PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hey there i recently bought the PMDG737 as well as AS16, GSX and Chaseplane. I am using a Sietek pro flight yoke and i was reviving full motion on the flight controls. now recently after purchasing and installing PTA, 737 Immersion, ENVTEX and ASAC, the controls in the aircraft seem to be limited to only 10 degrees on each axis. I assumed this may have been caused by 737 immersion as the 737 is the only aircraft affected but upon a uninstall nothing had changed. Help, information and ideas would be greatly appreciated. Hello. So I read the manual again, searched for similar topics to figure what I might be doing wrong, talked to pilots at works to see how they do it and looks like I did everything according to the manual. During the approach if I click CMD B to engage the second A/P then CMD A disengages and wise versa. I am wondering if the scenery can cause this issue. Airports used Aerosoft EDDF, LSZH, ENGM, EGLL. FB KSFO, KIAD, FSDT KMEM. (I don't recall I had this issue in FSX-SE). Thx for looking.

For several weeks I noticed a rattling noise after rotation. I remember hearing that noise on a few youtube vids of 737s taking off, so I thought it was normal. After getting an engine bleed fault during the last flight, I went in to clear the error in the FMC prior to the next flight only to discover a second active fail - a wheel imbalance. So a tip of the hat to PMDG, pretty cool effect. And a heads up... if you hear a wheel rattling upon takeoff (there are no warning lights to tell you about the problem) , you might have to have the plane "serviced" at your next turnaround.

I have upgraded to P3D version 4.1 and also upgraded my 737 NGX. In the old version, it was possible to undock PF, ND and EICAS and place them on a second monitor on my computer and then lock the position on them. When I upgraded, it's not possible to lock them. It's no problem to do undock. Even though I pulled the displays in place, then locked them and saved the scenario, they pop up on top of each other in the left corner of the main screen of my computer. Hello, Obviously I am missing something. I am on my way to EDDH from LEBL, Route is "OKABI UN861 FISTO UY156 ADABI UN858 TABOV UM163 CTL UZ706 NVO UM170 BASUM Z78 WSN T903 RIBSO". Gross weight is 64100. ZFW 57300. Weather at departure "LEBL 141030Z 07006KT 020V150 9999 FEW015 SCT023 BKN030 23/19 Q1028 NOSIG" at destination "EDDH 141020Z 24012KT 220V290 7000 BKN007 16/15 Q1023 NOSIG" (loaded to AS16 in manual weather mode) Problem is that the aircraft is not climbing after FL 330 in LNAV/VNAV/CMD. Not happening for the first time. If I try to climb with V/S I am losing speed, level change mode is working ok,

Dear Simmers, I have a question about manual landing the PMDG 737NGX. As i am practicing manual landings with this beautiful plane i find that if i don't flare, it will automaticcaly decrease vertical speed and land smoothly almost like it does a LAND 3 which it doesn't because it is under FD not under CMD and sometimes even on a runway without ILS. If i start to flare at about 10 feet AFL it floats forever and i have to forcibly push the nose down. I am landing with AT active. Anyone who has a tip or suggestion what causses this behavior? Hello folks, Just a quick question. I have a few hundreds hours of flying the 737ngx with service base failures on and fs2crew. However, i never ever experienced a failure nor even needed to refill hydrolic fluids or fix anything. Am i doing something wrong? Does a sim crash reset the chances of failure? Hi. I'm going to explain how I'm flying now, I have a pc with four outputs , three monitors for main view and the forth one for undock PFD, CDU and other instruments (that forth is touch monitor 27"). I have second pc to see airports charts and iva eye, I have PMDG 737-800 NGX. I want to connect the second pc in network with the first one to be able to see the instruments in the 3 outputs of the second. And my question is: what programs should I use to be able to do this? Hi, I've been messing around with the NGX between both FSX:SE and P3Dv4, and couldn't help but notice the huge difference in the aircraft's external light textures (particularly NAV and Strobe lights). I did some reading and it appears that the lights are actually baked into the aircraft model and hence cannot be modified simply by replacing texture files. Hi, I have purchased the 737 base but when i open fsx plane loads i can move around with the mouse (Ezca) but when i press any button of the keyboard sim crashes. All other planes i have installed work fine without any ctd's. Any ideas???

After the latest update, I have a strange line running down the port side of the aircraft toward the back. Looks like it only affects the 700 and is not livery specific (At first I thought it was an issue with one of the liveries I had installed). Anybody else seen this issue? Running FSX Acc.

Hello guys, hopefully someone here can help me, I am having a minor issue with the Panels with the NGX... when I try to zoom and open the main display it will not open...when I try to manually open it via the instrument panel nothing happens. All the other displays work when I click the "+" except the main display.. Also when I go go my 2D panel, everything is all scrunched up and all displays are black. I have a fresh install of the latest version downloaded from my PMDG account and I am using P3D V4.1 Any help? Thanks, -Mitch Young

Hello, I have been experiencing weird crashes since a few days ago. Every time I press the space bar to pan the view around the VC, FSX crashes and sends me back to desktop, with the typical message saying that FSX has crashed and must close. I have already tried reinstalling the NGX several times but without any luck so far. I'm only using FSX Steam edition on Windows 10. Is there a fix to this problem? Thanks.

Hi, I think I have encountered an error with the recall in SP1D. However, it could be my fault. Everytime when I press the recall button, the fuel and anti-ice ligt illuminate. But, if I look at the overhead panel, there are no lights illuminated. I am doing nothing different than normal, and I encounter this since the new SP1D update. Erik

I have a pretty annoying issue since updating to P3D v4.1. Two or so hours into a flight, the textures on the lower panel get replaced (that is, when I load the sim, its fine, but then after a while, they change). I have tried three flights from KIAH - KLAX and it has happened all three times. Each flight took place at a different time of day. I have also done the same flight in v4.0 and not had the problem. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Edit: I do have the latest update from the ops centre.

Hello! I am just getting into Flight Simming and so far it is amazing! For the PMDG Autoland feature for the 737 do I need to have digital standby instruments or can I have analog standby instruments? Personally I like the analog standby more, but I haven’t been able to complete an Autoland with them, and in every video I have seen they have had digital standby instruments, however the digital standby instruments are the default for PMDG, so I was thinking they might not have changed it from the default. Sorry, I know this was kind of a stupid question... Any help is appreciated! Sincerely, Jelly

Hey, Why not instead of having the 777X, why not something that had been released in real life, like the Boeing 737 MAX Series ? The 777X hasn't still been released, so they can't work it out, but the 737 MAX has bee released. It supposed replace the NG Series in few years...

Hi all.Im getting ctd when trying to load ngx flights. fsx reach 4% and i hear some trimsound then invariably ctd.I did try disconnecting my CH pedals, Throttlequad, CH yoke, and Saitke Propanel. No change, still ctd.(incidently, i have after much trouble got the autobrake and reversers working with CH stuff, but thats another story).- I have searched the forum, and it seems SP1 would have fixed most ppls ctd loading a saved flight...The panelstates are generated after SP1b (i´m new to the ngx), so its no old saves.The scenario is:After 4 hr flight i was 25 miles from the marker, did a save, before the "standard" ctd arriving near complex airport =). (good habit to save.)…
