... many of us including developers had a hard time: REX Environment Force, REX SkyForce and in between the P3D4.5 Hotfix. Maybe this was a bit too much and emotions went high and resulted it heated discussions. But now with the efforts of developers and many user statements and critics it has come to an end. I'm now enjoying the new visuals together with a good performance. It is an exciting and demanding hobby.

Hi all. Can I use GSX without SODE ? I do not want to use jetways, just stairs. I use Dash 8 and other twin turboprops, plus Airfoce One 747 (PMDG). SO, will it work OK without jetways etc. . Thnx

Question: What is the correct order of things? This is mine. First, I load EV Force and reduce it to my taskbar Second, I load ActiveSky and reduce it to my taskbar Third, I load P3d I do not load REX SkyForce because I assume it is always working in the background after the initial installation. I am using TomatoShade, LIVECOCKPIT preset and Reshade, Felix Hunter preset. The planes are extremely shiny, which isn't as noticeable during the day but at night, they do not get any darker. First we had those troubles with Environment Force, bloom, brightness, misleading comments, unclear statements... . Then Sky Force with Technical Update 2.1, which came with broken cloud models (How can this happen?), and now again problems with SF TU 2.2. I understand that problems were arriving with EF because it is a new product, but I have less understanding for the SF issues.

I get this every time I open P3D it started with installing MSE but I've just deleted them all from within P3D but still get this every load. I've deleted the config and deleted SceneryIndexes_64 What can I do to solve this, please?

So ive been testing this new program i found call CompactGUI. Basically what it does is, it uses the windows compression API to compress files to really small sized. It has been tested with many AAA PC games. I decided to run it on certain folders in P3D. This compress is reversible if certain addons or folders dont play well and not every folder is compatible and not every file type is compatible. Also due to this being built into windows overhead is reduced so getting worse decreased performance is minimal but according to the developer and many others they gained better loading times and performance especially on HDD's. Not sure what forum best for this question. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good or best Beech Baron 58? I have the default one and have never found a click spot for the yoke; also really didn't like the engine sound and have replaced with SkySong soundworks for the Baron. Hi everyone, The notable changes are smoother motion and incredible night lighting with 'Level of Detail Radius' set to ultra. I did a complete re-install with the only config changes made from within the sim via the options menu. The Maddog X is excellent relative to performance and fidelity. I re-installed ORBX base, trees and NA Land-class and chose not to install Vector this round as the default roads and coast look fine at FL 350 (MD80) or 3000 with the Vertx DA62. I read in a thread here about the system addon "coreprio", which dynamically adjusts cores for running program threads in order to even out the loadings. As one of those users who sees Core 0 maxed out most of the time I thought I'd try it. It appeared to work well. Task manager showed a good spread of cores being used, with core 0 only occasionally spiking to 100% loading. Today, however, when putting more load onto P3D4 (my normal 'stress' test scenarios at EGLL and EHAM, with up to 200 AI), I started getting Blue Screens of Death stating "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT". If I get Envtex, Envshade, ASCA and Rex 5 Env Force do they play well with each other? Or do they all do the same thing? Please could someone explain in laymans terms?

Hello, I have noticed a very strong visible line following all my planes when panning around in outside view during morning and evening light. Here is a picture showing the problem. At the left you can see the shadows of the trees abruptly stopping. I have already tried to solve it by disabling HDR, changing some graphics settings and removing my PTA preset but the problem persists. Does anyone have an idea what might cause this graphic error?
