PMDG 777

On flying a SID departing from Turin airport (LIMF - ITALY) RW36 I see that the commanded speed is far above the ones I see associated to SID wpts. The commanded speed is 320kts while it should not exceed 220kts. As you can see in the attached screenshots, while the legs page shows at the topmost wpts in the page a speed of 220kts, the vnav and progress pages show an econ spd equal to 320kts, which is the one the T7 tends to and reaches as it can be seen on the speed tape The point is, I never entered such a speed while pre-flight configuring the T7 FMC and this speed does not appear to my knowledge in the SID definition. Today FSGRW released an update to the program allowing the following: 1. The flight planner now supports PMDG 777 RTE flight plans 2. The flight planner now supports exporting enroute wind data for the PMDG 777 FMC. PFPX v 1.09 added: 1. FIXED PMDG777 WEATHER UPLINK FILE So I am confused now how to go about using FSGRW data in PFPX and then importing it all into the 777. Can someone please explain in plain english the steps needed to use the FSGRW wx data in PFPX and then importing the wind data into the 777 FMC? Many thanks.

Tonight I decided to fly the T7 from Barcelona to Helsinki. I have the Aerosoft Mega airport for each. I have made a special saved setting for the T7 which works fine for flying into UK2000 Heathrow and Fly Tampa Dubai and Athens. I arrived at dusk at Helsinki( not interned but I forgot that we had passed the equinox). On flying downwind past EFHK I heard the dreaded pinging sound which stopped once I was approx 5 miles past EFHK, turning onto final the pinging started again and then I ran out of memory. Good job PMDG! two quick questions please 1 Has anybody managed to get the dbs airport gps working in the T7-if so could you please advise what you put in the panel config. 2 How do you change the flight control mode in the lower cdu-it says normal-I read some where you can change it in the FMC-I can not see it. Hi, With 737 NGX, i have no problem with that procedure. But with the T7, no possibilities of intercepting a vor radial when in HDG mode. Please, how can i do because i wanna train in VOR approaches. ? Thanks a lot. Gilles

Hello, Can someone please tell me what these knobs are for? Cause they dont seem te have much function. With the NGX a similar knob lighted the holder for the charts near the window, that is not the case here. Thank you in advance

I have had a CTD 4 times while attempting to complete the RNP approached into NZAA. Are there any know issues with RNP approaches with the t7?

here is a panel shot, it is supposed to be at 320 knots in a climb, instead it kept climbing while losing airspeed.

I have done a search and guess I can't find it. Here is the problem... A couple of the VA's I fly for have their VAFS prescribed weights for certain aircraft. I would like to be able to go with the values that I have computed. Vs the three stock fuel and payload amounts derived in the FMC. Hello. I have fsx set up on a separate hard drive and keep getting this error: Unable to locate fsx.exe. Unable to install. How do i fix this?

as the title says sometimes the engines still run after I have switched the cut off to off . they appear to run down on the eicas but there is still sunning sound and thrust like normal and gex is asking me to shut down the engines but I cant? kav

On climb this morning, everything appeared to work correctly, except that both N1 indication were boxed in a red line. No EICAS messages nor Master Caution light/wail. Unfortunately, my PC then had a BSOD with 'A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor....' so I currently have greater problems than red boxes! I have searched through the available manuals but they have not helped. Any ideas?

I like to have the plane capture the g/s in APP mode and disengage the a/p when I'm at around 1000ft AGL and hand fly the landing. I was landing at EKCH 22R yesterday and as soon as I landed I got a "NO AUTOLAND" warning and TO thrust was engaged. I didn't have the volume loud enough to hear the engines properly so by the time I realized what was going on so I could turn off a/t, it was too late. Is this a bug or is there a reason this could have happened? (I am 100% certain I didn't accidentally touch the TO/GA switch)
