Hey guys, wondering if anyone can help... I don't seem to be getting any ORBX tree autogen on the sim and another usual issue of occasional blurry textures... any suggestions on tweaks/fixes? (** Images Here **) So far, I've tried re-migration via FTXCentral, re-downloading FTX Trees, and deleting the Terrain.cfg/Prepar3D.cfg files. Even though it's not loading any trees (just houses), the sim takes an age to get from 69% to 80% (Loading auto-generated files) argh! Hey guys I bought the Aerosoft Airbus A318/A319 professional p3d v4 and installed it and nothing is working no engines show the screen glitches no displays work at all literally nothing works and I can’t even use it I need help !! Need a solution!! thanks

It's been a few flights with no power from the APU. It starts, provides normal pneumatic pressure, but no electrics whatsoever. I tried reseting the APU GEN already to no avail. I tried fixing failures as well. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

So I have decided to clean out some of my airport sceneries and before I do I wanted to make sure that they don't work in P3D V4.2. I have checked the lists online but these are the unknowns. Hi all, I'm looking to expand my collection of US airports. I have the full Flightbeam collection now which runs well on my OK-ish system as long as I don't crank the settings up. Considering my middle-of-the-road setup, would you suggest either FlyTampa or FSDT in terms of performance impact? Or another developer altogether? Thanks!

I am sure someone has the solution, but the buttons and brakes (Cock pit sound) I can no longer hear. The click of the switch, release of the brake. Is this a known problem and is there a fix or setting I am missing? Thank you Simon

Hello together, maybe someone can help me here... I tried using PTA and Tomato Shade with the presets of R&D Presets but those totally destroyed my sim... If I apply the PTA file I get these strange ground textures... And the second problem is Tomato Shade, especially the dynamic reflections. Yes, I deactivated my Anti Virus software. I applied everything but after that my plane went complete black with pink/white windows... what is wrong there ? Thanks !

I'm at wits end- I have 60+ sceneries installed, #1 on the list being FSDT PHNL. This past weekend I installed both ORBX Ketchikan/Pac Fjords and Drzw Seattle Airports. A week later I visit HNL and find my airport is somehow completely ruined. There is clearly another airport afcad for HNL active, as it's overruling my FSDT afcad (none of the parkings are correct, and default scenery buildings are visible). I've run, run again, and re-run airport scanning tools, disabled ALL scenery even remotely related to the Hawaiian islands, and still this default garbage is appearing. The scanners report that there are no other active HNL files, but the sim says otherwise.…

I decided to fly my Mooney Bravo today (default in P3d v4.3). When I brought up the VC, all the gauges were missing. There was only the bitmap! I've seen a post regarding this when I googled it, but the problem was not addressed or solved. What do you suppose could be causing this, and how do I fix it? Should I reinstall the Client or the Content? Your suggestions regarding this are most appreciated. Stan

Hi Firstly, this is a vanilla installation of P3d V4.3 Professional with only one add-on namely the PMDG 737 NGX and a brand new installation of Windows 10 ..there is nothing else on the PC Everything had been running fine until a few days ago ..... I would click on the P3D icon .. the splash screen would come up and after about a minute it would disappear and nothing else ..... Basically P3D would not load to the scenario menu Therefore I decided to uninstall both the PMDG aircraft and P3d fully from the control panel .. after that I cleaned things up by uninstalling the folders from app data/local and app data/roaming With everything unins…

I didn't see a post about this, so excuse me if I missed it. I have P3Dv4 and many PMDG, ORBX, and FlyTampa packages. At night, when flying, all the ground lights not in the immediate vicinity of the aircraft seem to shimmer. I really don't know how else to describe it, except maybe a very rapid flicker. I also get a similar effect during the day flying over open water. The surface immediately surrounding the aircraft looks OK, but the rest of the surface away from the aircraft, looks distorted with a similar effect. I wanted to drop a quick note to apologize again to my P3D brethren and sisteren for I have sinned against you. I am a long time MSFS thru FSX:SE armchair simmer and I have trolled a many P3D discussions and have been put on probation on occasion for it. Nevertheless, I knew P3D was moving forward and FSX:SE was pretty much left to it's own vices, but for a period I was in denial of those facts. Any owners of this program to share their thoughts? I don't use different profiles (I use only complex airliners) so the main feature is less relevant for me. I am guessing the tweak section is less relevant for P3D v4 users as it was targeted initially for FSX. The main reason I want this program is that it saves you time in preparation for the sim launch - launching all of the addons and having their affinity set in advance Thanks

Hi I have purchased the PMDG B737 for P3D v4. Very nice and having watched many youtube video's on how the aircraft is flown, one thing i do not see how to do is move around the cockpit, sliding from the pilot to co pilot seat. I am having to use the 'A' letter to jump from pilot to co pilot, overhead panel etc. My question is, how can i slide from one seat to another without having to use the 'A' key every time? I just bought this scenery and updated it for P3DV4 all is fine BUT SODE has a issue. I also have EDDM and updated. EDDM has a .xml called Taxi2Gate_EDDM_Stands.xml LFPG does not. So i dont have any jetways. I looked at there forums and i see peeps with the same problem. And there all pointing to the SODE-LFPGV1.2 which i have. it simply is missing the .xml for them to work. Unfortunately, the FSX Acceleration planes including the EH-101 and F18 do not appear to be compatible in P3D v4. Both planes function fine but have missing gauges. The VRS F-18 Superbug is an excellent replacement, but I was wondering about the EH-101. If the FSX EH-101 cannot be adapted to P3D v4, is there a comparable replacement? I've looked at the freeware Virtavia download, but I was wondering if there were other options. Thanks.

I've put this on the forum for GSX, but no one, not even the manufacturer has come back to me about this software. It is particularly annoying because it was good software that doesn't do anything anymore, despite the forums containing other people with the same problem. Here is what my issue is: Before today, I have had no problems, but for some reason, now I have loaded up my aircraft in the same position as yesterday, at the same airport, and from CTRL+SHIFT+F12, I - for some reason get the SELECT PARKING FACILITY screen...? I told P3D what gate I want - the same as yesterday (when GSX didn't bring this screen up - yesterday it gave me the proper loading op…

How are SOIA/PRM approaches in P3D? Are complex airliners like PMDG/FSLabs able to perform these approaches? Had to ask after seeing a great breakdown of them today.

Up until now I have only updated my client. I have read through the install sections from poppet etc on how to do stuff, and I see there is a need to run Central for Orbx stuff....but. If I update the Content does this mean that I will need to reinstall scenery and planes? Bryan
