Someone have a suggestion on how to do this? I have CP but leaving it out of this as I'm troubleshooting a problem and am using stock views for the time being. I did a search and found a few sites relating to modifying the camera.cfg but it had to do with F11 assignment. Thanks, Mark

PMDG 747 Expansion not showing Left Display Unit.

One of the features I never found represented in previous versions of P3d I tried, up to v5 initial release version, are sloped runways / taxiways... But I read that they're possible since, I believe, P3dv5. Are there any examples in V6's default scenery airports? If anyone knows of one such positive example, please post here. Thank you!

I've always spent most time in the simulator flying during the day or at least with some daylight left but I've finally decided to get into a lot more night flying. I've been looking for a single add-on that will improve all of the lighting everywhere on the globe instead of buying all those hundreds of little add-on areas of night lighting you see in the payware stores that only cover small areas, I think that is a waste of money. I have been looking at MS earth and trying to count my pennies to begin buying it. But I have a couple of questions: First, are there sceneries for the rest of the earth besides the US? All I can find advertised are the domestic ones. Also, Are the newest ones the Individual states, or the Regional, (ie; Mid-Atlantic States) or the ones showing the whole US , along with extras? I think they are the v3 version. Along with this, has anyone used the FS Global Nest Generation? How do you like it? I've been on the receiving end of a maddening problem with a traffic hang on most SoCal airports with Big Bear and KPSP of note. I've got the kitchen sink of Orbx products and a full AIG traffic installation. I can spawn almost anywhere on earth and the sim works, but not in my real life home area of SoCal. I only see recent references to the specific SoCal issue on the FSDT forum related to KLAX and missing AI traffic with the same inability to spawn on a SoCal airport. No solution mentioned on the FSDT site. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm checking, but the first checks made after the change by touring the apt Aerosoft-Flightbeam-FlyTampa-Orbx scenarios in P3D v5.4 and with a short flight, I can say that I find the lighting improvements of the scenarios evident, AA improvement and airport building view that I installed in P3D v5.4 which made the view on my 4K monitor very similar to the scenery view that I installed in P3D v6. I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled all FSL A3XX aircraft on 7/4/23 and have had CTDs continuously. Running Win 11 latest updates. Two events occur in sequence at the crash: 1) .NET Runtime Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. 2) P3D fault in FSL_A32XX.dll, version: 11.0.1.213 Faults have all occurred during MCDU inputs in random places. While scrolling the aircraft selections I see a "no preview" warning instead of the spinning 3D model for all the versions of the C-130. When I load the plane, there is no external model and no 3D cockpit. (there is a 2d panel) As invisible as it is, it still flies. Has anyone had this problem?

Hi! guys , I would like to remove trees that are on the runway, I created this runway from ADE, recent version and SDK of prepar3d v5, I did follow old tutorial using the add polygon tool, the compile is a success but the trees are still there Airport is VNPR in Nepal Its just an airport with ILS and VOR ,I have attached the file. here DOWNLOAD

If during the day the Aereosoft-Orbx-Flightbeam-FlyTampa apts that I installed all work regularly as in P3D v5, at night it seems they haven't paid their electricity bills and basically everything remains in the dark. Also at night in the sky I see a huge and absurdly close to the east direction ... Milky Way along with stars displayed very badly.

Hello, we published a statement regarding our support for P3D V6, check this post on our forum for more detailed info: https://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php/topic,30122.0.html Short version: - GSX works just fine, SODE needs an updated installer, but it works even without it, with some manual editing required. - Airports works in general, some of the older airports originally made for FSX will show some visual issues. We reported the issue to LM, but we are not planning to do major fixes to them to solve all issues. - All FSDT installers which supported P3D have been updated now, all updates for V6 will be free.

Installed said version some days ago but did my first flight in it today. On my way from ORBX LEPA to ORBX ESSA in the PMDG 777X. Got to say I am impressed. Not bad at all with draw distance and object density to the full right position. Most other sliders full right and still (!) sitting at 100FPS at the ground at LEPA. This overhead in FPS got me thinking. What do you guys and gals (with Nvidia cards) set in Nvidia settings? Is it best to lock FPS in that app or in-sim for example? What other settings do you run with?

What will the future of p3d bring us ? will v5 be updated or will they go to V6 ? Or maybe V5 is the end of the line ? if there is going to be a V6 will it be compatible with add on software ( or the other way around )? most add on companies have shifted to ms2020 it seems and I don’t think they’ll be coming back to p3d….

Hey guys, Having issues with seasons with Fly Tampa CYUL in p3dv4.5. Winter is fine but in summer months or non winter months, I get black snow mounds around the airport where the snow would be, I dont see any options in the Fly Tampa Configurator regarding seasons, etc. I dont know how to fix this. Any ideas?
