I have a freeware scenery of Bacau International airport (LRBC) made by Tompa Sergiu (the scenery is here in the library). The scenery is pretty good but there is static military aircraft in the scenery. I have my own military AI aircraft and because of the static planes the military AI that I have park at the passenger terminal. I would like to delete these static aircraft. I asked the author of the scenery and he said he will not be deleting the static aircraft so I was hoping I could delete them myself. Is there a way I can delete these static planes from this scenery?? Edit: the filename for this scenery is lrbc_-_bacau_p3d_v4_v5.zip

Somehow I have lost all AI Traffic in my P3Dv4.5. Evan if I select 100% there is nothing. The road and airport service traffic is working, but there are no AI aircraft on the ground or in the air. I must have dome something to some file somewhere, but do not remember doing so. Any suggestions? I also posted this in the P3D forum, but sometimes I get better results here. Thanks Howard

After running the full P3Dv5.4 installer Programs and Features in the Win10 Control Panel showed I had P3Dv5.4 installed, and only that version installed. But when I subsequently happened to check P3d from the drop down menu Help > About, it showed I was somehow still running P3dv5.3 -- very strange. I had to delete the P3d Client and rerun the P3dv5.4 msi Client installer to fix that, and another user, a developer, ran into the same install problem. And it was not just a typo type bug since a program that ran fine with the "hidden" P3dv5.3 Client then failed after updating to the P3dv5.4 Client, apparently due to another P3Dv5.4 bug (https://fsdeveloper.com/forum/th…

Recently picked up the 717 as a warm up to the MD-11. Either I am missing some files from ORBX or the 717 does not emit dynamic light externally. Can someone clarify what it is supposed to have for external lighting? An image of functional lighting would be great also. Thanks! Edit- I'll add that the fx files do contain correct information to produce dyn spot lights. They simply aren't working correctly.

Hi ... is it possible to de-activate p3d on W10, copy the whole program temporarily to an external drive, uninstall W10, then install W11 and transfer the externally saved version back but into W11, and finally install a fresh version of the program over it ... tried it out with existing copy of W10 on my machine and it worked fine ....???

Hi Guys All seems normal in the cockpit but the radar show an error 102 with text in it. I installed the core and textures as for the vACMI core and objects. Is there something I missed? Thanks, David

For many years i was considering P3D as 'offline sim', which means u do not need internet connection to use it. It happened that for last two days i am without internet and tried to run P3D5.4. To my surprise that sim is impossible to use without net. Sim indeed starts, but start up time is at least twice longer than normal, and when i have tried to choose plane it took me 15 minutes to scroll down the list, as sim hangs every few seconds. Basically sim has started but behaved as u run it on computer 10 generations older - very strange. All in all, u cannot use it without net connection - at least on my end.

Hi, I've installed the update from V5.3 to V5.4 last week, and since then I am having problems which I didn't have on other updates in V4 nor V5. The problem occurs when I load an aircraft from the default F22 start screen (always used this one), turn the engines on and then, when trying to switch on the avionics, they never come to life. No radios, no altitude selector, no GPS. This started happening with A2A Bonanza and Cessna 182. Posting on their forum, I received the recommendation to reset the flight. Okay, this worked, but every time I come to the simulator I have to reset the flight to use the aircraft avionics. I do not discard some corruption…

I will be getting a new 4TB SSD hard drive and I will be using it for P3D. Up until now I always had P3D on the same drive as Windows 11, anything I should know about installing P3D on a drive that is separate from Windows? I am probably going to start over and uninstall P3D and then reinstall it on the new drive.

Is there any way in P3Dv5.4 to get white cap waves? I have look around and found nothing. Dan

hey guys, I am having a strange issue (HP G2) with VR ONLY in P3D. I am unable to move forward/backward or left/right. I can look around the VC but if I try to lean forward for example, the view sort of goes backward a few inches. I dont have this problem in any other sims (I am thinking particulary XP11 as I also use SteamVR there). Is there a setting I need to adjust? Thanks in advance John

Ok folks, another problem, this time with PMDG 737NGXu 800 and a lot of the cockpit clickables not clickable. I installed it into V6 using the reg.hack which I have used for other non V5 addons, over the years, so fairly ofay with it. The problem I have is that while the aircraft loads and is live, a lot of the cockpit buttons/switches are not available and appear just not useable. ie. the recall button/ the master caution/the panel light controls/ etc. The same with the overhead panel, some work others don't. I'd say about 50/50. The 'hand' just does not apper when hovering over them. Any ideas,please?

I had to reinstall ENVPLUS and lost my settings that I had, which made the sim look incredible in my opinion, but can't remember where on the internet I found the settings. Does anyone want to share their ENVPLUS settings with me? Much appreciated!

I have trackir and it works great in DCS, MSFS, Xplane, IL2 but I cant see an option to activate it in P3dV6? anyone know how to enable it?

FFTF DYNAMIC is now available for P3DV6. Bought it today. Works perfect for me as previous version did. Ruediger

Yes, I know P3Dv6 has only been out for a day or so, but I'm sure there are a number of folks who have been using it for hours already and thus have some knowledge of it. Some questions: 1. Does TAA anti-aliasing work well? Better than SGAA? 2. Do you notice the ambient occlusion effects on lighting and shadows? 3. Does the atmosphere look more realistic than EA? 4. Do the volumetric clouds look better than v5, and are there cirrus type clouds as well? 5. Is performance overall better than or the same as v5? 6. Are there rain effects on VC windows? Hi everyone, so I recently purchased JustSim's EDDV and noticed, that it uses wrong/old/default ILS frequencies. The correct ones currently published in the charts do not work. So is there a way I can correct this myself somehow? Couldn't find any update/fix online... BR & thanks for any advice, Stu

As i was waiting a little bit unless there are more experiences about up and downs of the the Verison, i decided to just get it now and see for myself. At least the most important weather generator Aktive Sky supports it which is immanent . But i was surprised in a very positve way by the athmospheric model, because now, the transition time from day to night has significantly changed and take now way more time, after the sun disapeared behing the horizion. Beside other little Up`s of V6, this new behavior allone makes it worth for me to use V6 from now on. Good Job LM🙂

Hello, I'm quite happy with the graphics due to my new system and in some tests it runs very good with 30-50fps stable. Even with higher settings. So far so good. But I noticed some vertical lines when moving around. Sadly not able to take a screenshot. But what I also saw is some typical line flickering. I think its maybe with shadows but I tried some settings and could not find a solution. I also noticed that on a clean system only with a 777 or default. Its also not releated to the airport as it also occurs on the air. Using a AMD 6800 video card and also tried some Radeon settings without success.
