Hi, At VFX Central it shows 2 options Product Updates (In-App) - Product Updates (Emails). I can't activate anyone. The automatic update is active but I can't deactivate for example. The only option I can activate or deactivate - Launch VFXCentral with ..... It's something that's not availabe yet, as I can't enable? Also VFX Central APP updates are also in-app or something manually? Thanks.

Hi, Im using FSX Steam edition with Steve's DX10 fixer. Since installing both 737 immersion and Precipit FX I have been encountering random 1-2 second stutters. I have never suffered from any stutters previously. Could this be the cause? I'm going to uninstall both programs to try and isolate the problem. I know stuttering is a complex area and could be caused by a multitude of issues but my experience tells me with FSX that if you have a sudden issue its usually to do with the last thing you changed. Any ideas? Thanks

Due to the addons being in VA Central ie 777 and A320 I am unable on my account on webpage to reset them and there is nowhere to reset them within VA Central either. Peter

Hi lads, Before you say it, yes I have read the previous thread about this and it still isn't working. I have just downloaded this literally 30 seconds ago after purchasing 737 immersion and it was updating. After I opened the program after updating it, I click on the sign in part of the interface and it crashes to desktop. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Greg

Hi guys. I downloaded and overwrote the file, but GSX still has the same deicing textures - that annoying flat line. Any ideas? I'm using P3D v2.4 Thank you!

Hi All, I had an issue with the latest W10 update that caused me to have to rebuild my entire P3D set up and folders. I forgot to uninstall the immersion packages and now I cannot remove them or reinstall them. Uninstalling them just flashes a box quickly but nothing happens. Re running the installer and I get the following error log. Any thoughts? I see how awesome the effects are for the 777 but my favorite plane is the 737. I know this is for support inquiries, but where else am i going to post for an answer on this topic. I know I can't be the only one wanting this effect for the 737NGX. I am genuinely interested in the product as well as your Precipitation FX, but would much rather have a 737 immersion version to buy right now. Please let me know if this is at all being considered or even a possibility to happen with the NGX. Thank you in advance, Raul

I get this error when I start VFXCentral ... VFXCentral does not actually start, I see the splash screen with "Loading Awesomeness..." then just close and nothing else except this error below in the OS Event Log: Application: auto_updater.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. I purchased 737 Immersion and after install, VFXCentral Your Products page shows it in green with caption "Modify/Uninstall". I subsequently purchased PrecipitFX and after install, there is a separate PrecipitFX shortcut created which enables the effects however in VFXCentral Your Products page, PrecipitFX shows up in teal with caption "Download". Why does it not show up in green as this product has been installed? I would imagine VFXCentral is the place to consolidate all FSFX package products?

Down the road after all these great immersions, can we hope to see an immersion for PMDG's 747 V2? I firmly believe that the 737 immersion is just the start of many great things from FSFX. Happy Holidays.

I've mentioned this problem before and was wondering if there has been a fix yet for this? When at an airport using cold weather preset, i see a lot of AI aircrafts blowing out a lot of smoke from the tail, and when you pan around the airport from above, it looks very unrealistic, has this been fixed yet? Other than that, I love this add-on!

Hey Kevin, I saw your new video about 737 immersion for the volumetric lights, that we can see it from the flight deck with the right condition. My question is, would all these new effects (volumetric rains as well) be added to the T7? Regards

Hi, I just bought 737 immersion and i tried to download it via VFX Central, but after installing VFX Central and starting it, it says downloading update...it goes to 100% and than it crashes everytime.. What could this be? Or is there another link ti 737 immersion? Marc

I'm using P3D v3, and it shows up when I'm using the default airport, I believe is Langley AFB in Virginia, but when I switch to one of my 3rd party add-on airport such as FSDT KIAH, the Rain/Snow effects aren't showing up on the runway. I was hoping that this add-on would work everywhere, not just the built-in default airports. :( Kind of disappointed since I don't fly at any default airports.

I've gone through numerous attempts to install precipitFX to P3Dv3 on Win10 pro, but, I keep getting "Wrong combination of OldProp ID and Password". Cut and pasting the password doesn't help. In my OldProp ID account, it shows my password is activated. What can I do to successfully install it? How can I contact you with my proof of purchase details?

Hi, i have several issues with your website, updates. etc... 1.) it seems you ssl connection is being broken, at least my browser says this 2.) no live update possible (777 Immersion, PrecipitFX) trying for an hour 3.) your website doesnt like my all my browsers (opera, chromium) 4.) your website is at least as slow as avsim :mad: One question left: I want to migrate to P3Dv3 soon. Your website says i have one activation each left. What do i have to do to keep it?
