787 Immersion Support

Dear all very good everybody ! I am new to the virtual flight and it Is really great. I have bought the 787 QW and I find it not up to be called a good product , but it could be me that I did something wrong or I am not able to set it properly . So in this case I take everything back about the product . So pleased HELP ME On the other hand I have 3000 hours on 787 so I know what I am talking about . Let’s start with the biggest problem of this product . VNAV... I set up a departure from London any SID with crossing point .. first it’s at 4000 ft second at 5000 and next one 6000. Has anybody got the QW 787 immersion to work properly. I purchased it via ORBX and have yet to get it to work. I have the PMDG 747 which works ok. Any help appreciated Ron Service

Hello, i have purchased 787 immersion for P3D v4 and i get an error saying FSUIPC is not installed when i am running the latest version (version 6) and it 10000% works in game because i use it to bind my joystick; please help because otherwise i've wasted £25

Hey all. I purchased 787 Immersion for T7 74 and 78. They are all up and working except for the 78. When I am loaded up with the aircraft and go to the immersion tab, it states that i am not connected and not installed. VFX Central is telling me different. I have done a couple of fresh installs and reinstalled FSUIPC5 but still no joy. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. David Bell

Hey Kevin, just bought a 787 Immersion license, never received my serial to add my product nor do I see it on my account. Paypal transaction ID is 2LT84056SS160612B. My account email that i use is different from my paypal accounts....never had an issue with all the other stuff I bought from you; I hope thats not the case here. Hi there, The volumetric wing vortices, are not what they look like on your previews on the 787. This is what im getting when im flying with high humidity, and was wondering if there is any way around it that i can get it looking much more realistic?

In all products everything works well, except landing lights on the Qualitywings 787, even on the 787 the taxi lights work well, but not the landing, and check the settings requested in the manual and I think everything is fine, Any ideas, Regards,

Got a question... What do I need to tweak so I can see the volumetric lights in dusk even in good weather to imitate something like PMDG 777 has? I was taking off in early dawn today and I guess FSX doesn't see that as night anymore cause with ALL lights turned on (and I mean all including runway lights) I couldn't even see taxiway center line. So annoying and a massive immersion killer. Hope there's something I can do since technically your product already has volumetric lights. Or maybe you can add this option? Would make huge difference. I just bought FSFX QW787, but the serial is already registered. I can not register. I did not share the serial number with anyone else. please help me When I enter the serial number, The serial number you entered was already activated is printed
