I subscribe to Navigraph. Can anyone tell me the path that I should put into the Navigraph FMS Data Manager so that the Airac in Pilot2ATC gets updated?

I've been enjoying P2ATC thoroughly but am having one issue: at my home airport, KFRG, the program refuses to route me to Runway 01--it always routes me to Runway 32 instead. I investigated this using Taxi Maintenance. All of the runways and taxiways appear to be there and properly configured. But even there, the RouteToRunway button still routes me to RW32 instead of RW01 when I set RW01 to the active, no matter where I place the airplane. All other runways get proper routing. I even tried importing another KFRG scenery version (XP 11.30 contained an update for it), and I still get this issue. Any ideas? Greg

Dave, See attached log. Flight from KSAN to KPDX - everything ran fine until ATC gave me my arrival procedure. Never heard another word from ATC - not to decent nor to hand off to another controller. Everything was still active in Pilot2ATC main GUI and hopefully you can tell what may have happened from the log. Please let me know if you need more info. You can use the link below to view which language packs contain speech packs, just scroll down to the VOICE section, and in the P2ATC manual, page 112, it shows how to add a language pack. I validated and file my flight plan. (accepted) I filed it with voice for IRF clearenace (accepted) Request to Taxi told me first contact ground (accepted) Called ground and requested taxi and approved. Taxi path marked blue on moving map to runway (accepted) Followed the path and reached short hold and requested "ready for departure" Ground told me to call tower Called tower and asked "ready for departure" Tower told me to call ground for taxi Called ground and asked ready for departure Ground tells me to call tower. I can't get out of this loop.

Since some time I noticed ATC is very strict with assigning higher altitudes during departure climb. For example, my last flight took me out of ENBR via the REKL1C departure. I filed a Cruise Alt of 280 and the departure part of the flight plan looked like this: ENBR RW17 UNPUT (5000ft) BR521 (FL075) GISUK (FL120) REKLI (FL240) VALDI (FL280) ... I was cleared to 4000 ft initially, then i was cleared to FL100, which i reached after UNPUT. I had to level off as I didn't receive a higher clearance. At waypoint BR521 I was cleared to FL120 which i reached shortly after just to level off again. At GISUK I was given FL240…

Hi Dave, I've been a very happy customer of Pilot2Atc for almost a year now. Recently, however, my PC setup had to change since my second monitor died and I had to get a replacement. For several reasons, I have to use my replacement monitor in portrait mode (i.e., rotated by 90 degrees). Alas, the GUI setup of Pilot2Atc is not really optimal for that, as it is meant to be used in landscape mode. I was wondering if there is any chance that we might get an option at some point so that it can also take advantage of potrait mode. What would work quite well on a 1080p resolution, perhaps, is to have the map take up the top third of the window, the flight plan use the midd…

Hi all, I am in need of some advice on setting up Pilot2ATC on 3 x networked computers basically using P3D v4.2, ActiveSky, Prosim737 and PFPX. Have tried using Vatsim, but the quaity of voice is terrible & often muffled, and ATC is rarely available in Australia at both the departure or arrival airports (or at any airport), so l would like a program like Pilot2ATC so l have constant ATC that l can talk and interact with on every flight. Whilst l don’t need all the features of Pilot2ATC as l am happy using Navigraph and it’s moving map on an iPad, the PTT feature is really what l am after. My setup is: a. I'm sure you are very busy with a long backlog already, but would you consider adding support for it to connect directly to Aerowinx 747 PSX rather then P3D and Xplane? Unfortunately, when using PSX, P3D and XP don't report the correct values P2ATC needs to function. I'll be happy to pay extra for the new feature.

I been Googling but not making much progress. I am not a real pilot so I am not familiar with these terms. I need help on how to determine the correct planned Ground Speed. I am not sure what this means? Should it be Ground Speed at Top of Cruise, Top of Decent or average GS for the duration of the entire flight? Or is it simply aircraft cruise speed at the FL? I am flying TBM 900 between PAOT and PANC which is 475 NM. Absolutely loving Pilot2ATC, but do have some issues and questions with the TRIAL version.... Firstly, it takes about 5 minutes from clicking on CONTINUE TRIAL to the Pilot2ATC screen opening. Is this normal? Not a n issue, just wondering. Once loaded, Pilot2ATC takes between 2-3 minutes to connect to X-Plane. I have heard it should take a matter of seconds. I have tried without my Firewall and AV running, but it's still the same. Is there anything I can look into what's causing the slow connection? Note: I do have Pilot2ATC installed in subfolders (G:\Games\Pilot2ATC_2018_x64) Any help would be much appreciated Thank you. Demon

Hi, KBOS to KORF. Cruise Alt FL280. No SID and no STAR. ILS Approach R23 with CCV IAF. ATC did not give me any descent so I started to descend on my own over KORF and I had to backtrack to CCV and catch the ILS. I'm using Xplane 11.3 RC1. Am I doing something wrong ? I got the "expect ILS R23 with CCV transition" but never got the descent.I am using 2.5.0.6x64_R5. I will send the log to [email protected] many thanks cheers Louis

Good morning, (sorry for my English). I have two questions: 1) Is it possible for ATC (pilot2atc) to react when I fly contrary to a set route? I have never received information from ATC that I amn "Off course"... When I fly away from the route of a fixed flight plan and ATC is silent, even when I fly in the opposite direction many, many ... miles ... (I do not expect ATC to be a vector for me along the entire route, but I will say that I am not going where I should and will help, how to get back on a set route). 2) I am using Windows 7 without a speech recognition system. Is it possible to use an external program for Pilot2Atc to work using the voice ??? …

I've played quite a bit with taxi maintenance, and come up with some improvement suggestions. I'd like to hear your opinion, Dave! 1. Multi-clicking and renaming taxiways, several segments a time. 2. Clicking the taxiways is tedious work, since they are so narrow and the clickable region so small. Zooming doesn't really help. Could you make the selection easier by making the taxiways wider? 3. Route to Runway sometimes hangs up the whole program. This happened once today. Restarted, with same parameters, and it worked like a charm. 4. Showing the route in screen is great, but what about also listing the taxi instructions textually? This way I could che…

I am cleared to FL200, have reached FL200 as indicated on my altimeter, I am above the transition level of FL180 (inside the U.S.) and have therefore switched to standard barometric pressure (29.92), yet P2A repeatedly commands an expedited climb to FL200??? (i.e., the altitude I have already reached). My "Allowed Altitude Variance" is set at the default of 150 ft. I notice that if I climb to ~20,400 ft., P2A stops complaining that I am below my cleared altitude. Question: Why the discrepancy between my indicated altitude and the altitude at which P2A detects the plane to be? Thanks in advance for any assistance. hey there! i´m on the latest trial and after filing a flight plan and getting clearance for take off there is no atc for me other than correcting altitude, but no course correction after I´m in the air. it gave me only once the "you are off course, plz turn..." when I was many miles in a opposite direction. isn´t it supposed to tell me to fly to the next waypoint according the sid in the flight plan?

I have just created a route from EGGD to EGJJ in PFPX. When I import the plan .pln into Pilot2ATC the SID is there but there is no STAR even though the STAR routing appears in the OFP in PFPX. I also have an older route from EGGD to EGKK and the same thing happens with that i.e no STAR. I have also tried many other .pln files and the vast majority seem to import both the SID and the STAR. Is this a bug? PS am running the Airac 1809

Does tower only respond to “Clear of the active” when clear of a runway? I’m used to stating the actual runway, I.e. “Clear of Runway 20 Right”, but can’t get tower to respond to that (no response at all). Thanks!
