Does anyone have the full (Non-Demo) version of Imaginesim's KAUS working in Prepar3d v2.4? The demo seems to work but I have seen some challenges with Imaginesim Singapore in P3D so am not willing to risk it without some advice from the community. THank you in advance

I like to installed into p3dv2 as I really like these birds but wonder if it causes any problem. Will I install it with the estonia migration or just change it into p3dv2 roots? Thanks in advance!

I just purchased FSX Global and have noticed that everywhere I fly, the scenery keeps popping up. I believe since I just bought FTX Global, that it would have the latest service pack 1.30. I don't think it's my computer. My computer is a i5 4570k oc to 4.2ghz and a 770gtx. I'm only using the A2A 172R for the flying. I also have FSX and FTX Global on a dedicated hdd that's been defragged. ORBX is new to me and thought I'd purchase global since I don't want to be restricted having to buy separate photo scenery areas. I have watched many youtube videos and haven't noticed any popping up scenery. If anybody knows anything about this and how to fix it, it would be greatly appr…

I have installed the whole Monte, including FTX Global Base Pack, FTX Vector and FTX Europe Open Land Class. All of the Europe Land Class areas are working fine, except for EU7, which is Spain, Southern France and Italy. For some reason all of the rivers in EU7 contain the unwanted trees and buildings in the water. I have uninstalled both the FTX Vector and EuropeOpenLC. Then reinstalled them (downloaded from a different FTX server), updated appropriate FTX updates, and well as the current FTX libraries. I think my scenery.cfg is OK, as I have the vector entries above the landclass ones. I have tried everything I can think of and no luck. I put an entry in t…

So recently i found out that ive been flying around with this problem without me noticing: I recently Bought FTX Palm Springs and i didn't notice this problem before i bought it. I also have some Scenery installed for the Los Angeles area but I have no idea where the location of it is and can't find it to remove it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. thanks

I'm wondering which HDR setting affects the dark levels? This pic lacks much contrast because of the overly dark scene. Can I brighten the darkest areas of HDR with a setting change?

Greetings Gentleman, I have a notebook where I run secondary applications on a network to communicate with my main sim machine. I already have Simconnect setup for FSX, but I cannot find any tutorials on setting up Simconnect for P3D. Amongst others, I want to run Active Sky Next on my notebook via Simconnect. I just purchased a new SSD where I installed P3D 2.4 (so clean install) and am setting things up now so that all is ready for when the T7 is released - hopefully this year still. I am thinking about going to P3D. I have searched the forum and from what I can see you must pay for the updates. I do not see any kind of prices. ($10, $50, etc.) Can anyone help? Does the update price change with the different license? How often does LM update?

What would this even look like? Features? Considering the advances that LM has made in the development of v1 and v2, I toy with dreaming of what v3 could bring.

Hi everyone i'm here because i meet a problem since the p3d v2.4 is realeased i flew on cessna skywagon cutlass II alabeo etc all is perfect average 39-60fps on orbx addons and large hubs but when i want to fly on the qw 757 (p3d version) or faichild razam my fps drop in vc view around 15-20 fps and no difference if i reduce the setting (autrogen tesselation etc) and no weather engine sky clear (i know its more complex than a cessna ) but the strange thing is my graphic card is around 30% of usage and my processor is around 50-60% ( the first core is free for windows only) my config is i7 4960x oc 4.50ghz n780 ti oc 3go 12go ram corsair 1600mhz and my hdd is WD 1TO I…

I'm slowly getting the hang of P3D and it's a nice simulator indeed! Lots to like but, just like FSX there are things I 'wish' it had. It would be wonderful if I could find a way to get real time weather and have the P3D ATC pay attention to it. I have looked around at the weather engines and such but I'm not sure it would affect how the P3D ATC reacts. Speaking of ATC, some of the airports I have used seem to be deserted even though they have traffic control in real life...one is the South Lake Tahoe airport in California along with a couple of others... I wonder if an addon ATC program would be able to 'generate' ATC for those sort of 'as the need arises'... Ot…

Hi all. First off let me say, I am an current X-Plane 10.31 user. I do have P3Dv2.4 installed, and i can see its potential. I would REALLY REALLY like to use it....But one thing holds me back, and I have been unable to find any satisfactory answers. Stuttering, ok its not like texture loading or anything like that, its simply like the ground is skipping as I fly. It is noticeable when I look left or right out of the cockpit. I have tried locking frame rate, triple buffering options etc... I am also on the LOWEST settings until I resolve this and then begin cranking them up. Can I force P3D to reset the flight (eg. after an aircraft crash) to the one I chose at the start screen? Atm it always resets to the F35/Langley AFB scenario. Thanks!

Hello, I,ve installed P3d (did not have FSX installed before) in c:/P3d folder that I created. I then tried to install Megascenery hearth Switzerland with the 1.2 Install Manager but when i launch the .exe files, I get the following error message : "Sorry, unable to find your Scenery.Cfg file! No changes made to the scenery Library. How can I finally install these sceneries ?

I'm having some problems using the autopilot on the CRJ 700. No problem setting heading and speed, that works fine unless I'm trying to get it to follow the flight plan in the GPS, then things get strange. Altitude hold is hit or miss at best. Sometimes when I enter an altitude, say 13000, the AP will point the nose either straight up or straight down and I have to scramble to turn it all off if I am to recover at all. As for using the GPS with the AP, it only works sometimes... I think I may be performing the whole action out of sequence. What I do is this: 1. While on the ground, I set the dials for heading, speed, and altitude but do not engage either of those…

Hi everyone in the P3D world. I realize this has probably been covered to death in various other posts and forums but want some input from experienced P3D users. I have watched with great interest the evolution of P3D and have finally decided to make the jump with version 2.4 being released. Future PMDG compatibility, better GPU utilization, and better stability (at least from what I've read) have all lead to this decision. I've been flight simming since the mid 90's and have used every MS flight sim version produced. Are there any show stoppers that would block aircraft originally designed for fs9 from working in p3d? I have several awesome freeware planes that are fs9 portovers which work well in fsx. Are they likely to work in p3d too? Specifically I'm thinking of the many fine aircraft from restauravia, especially the Fouga Magister. The Dassault-Dormier Alphajet is another favorite. Does anyone have any experience with these aircraft in p3d?
