PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

I had the NGX and FSX installed on my desktop but i uninstalled everything. Now when I installed everything on my laptop the NGX is saying that my activation code is invalid and then it gives me an incident code. What happened and what do i need to do? I contacted PMDG and Im still waiting for a reply. Does anyone know what the likely problem is? - I do not have any other add ons.- The NGX shows up as an airplane i can choose in the aircraft menu, it just doesn't become playable because of activation Thanks.Mitch Bowman

Any help on this would be much appreciated... I am flying TTPP-TBPB and I would like to set an E/D waypoint or even a waypoint at BGI/-12.. I have read the manual but its not specific enough as to how or where to enter this info.. I have tried entering on both the route page and on the legs page I keep getting "Invalid entry" message.. is it that this is not modeled on the FMC? The route is POS- UR515- BGI. Thanks in advance to those with more knowledge on this than me!

This aircraft sure knows how to tear one's hair out,as has oft been posted in this Forum ! 1 full week into using this aircraft since purchase,over 100 hours already logged,no issues,no Hotfix,simming life could not be better. Hi Guys, First off, what an incredible plane the NGX is. I've been waiting years for this as I was a previous owner of the NG for FS9. Well worth the wait. Now to the issue I'm having. I've flown two flights so far (KLAX-KLAS) in the 800WL, AA livery. All is well until I'm on final approach. The LOC and GS are captured, ILS rwy 25R frequency is entered into both NAV radios, Course set (auto feature turned on in PMDG settings). As I'm approaching the runway, I can see on the ND, and out the window visually that I'm coming in just right of the runway, meaning that if I were to allow an autoland, I would have landed on the right side of the runway (basically in the grass…

Just wanted to report I was experiencing CTD's during every flight I attempted. I removed my ENB mod and I havent had a CTD since. Something to try if u are having issues.

I thought I tweaked the FSX.CFG but they have popped back. Is there an option in the CDU?

Not sure if I did this rite. I followed PMDG's instructions and added the "HIGHMEMFIX=1" to FSX.cfg. When I did this, there was an existing line there already but it says something like "HIMEMFIX=1". Now, was I supposed to edit the existing "HIMEMFIX=1" to "HIGHMEMFIX=1", or just add the suggedted "HIGHMEMFIX=1 and leave the existing "HIMEMFIX=1 there as well. Thanks.

Here is a weird one, I press the Prog button to get to the progress page then press the next page button a few times to go to page 4 then press the prev page button to go back it seems to display a completely unrelated page from the pos init part of the FMS instead. Same thing happened in at least 3 flights I tested. Is it bug or not? Firstly i would just like to say how great the NGX is its stunning in every respect, top job to the whole development team. Mine runs beautifully on my 3yr old quad something 2.8 something on Win XP with ORBX and GTX560 Ti on a HD 23" - just bloody stunning. Whilst i do get the panel freeze on the odd occasion i have faith PMDG will nail a stable fix/patch soon. Havnt bothered as yet with the hotfix will monitor that progress. Have come across this twice in the FMC after entering a route : the screen blanks and has the msg in the middle: PROGRAM PIN ERROR. Anyone else seen this? I have just bought and installed the 737 and in the process of getting it all setup while druelling over how good it is! I do have a problem using trackir however, it seems that the movement range in fsx is limited so that for example i cant get into a position to see the top panel with the IRS on etc. IS this a limitation of FSX or something to do with my setup? I have taken the middle display settings eg VOR lines traffic from the menu and other items off the outer display screens but found the middle to make the biggest difference. I have ORBX Australia sp3 and ybbn, just did a flight to mackay now i'm back to my 85% traffic settings and full weather radius. I am hitting around the 20's @ ybbn and 50 or so in less populated places. Hope this helps as i have i-fly as well and can run max settings but this plane is now getting there and i'm enjoying it much more great product.

Still nothing? What happened to the paint kit? What happened to the Alaska 75th anniversary paint, Boeing house, and primered unpainted NGX? Some people have done a few paints without the paint kit and they're not any good. Lots of screwy textures. Is the paint kit coming anytime soon? Hiram Hunt

I have noticed that if i set the parking brake with the engines on, the plane keeps on moving!! When I press the brakes she keeps on rolling!! What's up with it anyone else having the same problem??
