I know that a couple of us were during the build up to the release of Prepar3D v3 were talking about the troubles that we were having with our Pro Flight hardware and Windows 10. I checked back with the Mad Catz site for driver downloads and found their download page for Windows 10 beta drivers. http://www.madcatz.com/downloads/beta/index.html I previously found an FAQ article about Windows 10 beta drivers for Saitek HOTAS flight sticks, but it appears that this new download page offers beta drivers and software for the Pro Flight Yoke as well. I'm at work as I type and download the driver so I can't test them yet. My suggestion would be to uninstall any current…

Anyone fix this issue with the virtual cockpit? If so let us know, so we can use it in P3D!

Deleted P3D V2 completely and installed P3D V3. Loaded up and selected a default flight with F-35 Scenery starts up, screen shows runway, aircraft (all black displays), scenery objects but light blue terrain Halts until crash. VAS Monitor 1.2 shows plenty of memory (WooHoo!!!) After a wait of a minute or so an error message pops up Points to ContentErrorLog.txt Error log contains 36 entries similar to the line below. Should I delete the contents of H:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\ShadersHLSL and try to load again? Should I uninstall P3D V3 and install with "Run As Administrator? I was wondering if I should uninstall my Ultimate Terrain X since buying Vector. Doesn't Vector do what UTX does in the way of road, rail roads shore lines and such?

I'm getting this message everytime I start P3D 2.5 (with hotfix 6) and even after it started I'm still getting the message every 50seg EZCA is the guy throwing this

I read the release from P3D, and I just want to make sure I understand this. If I install P3D on my SSD, I can then install all addons on my HDD? Is this a good idea?

I have Ezdok working in v3 but I can't get the outside views to work. Could someone post the files that goes in the camera..cfg file in P3D so that I could copy it? Also how do you run the config in ezdok in v3?

From Damian Hello everyone! We're pleased to announce that a new service update for ASN for FSX and P3D is now available in OPEN BETA format. This is a BETA version, not yet extensively tested, and may have issues. Please use at your own risk. This update brings P3D v3 compatibility (ASN for P3D) and fixes a radar API issue related to lighter rain and improper intensity of radar depiction (ASN for FSX and ASN for P3D). All I can say after all the years of watching the back and forth. I believe LM nailed it! Just had a flight from PHNL to KJFK PMDG 777, frames were great no OOMs. I've been flying for years watching the whole mess. Since 2004 never getting involved with the back and forth. A question for those that have tried this in the beta. I see that v3 will have a avatar mode, i take this to mean a FPS type of mode. Where you can walk around the aircraft and such. My question is, does this mean that in the VC we will have an EZDOK type of experience, where we can translate fore/aft, left/right, up/down? Thanks!

Good Afternoon, I was hoping someone could shed light on this. I have recently started seeing odd cloud shadows on P3D 2.5 and P3D 3,0. The appear to shimmer or look wavy with light streaks running through them. Also when on the ground, they appear to run away from the aircraft and appear and disappear as I pan. Hello Is there anybody out there using Saitek BIP panel with PMDG 737 NGX on Prepar3d? I am using Spad, but I only get Panel lights working when simulator is in pause mode, Interesting? thanks in advance.

I'm really missing the Legacy in P3D. I've started flying the Turbine Duke more and I'm enjoying it but ..... I miss the ability to cruise at close to 300 knots at 8000ft.... Speed and the ability to sight see.... Is their anything else that comes close out their to keep me going ? Cheers ! p.s. I know I can run it in P3D but I would rather wait for the proper version.

This is very preliminary observation. There is no Q... the VAS available after loading the aircraft scenery is amazing.. I get close to 2G VAS available and often 2.5G VAS available after loading...PROVIDED I can load. Let me explain.. When I am in Flightbeam KSFO and load one of P3D aircraft I get 2,5Gig available Thats good right? But when I load the PMDG 777 and the SFO, I can;t even load..it fails saying memory issue...but VAS indicator shows I have not reached the VAS limit. Same thing with Dubai.. FT dubai and 777 I am unable to load. so there is something going on at the time loading a flight... it maybe using the maximum VAS and then it sheds …

Title says it all - this tweak did wonders for me back in v2.5. Does anyone report better performance with this? I will try it tonight and report back.

Hi I just tried installing the latest version of KLAX v2 from the installer on the FSDT website into P3D v3. The airport seems to install fine, but I keep getting an error when exiting P3D saying "content errors were detected". The message says errors have been saved in a log file. The log file shows the following errors: anyone facing similar issued with addon scenery? Hi Anyone managed to get there Saitek hardware working properly in V3. I have the Yoke,throttle and Switch panel.so far although the yoke works the front panel isn't lighting up.the switch panel is just dead.i've tried anything i could think of to get them running.they were a bit hit and miss in 2.5,any suggestions would be appreciated. steve

So I go and delete the Prepar3D_Default.fxml so it rebuilds again and able to start P3D V3... it does fine until I save a flight of my own Then next time I start P3D, it says the file Prepar3D_Default.fxml is corrupted.. I now have to delete this file and restart p3d Hmm Any ideas?

I would like to wipe everything related to V3 and reinstall. What are my options? 1) Do I have to unregister and then use control panel and uninstall? 2) Do I have to unregister and reregister for reinstalling? 3) what if I simply reinstall over what I have..would it repair? Any ideas?

Hi! Installed P3D v3 today. When i try to install the PMDG aircrafts (737800900) (777LR) etc, i get a warning: "Unable to locate Prepar3D.eve. Unable to install. I a´have the latest installer and i unpacked it in the same drive where i have my Prepar3D installed. What should i do? /Jacob
