PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

I have a beeping sound in the cockpit and it is all configured properly and am climbing through Fl200 for Fl330 over FIMP. I have an annoying beeping sound with no warnings, so I refer to the QRH, how do I go to a certain page? 7.1, what is that! Do I times them, do I add them to get the page number?

Let me start by congratulating PMDG with a truly outstanding addon, she both looks and flies like a dream. Even being awake at 4AM local time, and having to sit through a DDOS attack didn't really kill the mood, and the sheer excitement when I loaded her up the first time. Hi there, Just got my hands on this beauty, a little concerned with performance though, If the mouse is visible, even the standard windows mouse, then performance drops heavily, This is an initial finding and will continue to test, I also just had a situation where FSX couldn't be rescued from the taskbar, All the best Alex

Hello,sometimes (this happens not always but very often) when I try to enter a SID, the FMC doesn't show the SID in the navigation display and there are also no waypoints in the "legs" list of the FMC (of this SID). There is only a short blue dashed line (the same line which connects the waypoints before activating the route) shown in the navigation display; without any waypoints. When I choose another SID and then the SID I want, everything is fine. What could be the problem here.This only happens with SID's, STARS and approaches work fine. Tank you cheers Niclas

Hi guys, I will fully admit that this is likely to be a problem with my end, and not necessarily the software itself. On takeoff, with autothrottle armed, i click the toga hidden clickspot I have read the manual so I know the clickspot is under the course knob :). I get a sound confirmation, but nothing happens. I try the Toga button on the throttles and still nothing.Lnav, the FD and AT are all armed. All the best Alex

For some odd reason after a reinstall the landing lights are making the grass a strange and pixalated colour. I had to do a reinstall after getting a rather nasty virus from a blumin pen drive from a friend so i dont really want to have to go through a full installation again as ive already activated this twice now and spent the whole day reinstalling everything. anyone have any idea whats going on thanks guys

Hi I don't know what to do anymore to get more clean/crisp view in fsx.When I zoomed all in then it is very smooth and all lines are fine but when in normal zoom the line gets blury and text not readable.I have taken screenhot of NGX cockpit view and you can see what I'm writing about. Any ideas what I can do to get better image? I'm running with Nvidia GTX480 on 27 screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution.,Nvidia inspector settings are 8xS and 4x Supersampling

I have just noticed the Qantas 'new' livery has the registration ZK-ZQE - this is a JetConnect New Zealand aircraft masquerading as a Qantas aircraft. There is a big push by AIPA (Australian International Pilots Association) to have Qantas aircraft crewed by Qantas aircrews and not the less paid, but equally qualified, New Zealand crews. I would like to see this livery amended to show correct Australian registration as soon as possible. This will add a small but nevertheless realistic addition to the concept of 'real as it gets'.

First of all wow PMDG!!!You made a king of the virtual skies! I just am a bit surprised at the FPS hit. I am flying the 747X with ok results, and I do have a good computer(albeit weak 3D card). I sat at the gate at FlyTampa FSX, with about 9-10 fps, which is lower than at crowded Heathrow by UK2000 in the 747X.Then I went to Vienna also from flytampa(always had good results here), and the fps were ok but not solid around 15-23, but then I went to night and after switching the dome lighting on and off twice I hit 8,8 fps I do not blame you, but I think I have a problem some how, because of the other reports I've heard from users. Hi, After installing PMDG-737NGX, in the flight sim where topics are at the top of screen for changing things. Where the addon is, all previous info for the pmdg 747 is gone. Can not change anything for 747, plus there is nothing for the 737. It just says about, or about PMDG. Anyone have this problem, or does anyone know what might be wrong. helloIm flying on ivao but i cant set the transponder on ra/ta in ivap.When im turning the transponder to ra/ta on the ngx the transponder on ivap stay stanby.Is this an issue on my system or between ngx and ivap.Thanks

Before I get the flood of "read the introduction" posts, this has nothing to do with the autobrake or the trick to disengage it with double tapping the brakes. I cannot brake the aircraft.Pressing the toe brakes on my Saitek pedals will show the red brakes message in the lower left, but it doesn't actually slow the plane.I even got the plane up to about 5 knots groundspeed on a taxiway and then engaged the parking brake...nothing. The plane didn't even slow. I have recalibrated my Saitek pedals using the Saitek software.I also deleted the FSUIPC.ini file in case there was a conflict with an earlier FSUIPC calibration.I also reassigned braking function to my pedals in the …

I am running REX at low settings, and UT2 at 50%, I was flying from PHOG to PHNL,with all the good current Hawaii Scenery .

Only trouble I have is inputting into FMC, which apparently doesn't lock the keys for itself, unlike EZCA.My wish would be that when I press TAB or the green line is activated, EZCA keys are taken by FMC and not going to EZCA. It's nothing more troubling than trying to type in waypoints and my views start changing and all...

Hello, I must say that the saved flight mechanism for the NGX is vastly improved compared to previous PMDG products, as it captures just about every setting at the time of save which makes resuming saved flights more enjoyable. I do have the issue with resuming a saved flight if it involves an approach or landing, and like others have mentioned, I hear the trim wheel and after about a few seconds FSX crashes with the faulting module PMDG_737NGX.DLL. I understand it is a known bug that is being investigated, so no real worries about that for now. I just wanted to list some minor things that are not being saved in the file, and wanted to know if it's possible for PMDG to …

Hello, Sorry if I'm just spoiled with "other" addons.Should we hear APU sturtup, and APU sound in cockpit? Also other addons have battery sound. Is this as it should be or do I have sound issues? Best regards,Danko

I did a flight EGLL-EHAM (both addon sceneries) and I must say: suffering at the airports, due to fps between 12 and 20, but absolutely stunning in flight! It really looks like the real airplane, no words! If I did not have the low fps at the addon big airports (with the default I get about 20-25), I would really touch the sky with one finger!P.S.: my specs are in my signature, but the overclocking is @ 3.6 GHz.

Ok, So I just landed on a flight from KDFW to KCOS. The landing went fine and as I was taxing to the gate, I had a momentary freeze in FSX, and by momentary I mean 1-2 seconds max. After it unfroze, I could not control the throttles and I could not shut down the engines no matter what I tried. Has this happened to anyone else?
