Hi All, I am not sure if this has been said already, but if i want to have trouble free flight i need to disableadavare ad watch live, after i do that i have no issues at all, when it is running sometimes i cant even select the flight /plane. Might be the case with other security software as well. Hope it helps

I am not a ###### or anything and yes I do have the FPS loss with mouse cursor visble, but I got over that by assigning items to joystick so now do not need to use mouse much and getting really good FPS. But Just wanted to say PMDGHad this about a week now and I am astounded by this release.It is simply amazing, All the little neat touches show me that you truly understand what we want out of FSX such as the amount you can adjust in the CDU / FMC .The fact that it cost only £43 is also remarkable. HI, i'm sure this is a very stupid question and the answer is really simple. I want to divert to alternate. I read a lot about how and where to insert alternate airports (Alternate Dest Page 1/2) but how do I actually enable an alternate diversion? Which button do I have to press to make it active? hello, the NGX allways crashes when i pass the 1500ft, when te FMC is changing from TO to CLIMB setting.i can only close FSX with task manager then, there is nothing I can do at allthe hotfix is allready installed. the strange thing is, when i load the NGX and inmediate do a take off without programming the FMC, then i doesn't crash at all. any sollutions ?? take off @ KBFII7 2600k @ 4.5Ghz8Gb Ram greetingsglenn

Hi guys, Just to share the following: Even if I only have had 2 freezes, I recently installed the hotfix.Done a flight from Lisbon to Amsterdam without any single problem on the 737NGX. Hi everyone,After installation of NGX I tried to finish Tutorial 1. I loaded the plane and started cockpit preparations as pdf says. Then I realized that the instructions assume that the engines are up and running after I loaded the plane. But on my computer the simulation starts with engines down and MCP off. I can't find any panel state that I can load and have the engines running.Am I missing something? What should be the default aircraft state after loading simulation? Should the engines be running as tutorial assumes? I've tried to search forum for any problems with tutorial but I couldn't find any post regarding my problem. Best regards.

When I open Livery Manager, the 'transfer' buttons in the middle of the screen have distorted text (see image). I know that this is because I use a default text size setting of 'Medium' (125%) in Windows. Any chance of a fix to correct this? Toni.

Hello I run a number of setup profiles to reconfigure my hardware CH YokeCh Throttle QuadrantCh Rudders on all my aircraft I am able to assign buttons to all hardware devices EG Ctrl L for lights I can assign to a button on my quadrant but with the PMDG 737 although I am able to turn lights on with the keyboard command it will not operate from the hardware devices, this is just an example of many, very strange wonder whats going on here as working with all other aircraft RegardsWayne

What is required for single ch to illuminate in the fma? Ive some time today learning the autoland system, and it is my understanding that sinks ch should come on when established with the approach mode on but only one autopilot on (and when the second autopilot came on, the single ch would change to cmd. I only get cmd no matter what, and only get single ch when I disconnect and reconnect the ap. Is this correct?

We could use a second networked computer acting as the FO but providing 2D panel displays on separate monitors?Just a thought. CheersJohn

Hello, First off I'd like to say that the PMDG 737NGX is not only reaches but exceeds my expectations. It is a brilliant piece of software, incredibly smooth, I just love it and can't really get enough of it. Everything works as it should, I have no issues with it, apart from one, which could probably be my fault anyway : I have the Logitech G940 set, which includes stick, 2x throttles and rudder pedals/brakes. Everything works perfectly except that for some reason, when I move the throttles forward, the spoilers deploy. Understandably a problematic situation for take off :D I do not have a registered version of FSUIPC and thus, I do not use it for calibration/key/axes…

Hi, I find quite disappointing the noise that the aircraft makes upon landing. You hardly hear anything, while the real plane produces a quite loud structural noise, that gives you the sensation that the heavy structure and all things inside are impacting the ground. I think this has to be improved in a next update.Thanks,James

Returned yesterday evening from my vacation in France and eventhough it was way past midnight, I couldn't help myself from rushing to the pc and buying the NGX. As someone who flies with the lights out at home its often difficult to see the keys, though I have used a USB light in the past. The joystic is also right in front of the keyboard so this blocks the direct view of it. Yesterday I was purchasing EzDok and as per normal used the Windows Virtual Keyboard to fill in the card details as this protects against key loggers and is a mouse action only. Then I got a brainwave and used this keyboard for some functions in FSX that I don`t have enough buttons for on my joystick (can`t afford a yolk yet). Hi guys Installed NGX last week and after a cursory look decided that until I am more familiar with the new aircraft I would continue to fly my Level D 767 for my virtual airline. The problem is that since NGX installation I can no longer use FSX for more than about 15 minutes without a CTD. Its just like a few years ago when Flight Sim was very unstable. I have had no problems, at all, with the stability of FSX since I installed it a few years ago, until now. Is anyone having similar problems and is there a solution. Yes, sorry to say the Hot Fix was a Not Fix.Was setting up the FMC and everything was fine untill I started page 3 of the Legs Page.It refused to let me enter data when going to this page.Ahh well, Just got to be patient. Also, i seem to get better luck with activation after setting up(and loading) my own default flight using the default 737 parked on the ground.Not sure if it was just luck but anyway it worked for me. Hope you nail it on the head PMDG. BTW, no need to activate after the Hot-Fix do you ? Cheers, Rick
