So I'm using the t-rudder pedals and they don't seem to be working properly. the only way I can get them to work is by setting the left and right brake axis to reverse. this is very inconvenient as I don't want to have to hold the pedals down for taxi, take off and landing. I've tried using FSUIPC to sort this out but I don't know how to use it properly as i only just installed it. i know many others have encountered this problem and have managed to fix it but they don't specify how they did so. Can anyone offer any help to this?

Im sure many others have encountered the same problem. When using the quality wings 787 the digital panels are very blurry and somewhat unreadable past a certain distance. Im aware there are videos out there that help fix this but none of them seem to have worked for me as I think they may be outdated because most came out 4-5 years ago. I checked the QW dispatcher application as it says I can enable the hires panels by simply ticking the box next to it, this has not changed anything for me. Is there any way to make the panels a higher resolution?

In lorby it shows AIGAIM -TRAFFIC and AIGAIM-AIRPORTS purple highlighted. Traffic controller fired up and also showing 6 aircraft thats it at YMML and YSSY. And i have set in game settings traffic to 100 and nothing. Any help is appreciated thanks Michael

hi all, just installed LGRP for v5 and i have a big red cross , i think its something to do with sode , anybody else have this ?, ive checked sode folders and there is airport folders in there , however after installation into main p3d folder i notice there is docs folder for the airport but its empty ?

I have FSUIPCV6 but need the V6.2 to work with P3DV6. Where can I get the free upgrade to V6.2? Thanks in advance.

I'm re-visiting my sceneries. If I have two identical sceneries (terrain mesh) for the same location in the scenery library Top of Scenery Library: 1. sceneryMesh1 (old) 2. sceneryMesh2 (new) Bottom of Scenery Library. Which one will display in P3Dv4?

Hi All, I bought prepar3d v6 and just realized nothing is supported.. What aircrafts are supported? Also how do i get 737 working in v6? i copied files from v5 install and it just is blank hud panels. Im using legit licensed software.

Hi there, this is my first forum post and was just wondering if there is a way to use the zoom in/out feature without holding down the scroll wheel button. In other games such as MSFS and XP i have found it much easier to zoom in and out freely whilst not holding down the button, im not sure if this is a chase plane thing or p3d thing. I know this isnt a bug but does anyone know how to change this?

Whenever I start P3Dv5.4 I get a crash. In the error report it says "Error:Error loading CIGI.dll: The specified module could not be found. Can anyone help me get out of this mess Thanks

I have both P3dv5 & 6 of this installed. it seems the control panel for setting up the aircraft is present for V5 but I am unable to locate it for V6. I'd like to set up nose wheel steering and the like. Any thoughts where it is? Many thanks.

Over at simmarket I found an interesting guide/tool for P3Dv5 called P3D5 SETTINGS PACK by a developer called PILOT EXPERIENCE SIM. Hi All, With the new release of P3D 5.3 and the increase in settings for the [JobScheduler], combined with the myriad of threads out here about setting affinity masks and how to figure it out, I threw together a new calculator for these settings. I hope it's easier to use in that all you do is enter your core count/logical processors, then basically click to select what you want each core to do. Think of it like a "paint brush" for your CPU/core configuration. I've started typing my own checklists because I own so many aircraft it's impossible to memorize all of them so I was wondering if there's a way I can add my custom checklists as well as performance data to the Kneeboard for easy access. I really hate having to Alt + Tab to look at my checklists all the time. I appreciate anyone's help if there is a way, thanks.

Hi all! Looking for some assistance on an issue I have encountered in P3dv5 and which doesnt seem to be mentioned anywhere else. Please note that this error does not seem to be related to an add-on, and I have this issue even with just basic P3dv5. I have some extreme stuttering/freezing just outside of Stockholm when I travel east, it covers the area just right of Stockholm, beneath the Åland Islands, west of Turku and North of Visby (it stops when I exit this area). Hi all- I'm on 5.4 and have installed about ten airports and two regions, North and South CA. When I open the P3D addons gui to select, I will either check or uncheck my selection and close. When I go back in, some items that I unchecked are checked again (on their own) and others that I checked have unchecked themselves. My library is on a separate drive with the discovery path set. I looked at the add-ons cfg and didn't see anything out of order. Also resynced through ORBX help panel. What's doin' the checkin' and uncheckin' ?? Thanks, Mark

Up to now on recent posts, I've been waffling (sorry) about P3D and MSFS as if they are mutually exclusive. Maybe they are not. I honestly don't know! So I bet you folks will have experience to answer this: QUESTION: Is it feasible/possible to run MSFS from the same C : Drive, if that same C : Drive also has P3D (V5 &/or V6) installed (but not actively running); and vice versa? Treating like they are 2 completely different "games", obviously I'm not thinking of running then simultaneously nor linking/bridging them in any way. Hey guys! I have a problem with Auto Thrust. Main Problem: Auto Thrust is decreased when i fly at 200ft for landing. After than Auto Thrust is increased within nomal Thrust power for MCP landing speed. Condition: 1: Auto Thrust on / Flap 30 / Gear Down 2: set up with FSI Panel: RKSS or RKSI or RKPC (I did not use other airports)/ Vector 8NM Final Left or Right off set position. I currently use P3Dv5.3 and I want to install v5.4 but there's a couple things I'm not sure about regarding the reinstall process because I've never had to do this yet since when I bought P3Dv5, it was already at V5.3 with HF1 and HF2 included. 1. First, when removing P3Dv5.3 off my drive do I need to or is it recommended that I delete the leftover folders?
