PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hello PMDG ... I am using the latest version of the 737NGX and the latest version of P3Dv4. Here is my question: A warning tone sounds when I lower my under carriage (wheels) but stays on until I touch down. Is this normal? Is there a way to stop the warning tone once the wheels are down and locked? Sorry if this is Trivial ... I'm a bit new to this. Thank you

I just purchased the PMDG B6700 for the P3D V4 version but already had the V3 version which did not load. Normally, after the purchase I receive an email confirming the download with instructions for the installation from the URL provided. It is strange that I did not receive an email. I run the Operations Center and 737-6700 NGX update 1.20.8443 executes but when I open again the Operations Center it shows it again as pending update. Any clues ? The 800/900 base package update performs without issues. P3D v3.4.22 - Windows10

hi, i was using 737 700, from several years, but recently, pmdg ngx fail to load on p3d, i try everything, re install, clear p3d re install, simconect, but always load crash, and only happen whit this ngx, i also deactive the last win10 actualisation, but problem persist pd, sorry for my poor english

Hello all, Whenever I try to load in the PMDG 737NGX into a multiplayer session with friends, the aircraft always bugs out and sinks in to the ground as if it had no landing gear. It dances all around the place! This only happens on multiplayer, and when disconnecting from the session the issue then persists in single player. The only way to fix it is to restart the sim. When selecting an altitude in the FMC, how does it determine what my maximum FL is? I was doing a flight that my flight plan was selected to be 380. When I entered everything and got to the page to select my altitude, it said my max was 340. How does that get factored in? Does it have to do with my CI?

Not trying to start something but is there a roadmap for a NGX update? Would like to see LED Lights, new fuel cutoff switches, split scimitars** (pretty much every major us airline has them now), and maybe a 900er? Thanks

Interesting issue that I noticed today in the 737-700: Before takeoff I entered a flight level for a step climb on the CRZ page. After takeoff I noticed that the 250/10000 wasn't followed by the AP and the CLB page showed a dotted line below SPD REST. Solved the issue with speed intervention. During the flight I performed the step climb, but I did not clear the field on the CRZ page. While doing the descent preparation, I noticed ---/----- below SPEED REST on the DES page. Entering 240/10000 and pressing Execute resulted in the same dotted line. However, clearing the STEP field on the CRZ page resulted in 240/10000 showing up on the DES page below SPEED REST. Just to…

Recently purchased the PMDG 737 8900 FSX Steam. Plane works except whenever I end a flight then begin another flight the airplane gets weird with these two occurrences. The plane bounces slightly on the runway as if the wheels were impacting on a hard landing. The next one is sometimes the gauges in the cockpit spawn black screen. If I exit FSX Steam and then start up the same flight everything is fine. The only problem is that is not what I want to do every time.

Apologies if this has been discussed but is it not possible to unlock the pilot's left display unit and move it to another monitor? I can for the pilots left and co pilots right and left but not the pilots left for some reason? thanks Morpheous

Hi, the issue is exactly like the topic title; clicking on the display, it doesn't pop out, even I I try to recall it from the airplame windows menu. This happens in all the 737 versions, (P3D v4). Thanks for any help, regards, Fulvio

Hi,i actually use a 4 monitor configuration: a Matrox Triple Head connect 3 19" monitor used for the Virtual Cabin, and a fouth 22" monitor is used just for the instrument panel (PFD, FMC etc...). Every time i load a flight, i have to pop-up all the instrument panels, resize them and place them in the desired position over the fourth monitor. Is there a way to save the panel position, height and width, without having to do the entire process every time i start a flight?

I just bought P3Dv4 and will be doing a 100% fresh installation to make sure I get rid of any old traces of P3Dv3. I already uninstalled the license for the NGX in P3Dv3 via the FMC but was wondering if there's anything else I should consider? Also, do I need to re-download the NGX to make sure I get the version compatible with P3Dv4 or will that be done automatically using PMDG Operations Center?

I have a problem in which it appears that I can't get the parking brake to release (or the brakes are stuck on). I'm running P3D V4 and using FSUIPC. Everything seems to work correctly in the cockpit, but when I view the aircraft from the outside I get smoke and sparks when I taxi. My understanding from other threads is that when I set/release the parking brake I should see the rudder pedals move, but they don't. The parking brake appears to work correctly in the cockpit (i.e., the keyboard command works properly). I've tried everything I can think of to fix the problem, but have run out of ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could someone give me the best settings for Active Sky 2016 that will work along with the NGX? I am having horrid autopilot problems trying to fly with real world weather. I am using the registered version of FSUIPC, but I know that it still doesn't have and weather smoothing built in yet. My autopilot will not follow the magenta line and just turn hard right or left, then disconnect. If I don't catch it, it will bank way too much. I got a comment from ATC on PIlotEdge because I was going off course. I appreciate your help. Thank you, Bob

Hi, Just as a note to PMDG: I have just noticed that the HGS holo sometimes gets hidden in the clouds when "enable wing fade effect" is activated in Active Sky for P3Dv4. As this option is just some eye candy it can easily be unticked, but if there is something that can (easily) be done it would be great to address it in a micro update.. =) Cheers, Marc

All the PMDG maps are available but the operationscentre is nowhere to be found. I am on Windows10 with FSX-Steam Edition. I tried already installing as Administrator, I have the box version.

Hello. I have the problem with PMDG 737NGX. Sometimes, after take-off when I'm retracting gear the PFD is freezing, gear doesn't retract and yoke lags. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

I have updated NGX recently to latest version and after that i have noticed that after around 20-25 min on ground when i start APU, my fmc buttons and overhead panel become unresponsive. No button can be clicked and i can not input anything in FMC nor do anything with overhead buttons. Any solution? Ash

Hi guys I have a problem: I need to start engine with external air but there is no pressure in duct until I put both eng bleed switches off. I read both fcom, fctm and qrh but never read to set them off before xbleed eng start. My situation is: Packs off Isol open or auto (also closed but this did not sort out situation) Apu off (and apu bleed off) When I set eng bleed off I notice duct pressure 35-37 If set eng bleed off pressure drops to zero. Hey guys, so after several reinstalls i am about to lose it here. I have read through all other threads related to this but cannot find any answers that would help me. I have restarted several times as well. FlexNet 64 is running ok no problem. No weird things inside of my hosts file either... The only thing that has changed for me is my hardware - mainboard cpu and gpu, so all other addons I am running asked for reactivation and they reactivated just fine.. I am about to reinstall P3D from scratch (which is a MASSIVE PAIN) with all the addons I currently have... pmdg is the only one that refuses to work.. Hi all, if i start my NGX in P3Dv4 everything is fine but when i switch to any other aircraft after loading the sim (Baron or the drone or whatever) then back to the ngx this happens; my left and right tank are filled with 25 tons (?) and the center tank is empty. Further the fuel page under fs actions says my aircraft is to 434% full. Lol i thought but let's change it back and here it comes... If i then enter 60% fuel i have about 3 tons in the tank o.O and when i enter 5% i get 45Kg... It seems like the whole % calculation is then based on the 434% value as it would be the 100%. I don't know how you guys program the fuel system but i highly doubt tha…

Has a fix been sorted for the PMDG 737-800/900 for the crash after loading the aircraft into P3D v3, I have been advised that its absolutely nothing to do with scenery add ons ( the programme still crashes on loading a default airport) this is all because of a window update I believe,, but noticed posts on the forum about things other than the crash problem,, have I missed an update or fix to the problem?
