Hello, I'm trying to get some help with the password reset feature on the website so that I can actually manage my account. So far, it doesn't look like I'm getting anywhere because when I hit "reset my password," nothing happens after it says it's sent me the link to get it reset. I've checked my junk mail, spam, etc..., folders and I've had no luck. Does anyone on here know how I can get some help with this? I'd like to reinstall my PrepitFX for the 737 Immersion. Hello, when starting up VFX Central the program closes and the crash report says: Exception: "Can't find parts of the path "D:\FSX\SimObjects" (loose translation from German). There is no such path in the simobjects.cfg neither in P3D v3 nor v4. The only way I can get rid of this issue is creating that (empty) subfolder "D:\FSX\SimObjects". I had FSX installed before so there might be another simobjects.cfg lingering around on my system, but would appreciate any pointers how to get rid of this issue in a more elegant manner. I have set VFX Central to only start with P3D v4 currently. So it shouldn't even be checking any FSX-related settings? …

Do you also have issues with the servers , cant downloadf anything in VFX Central. Quite annoying after buying a 40 dollar product... Lucas

Great job, guys! You've outdone yourselves with some amazing effects. With the new release of the PMDG 747-400 (and the 747-8i to come), have you considered making condensation for wings and engines, etc? Guaranteed, I will give you all of my money for this. Lol!

Hi guys, I just tried to register on your page to buy Chaseplane after hearing glowing reviews - the expense should be worth it. (I've used EZDok 1 for a long time, but have issues using it with P3D v3) However I didn't receive an activation link on my Gmail account. Don't know if this is a known issue, but maybe it's something to take a look at given the popularity of Gmail. Meanwhile I've registered on a different address and got the link immediately, so it's not totally out.

(I had a 5 day outage in my neighborhood a while back and still get several 5-15 minute blips a day.)

It appears that FSFX server is down for some time now. Please staff, correct this. I didn´t know that FSFX addons only work with server connection (My internet is good and rarely is down). If i knew that before it would be in my "buy decision list" for sure. Is the info about this "server side request" feature available in any FSFX page? Does the user have access to this important information before buying? Cannot see this now, because their site is down too.

Got a bit of an issue with VFXCentral. I can't seem to install any of the products I have properly. I can't install 737 Immersion, 777 immersion or anything else. 777 Immersion is weird because it says I need to have the aircraft installed and I do have it installed on FSX It doesn't ask me where to install it, it just says right away "The target aircraft must be installed for this product to work. Please refer to your product's manual." Also the weirdest one if the Trike Immersion pack. It says the same thing and that's a default aircraft. The A320 seems to work on P3D V3.1. Also the PreciptFX doesn't work either. No idea what's going on. I am running everything as admin…

Hi Folks, Question - I realize you guys improved the volumetric lights in fog and mist - but during the day or night without fog or mist - they are just pretty bland white painted surfaces... Would you possibly be able to improve this a bit such as Carenado did here on their PC-12 ? It has a nice lens flare effect from the front but disappears from the side view - actually works pretty well and adds a little visual interest to the lights... Thanks for the consideration... I tried in the FSX forum but no response, so I'll try here. Can anyone tell me, the developer for one, if there is any conflict with FSFX for the Q400 and NGX while using Active Sky's cloud motion/low vis options? Given that these are AS16 effects, in addition to the light enhancing cloud effect at night with AS16, will the volumetric lights or other effects conflict?? And performance reports too, thx Chris

Hi, I just downloaded VFX Central, Installed it and started it. The first thing it does seems to do an update. So it downloads some data and tries to update, but it fails because WIndows says via a popup window: "Copy Error. The process cannot access to file "...VFXCentral.exe" because it is being used by another process." And VFXCentral closes. Every launch, same behaviour. So, what to do? I am with W7 ultimate and have FSX and P3D V3.4. Thanks. Patrice.

What do you think it will be? Personally, I think it will be an EZDOK replacement.
