Last year when companies were giving away free products because people were home due to the covid pandemic I picked up the Iris A-10 Warthog. I haven't really played around with until today and from what I can see it does work in P3D v5.1 except none of the lights work at all. Is this because I am missing files? Or maybe this plane is not fully compatible with P3D v5.1? Any ideas why the lights don't work on this plane?

I have succesfully merged the 787-9 panel into SSP 777-200LRF. But, one problem which I cannot fix: as soon as I open a cargo door, the SSP/Posky own loader show up in front of the cargo door and blocking the GSX loader. Switching off the loader inside the utility panel, as well as removing the whole utility gauge from panel.cfg does not help. This does not happen at the 787-9, no SSP/Posky loader at all. Does someone know how to fix that? Peter

I'm looking for a British Airways livery for the A318, A319, A320 and/or A321. I know there come with the aircraft itself, but at some time in the past I was able to get one with winglets, and I could! But, and I can't find it on here at the moment. I would appreciate it where I can find the alternative. Gaz

I have an issue and I registered at the forums over the weekend but my account hasn't been approved as yet. My symptoms are the same as a topic in the General section "FSDT Live Updater Disappeared from my PC". I experienced the same however I found that bitdefender is blocking it from downloading. If I paste the updater url location in a browser, Bitdefender will show a warning and block the page. Can @umberto assist? The detected malware type is Gen: Heur.Mint.Zard.31 I tried adding a photo link but seems the forum doesn't like Microsoft Onedrive public links. Thanks.

Hi all, I have FlyTampa Sydney v1 on my system on P3D 4.5 - have had it for ages although I SWEAR it actually used to peform better for me a few years ago than it does now. Anyway - I was wondering it the v2 version performs better than v1 in P3D 4.5 in others' experience? Any experiences would be appreciated. I cannot upgrade to P3D v5 at the moment as I have a 980ti with only 6gb VRAM. Cheers, Rudy

Hello Everybody, i encountered a very strange behavior recently. I don't know if there is an correlation between all this things. During my last flights i noticed that ground textures becoming blurry during the flight. I tried to do a scenery reload via a FSUIPC Key command which normally works fine but in this case leads my P3D to crash to desktop. I did some trouble shooting to figure out whats wrong and during this i noticed that when i change my Mesh Resolution i got a CTD almost immediately after hitting Ok (loading screen appears at 0% and thereafter P3D crashed within seconds) I rebuild my Prepar3D.cfg to default with all settings at default and…

I know that there are several excellent stand alone GPS products that work with P3d. However, based on what information I could find, it doesn't seem like any of them can operated on a PC separate from the sim pc over the network. I'm aware of several moving map apps but I'm really looking for GPS functionality. Is there such a thing? Thanks!

Hello eveyone😁 I bought Prepar3D v5 a couple of day ago, I also bought Orbx Global base and REX Sky Force 3D. I mainly fly in Gatwick airport so I wanted to buy scenery of it. I downloaded the demo version of UK2000's Gatwick scenery, All looks well But I have noticed that some of the default building of the airport are still then. http://prnt.sc/shh9oa You can see there is a building under the Gatwick air bridge. Hi all. I thought this might be worth mentioning here. If you know and love ORBX's EGLC for P3Dv4, you will have been missing it in P3Dv5 since (apparently) ORBX doesn't intend to update it any time before the end of this interglacial era. Anyway, a poster BuddhistManX at the ORBX forum said he'd been experimenting with hacking the airport to get it to work and has had some success. Basically you remove a bunch of LUA scripts and add a CVX that he created to fix the elevation issues from the ground poly. Of course, you lose whatever graphical bells and whistles the scripts you remove are adding (I think they're all PBR scripts), but with them removed and the BGL…

hey guys i am Mitch and i have recently been spending a lot of time making a scenery for longreach in Australia for myself and cannot convert the xml file to bgl is this meant to be a sxml or is there no difference.I have tried putting the folder in a different location but still no luck. I have also put install xml2bgl and nothing happened still but i got this message ''Object placer working - but no way of converting from XML to BGL''. anyways i hope you guys can help

I've never purchased UK2000 sceneries but plan to now as I don't own a single UK airport aside from EGLL by Aerosoft. I'm looking to buy Major airports (not the VFR series). What would you recommend for Gatwick - Jennasoft or UK2000? What would you recommend buying instead or in addition to ORBX offers? ORBX offer New Castle, Leeds, Edinburgh, East Midlands and Bristol (by Pilot Plus). Thanks for any valueable tips before I decide!

Hi When I watch videos from some of the top flight simmers (for example Chewwy94) , they make it look so easy moving around inside the cockpit and I wondered how they do it. For example, they may be looking at the MCP but then look up at the Overhead panel and then back down to the MCP. All this is done in one smooth movement. I have chase plane views set up but it means cycling through each one to get back to where I was which is obviously not what these guys are doing. I also have TrackIR but I am struggling with it as I always seem to have to tilt and twist my head to get the overhead panel and others relatively straight so I can view them properly. P3Dv5.1xxxxx, W10, YBCS (default P3D version) Aircraft at gate ~~~ note the excess buildings! I only have ORBX scenery add-ons but no specific scenery for YBCS so this must be the 'default' P3D in-built scenery! So far as I can tell this is the only airfield with this issue... How to fix?

I just purchased ZSPD, I found 2 things a bit weird -no comms in the AFCAD, I had to set them up. - no touchdown lights runway 35L and 34R at night. But touchdown lights runway 34L and 35R I guess it is supposed to be the opposite isn’t it ? Is it the same for you guys? Or it is just me ?

Hi every one, I have some problems with Justsim Rhodes Airport v2 for P3D v4.4+. Is it possible that when you buy an airport or an aircraft and install the product that it does not need an activation / license key when a key belongs to the product? I bought Justsim Rhodes International Airport v2 for P3D v4.5. However, the product does not ask for this activation and / or license key that comes with it. And I may be missing some scenery files.I have take contact to Simmarket, but they think all things about the produkt is fine, but I can see I missing some scenery texture, and I didn't think it's fine a product not need the activation/ license key??? The Turbine Duke has been a long favorite of mine, but the turbine lag is becoming a bit bothersome after wading into X-Plane recently. Since RealAir is no longer in operation, there is probably not going to be a fix for the programming based on old FSX limitations. I'm thinking of using this summer quarantine time to get into coding. Here's my question: How easy is it to alter the engine values for the aircraft? I tried to use the new fuel flow table in P3D V4, but it just messes up the max %NG value and the max torque slightly. How feasible do you think it would be to code a custom model for the engine to bypass the flawed P3D system? I'm assuming it…

Hi, Do some of you had ZSPD by imaginesim and purchased the same airport recently released by WFSS and are satisfied with the latter? WFSS textures seem clearly superior. How about FPS? How about the blending with Orbx Global? I have imaginesim's scenery and I am considering to get the WFSS' one. Thanks.
