It doesn't distinguish between left or right keys. When trying to map a joystick button to a key press for ChasePlane, I'm unable to trigger any action mapped to a Ctrl or Shift function. Hello, i recently encountered a problem where chaseplane would crash when p3d has finished loading a flight. i have tried loading p3d in the pmdg 737 and fslabs a320 and a321 but it keeps doing this. it is annoying because i use chaseplane for all my cameras so maybe someone knows a fix? Goodday all, I am considering to obtain CP but before that I would like to know how do you navigate throughout the cockpit and outside the plane. I have seen many You Tube examples but it is not clear for me. Do you use the mouse for this and if yes does it not conflict with the cursor? Nearly every session, and for any plane, Many button assignments no longer work until I reassign. Sometimes the NA+ is still present or has been removed, This is a really tiresome process and has become a genuine irritation. Example: Yesterday I had to reassign Six of Ten internal and Four of Seven external views. All my views are assigned as "Named". Isn't there some way to save each set by aircraft? Maybe I have missed something in the user's manual. Neal H.

Id like to know, does Chase Plane work in VR mode with all his features (like saving new view, angles, zoom, new flyby view ect)?

I have 2 pc ( older and newer ) and 2 accounts and 2 purchased chaseplane software On the second newer pc after 4 weeks successful use they suspend me 2 days ago for no reason. I reported tis immediately to their support but response is not arrived. I purchased chaseplane again today and I received a additional activation serial. But they request an additional account. I did not found a way to make a third account. I have only 2 valid mail adresses. A very unhappy situation. Hope for help. Roger

Chaseplane seems to have devloped a problem where Chaseplane tries to start but closes and the only thing Chaseplane related that seems to stay running is "ChasePlane_Bridge". Iv tries multiple systems restarts and uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing seems to fix it.

This aircraft seems to be the only one with this problem . When i 1st bought it on sale a week ago, the 1st time i loaded it and went into spot view to look around with my joystick hat switch it was panning very jerky and i said 'oh no here we go again my frames are knocked down to 4' but it turns out the frames are fine but with this bird it only goes into Locked Spot view and when i select just 'spot' in the View section it won't stay and just stays in locked spot , every other aircraft i can select 'Spot' and not Locked . Is this something i can change in Chase plane settings ---- thanks Louis-- (Alberta )

Hi, when trying to reinstall Chase Plane my PC appears to be blocking the VFX installer, stating the administrator has blocked the app from starting. Details of the file show the certificate has been revoked. I have already cleaned my registry but no joy. Thanks, Colin

Hello, I hope everyone had a fantastic New Years Eve! :) My issue is appearing after I create a new camera view inside Chaseplane. When I right-click on the new view and choose "Assign Button", the button assignment window opens, and the application prompts me to press the button I want to assign to the specific view. No mater what button I press on the keyboard or joystick Chaseplane does not register that I have pressed any key. I have tried: 1. Running Chaseplane, and ChasePlane_Bridge as Admin 2. Hi I just got chase plane and I Ike the feel of it etc. However I am having difficulty (it wont work) with no internet connection. It and will not move. I hope this can be fixed as it reads in the manual "x.x.x folder contains local information for aircraft, camera presets and other files required to run ChasePlane offline." I can’t get chase plane to load. Never had a problem with it before, but tonight i loaded a flight and chaseplane failed to start when the plane finished loading. I attempted to manually start it but as the program ran thru it’s startup, it stops and closes at the splash screen when checking for updates. What gives? I was really looking forward to flying tonight. i am on P3DV4.5 using chaseplane v1.0.44. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Since about a week I cannot get Chaseplane to connect to the servers. It's always "offline" I have added an exclusion to my Firewall rules.
