Hello there is no raindrop effects on the windows of the vc,but there is on the half cockpit panel? Oh dear nor on the widows?(sorry did not check)... james.

So i was flying into LAX earlier this evening. I was turning onto the vector when a terrain warning started....one problem... there was no terrain anywhere to be seen. Problem is i could not engage any autopilot modes. It engaged backourse then nose dived into the ground. Was quite a few minutes forsure. Was just wondering if anyone had this problem. It was 24L into LAX if you were wondering. Cheers

Everything was great for a few days... THEN...Crash, mid flightCrash, final to TNCMCrash, setting GWCrash, again setting GWCrash, setting airportCrash, MCP disappearingCrash, VC dissapearingCrash autopilot not engaugingCrash, last but not least... SETTING WEATHER! :DDDDDSo happy! Yay :DDD

When I fly the NGX and I switch to the exterior mode (locked spot, fly by, spot etc.), it often happens that the textures and fuse don't show up. It stays like this for about 10 seconds, before everything is normal again. In those seconds my framerates drop to about 0.9 (sometimes it keeps the normal freames, but not often). When I turn back to the VC, the VC is grey and it takes time loading that too, about 4 seconds. Is this a familiar thing and does anyone know a fix for this? Kind regards,Dhierin Bechai

Hello, my 737-800NGX fly S-Turns in the LNAV mode by light turbulence, if the turbulence end the plane fly normaly without S-Turns.What can I do to prevent the S-Turns? I use the Active Sky Evolution weather tool. Please help. thx

HiI have a frezze issue and it happens always at touchdown.Everything froze, the CDU data the throttle the wingflex the fan blade movement, revers, only the sound and brakes are working. I made 3 landings this evening and everytime it froze at touchdown. in the replay mode the plane is frozen to! No wingflex, no blades movement no revers...I have the hot fix installed. I disconnected everithing before landing trying to make a VFR landing but at touchdown it freeze and i can’t control the throttle, spoilers, reveres except the brakes!

HII was just on finals for 27R EGLL about to intercept the glideslope with 175kts in the speed window flaps 15 when the plane went into a steep dive. I disconnected the AP but could not pull her out of the dive with full up elevator and full up trim. Has any one else had a similar problem?I have installed the hot fix and have had one successful flight so far. Maybe it's a one off glitch.

I was checking out a sound bug and noticed the air start and ac carts have their own sounds but when I take them away I only hear silence. Is that correct? Just checking.

The 737's I fly have the option on the descent page to select path or speed mode yet I can't find it on the NGX????Also, with version 10.8 of the fmc you should be able to arm VNAV prior to takeoff and it engages at 400ft which all seemed to work ok until after takeoff the autothrottle refused to maintain FMC speed (just kept accelerating). Anyone else had this?

The first time I loaded the aircraft I selected the cold and dark panel state right away. I was surprised to see that my engines never shut down and continued to run. I have since tried three more times loading different panel states and loading the aircraft with the cold and dark state as default and the engines are running. What's more, I can't turn them off manually. With cold and dark selected the fuel controls are in cut-off and the engines run. I have tried cycling them, no luck. I have tried to cut them off after getting everything up and running accordingly, no luck. They just run constantly. I have no controls set to mixture or anything of that nature and …

Hi, I have run into a problem with the NGX, but I'm not sure at this point if I have run into a bug or I'm doing something wrong. The problem occurs when I try to start a flight using the cold and dark panel state. I use the normal checklist in the FCOM1 to set up my flight, which is at the default Boeing field (KBFI). After setting all up, I run the pushback procedure and engine start-up procedure. After doing the after start and before taxi procedures, I am ready to taxi. Here is where the problem start. I use my Saitek throttle to give some power to the engines, but they don't respond at all. I can see the throttle levers in the VC move, so they are responding to my i…

I have all the PMDG products and each have all the std waypoints for South Africa however the NGX does not display any? Most of the SIDS and STARS are available though? Furthermore FADN (Durban) is non existant nor the new International airport KISA (King Shaka)I do believe one of the developers hails from South Africa. I hope these become available going forward or perhaps Im doing something wrong?

First of all I would like to congratulate with PMDG as this plane is FANTASTIC! I have only a couple of minor issues: The first one is related to the sound:I basically can hear only the engines, all other "effects" are mute:no clicks when push/move knobs, no ventilations, no callouts, no flaps movements, nothing apart from engines.Sometimes during the flight these sounds come up to desappear soon afterward. Hey guys, just wondering why the master caution and ENG annunciator accompanied by REVERSER light on the aft overhead always comes on when using maximum reverse thrust.

When I connect to VATSIM using squawkbox, the graphics get messed up. Either you can't see the buildings, or you can't see the NGX, or you can't see the ground, or some combination. The textures are also all wrong. You might see half the airplane or a skeletal view of it. This will happen immediately after I connect or disconnect but not always. I run SB on a remote system with simconnect. When I connect the FSX screen goes blank for a second and then reappears with the transponder in the bottom right. Hi fellow simmers, i just finished my second test flight from Las Vegas - Sacramento. Couple of more will follow before transfering my beau to Europe. First of all - Beautiful bird I have two questions though. #1: on the second Picture is something written beneath the Autopilot. What is that? :) #2: I cannot follow the descend path without using the Speedbreaks to reach certain waypoints at its desired height. Otherwise the FMC tells me something like VNAV Descend unreachable. So if i follow LNAV/VNAV during descend i'm always running into using the Speedbreaks and i don't think this is considered normal? After installing the hotfix, I noticed this problem - I'm assuming it's a side-effect of the hotfix simply because that is the only variable that changed. I could be wrong, but I'd like to see if other people are getting this problem - and if anybody knows how to sort it out! Quite simply, when using Squawkbox, if I press a button that is already a keyboard assignment for something in FSX (for example, Shift + E for a capital E, or G), despite the focus being on the Squawkbox window, it doesn't input into Squawkbox, but instead sends the command to FSX. For example, when I'm inputting my flight plan into SB, when I write 'EGSS', it doesn't write the 'G', but instead moves…

4th flight....perfect!! KSJC-PHOG. You guys have MASTERED VC detail and flight dynamics bar none. The flight process is amazing with everything pmdg added and has made flying foran advanced airliner enthusiast a pure great experience. Stunning VC (thanks ViN), sounds perfect, dynamics and system are spot-on. Being able to adjust payload and fuel via fmc is pure magic!!! This IS A NEW SIMULATOR for me:) Simon

Hi, Before I'll send a ticket I want to be sure it is a bug so if somebody can check the following for me it would be great! 1: With the light test the WHEEL WELL light will not illuminated 2: FMC: When in the progress page you will go to the last page (4/4) and then press the previous button you will go to the pos shift page.The same will happen when you are in the 4th pos page and press the NEXT button, you will go to the progress page. HI I hope I am not the only one with this issue: when I reach my FL, the speed bug keeps changing from cruize speed/flaps to mach number and the TGT on crz page in the cdu keeps changing every minute. The pictures ilustrate the issue, is anyone else having the same issue?
