Just got this message after logging in onto my second PC, and as stupid as i am i forgot that this would happen. Is it possible to get it solved in less than 24-48 hours am a bit stressed and sad now atm?

I just reinstalled my P3dv4 few days ago when I try to login to VFXCentral to install my effects I got prompted " This account was suspended, please contact us at account@(censored).com" . I've sent multiple emails to support and I still haven't gotten any response.

I am going to have 2 seperate computers (1) with P3dV4.2 Academic and (2) with Professional Licenses. My question is will I have any issues using my ChasePlane and Precipt for both?

Hello, I just bought Chaseplane via fsfxpackages.com - I received the serial-number via e-mail. I activated the serial-number in my account at fsfxpackages.com. But I can´t see the activated product. Then I downloaded an installed VFXCentral. I still can´t see any product. Again, trying activating the serial-number in VFXCentral: "The serial number you entered was already activated." That is true, but it doesn´t help. I can´t see any product in fsfxpackages.com and in VFXCentral. I have no idea what to do. Greetings. Alda

I bought chasep[alne & received my serial No. I d/l & installed VFX Central & logged in to it. It asked for serial # which I entered. It then said that the serial had already been entered. Nowhere can i see how to download chaseplane???????????? Can anyone help please. Apparantly the devs take 24-48b hours to get back which is rather sad as I have set time aside tomorrow to check it out. Not brilliantly happy! :(

Just got off work and was about to fly in P3Dv4.1 when I got a maximum number of computers message. I guess this happened when I pulled my old flight box out of the closet that had P3Dv3.4 on it. I'm planning on making the old box into a client and just fired up the old P3D for one last time before the format. I sent an email to the address that displayed and also went into the support system. I take it takes around 24 to 48 hours resolve this?

Hello, I am trying to start using VFXCentral : my sim user is a standard, not Admin user as all user's account should be. To install, I am requested to run the installer under Admin user - so far so good. But, to run VFXCentral one also need admin authority (launching under the sim user don't work).. Please indicate how to solve this issue as I will not give admin authority to my sim user. Thanks for your suggestions

Hi, I was looking through the products, and and I'm trying to understand the differences. I see precipitfx has contrails, jet wash, etc. and the same about immersion. What exactly is the difference? What does immersion packages provide that precipitfx doesn't? Also is it mostly for ppl that like watching the plane from the outside mostly? (Or do videos, replays, etc) Lastly, as of now (oct 2017), and with p3d v4/v4.1... does precipitfx *really* provide things p3d doesn't ? (Or at least improve on like the crappy rain fsx has for example, or is p3d rain now better?) Thanks for whatever info you provide, trying to decide if I should purchase or not.

Hi All, I've just bought preciptFX and the 737 & 777 immersions and I have to say I am totally impressed. Majestic have announced they're expecting the update of the Dash8 for P3Dv4 to be released very soon, will the immersion package work immediately for this, or will it need updating on your end first? To Whom it may concern, I have recently purchased PrecipitFX from your website and everything went in fine. When I was about to activate my product it says that’s its been activated? I don’t see it listed on VFX central when I open it. I believe that before purchasing it said to link up to my account and i pressed that button. I have the serial and everything, please help!
