PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Just curious..When I am taxiing...the NGX just wants to fly down the taxiways. I have the throttle all the way down and still too fast and constantly having to brake. Is there a way in fsuipc or in pmdg aircraft to get the plane speed down to say 10mph.. Thanks for any assistance, Warmest Regards, Bob M.

Two unrelated questions. Is the cargo value in fmc the weight of everything or only packages carried in addition to the passenger luggage? is nearest airport any nearest airport or only airports where a 737 can land? thanks

Hi everyone, I purchased the 737-700 Expansion Pack a couple days ago, and I'm having trouble installing it. I need the latest Operations Center, which the notification section claims is v1.20.8465. However, when I select, "Install Update," from the dropdown menu, it doesn't apply the update. I my current version is 1.17. I have just updated to V4 and I am looking for a simple set of instructions to follow to re-install the 2 above aircraft. I uninstalled everything regarding V3 and then installed V4. Tested all ok. However when I go to run the 737 file I just get "a valid P3D install not found in registry" or similar. Anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

So I have been flying the 737NGX for the past year or so and This past month I have been having issues with the ILS system. For example yesterday I flew into LEBL (Cat III) and it worked perfectly (even though it landed on the blast pad) However today I flew to Runway 25L EBBR (110.35) and the runway DME was not showing anything. I followed the charts and was at the correct altitude, This happened to me on my last flight to LEMD. I also had the issue when VOR LOC will simply not engage even though DME is showing (within 5nm and at correct alt according to charts) Any help is deeply appreciated!

Even with maximum brightness on the Main Panel "Back-lighting" the usual lighting will not come on. Notice the MCP is dark. Problem began today after the 10/12 update on the Ops Center. Here is the version installed. 1.20.8465 Using NGX 737-700WL

Cabin crew reports that the aft passenger cabin is freezing! Sure enough, the temp reading from the cockpit is showing 9C for the aft passenger cabin! Only the aft pass cabin is affected. Environmental controls are set for Auto, Trim air is on, etc. Setting aft passenger cab temp manually to max doesn't help. We don't have enough blankets! Without a fix, we will need to start flying for Ryan Air! lol

Afternoon, I have recently migrated to P3D V4 and I am having some issues when trying to Activate the PMDG 737 800/900 Product. P3d V4 Version : 4.1.7.22841 Sim Connect Version : 4.1.0.0 PMDG Version : P3d V4 1.20.8465 Operations Center Version : 1.17.27 P3d is installed and activated. When you launch P3D all is OK and you can select the default F22 and load into the Sim. All works ok for this and other default aircraft. As soon as you select the Boeing 737 800 I am prompted with the activation. I enter my Key and it connects to the server and activates successfully. Once completed i get a flash of (Not Responding) in the menu bar of the application.…

Every time, since this morning, when I start P3D, go to the airport of my choice and change the default aircraft for the PMDG 737-900, the 737 starts up with full throttle. I have tried several panel states to start up with, all resulting in a full throttle status after initialization. I never experienced this phenomenon before and no matter what I tried (fresh fsuipc.cfg, prepar3d.cfg, another panelstate), the result remains the same. Full throttle startup. Any idea how I can get the 737s to startup correctly again, i.e.with throttle idle? Thanks, Hans van Wijhe

Hello, Everytime I click the 737-700 series in FSX:SE the online activation keeps showing up. Is there a way to fix this? I already un-installed and re-installed. It doesn't happen to the -800 series. John R. Miller III

After loading up FSX, it crashes on "Initialization of system 10%".

I have a small problem when I save a flight and then take it back at a later time in the moment in which I reload the RADIO setting instead of having 200 ft as set I always appears 9100. My FSX Gold DVD went bad and my PC can no longer read off of it (rats!). So I purchased FSX Steam Edition and installed it on a new gaming PC. I went to install my 737 NGX and found it wouldn't accept the activation code when I entered it in. It says my activation code has had too many activations. Now what can I do to fix this? Am I out of luck and have to purchase another 737NGX product from PMDG? Thanks...

Second flight without NAV tuning to ILS freq? It makes approach to the runway normally, after pressing VOR LOC nothing happens, APP button also doesn't tune to ILS?!, Both NAV's on the right frequency (KIAH 33R 110.9). Plane started descending like nothing happens straight to the runway like ILS is tuned on for normal landing. Of course I had to manually land which is fine on clear WX and good visual but no warning...etc. Anyone experienced something similar. FMC set up correctly, STAR OK, TRANS OK as well, all good, speed ok, just unable to catch LOC and GS. GS displayed on the PFD. Hi Everyone just changed over to the fly precisely templates for flight planning in PFPX and while doing my first flight with them flight encountered a problem. The B738W was heavily loaded in planning and actually exceeded the ZFW in the PMDG aircraft by about 700kg in the sim. I assume we cant change the ZFW in the aircraft but was wondering if others had found this issue as well and what they did about it? The templates have a number of engine options available ie CFM56-7B24, CFM56-7B26, CFM56-7B27 - what should i be using? Many thanks Tim Carter

I'm not getting any callouts when landing. Do I have something turned off somewhere? I get them during testing but not on an ILS landing or any other landing. I do get a "Terrain" and "Sink Rate" callout but that's about it. Steve

Hello, i have recently switched to P3Dv4.1 and the PMDG 737NGX (for P3Dv4) and i have observed something strange when selecting a frequence on Nav2. First, i load a flight -let´s say PMDG 737-800 in Fuerteventura (MKS´s scenery) with AS weather running-. I then select the PMDG-pre-programmed Cockpit state "short" and then i set 114.10 for the FTV Vor on Nav1 and it is shown on the ND. However, when i set this or 115.20 (for LZR) or any other frequence on Nav2 nothing is shown on the ND after selecting Nav2 to on at the control panel. I am completely new to PMDG and have just purchased the 737 NGX. Downloaded o.k and ran as administrator, installed fine o FSX Steam. When I opened FSX the 737 thumbnails are there. When select a 737 aircraft, I am prompted to enter the NGXxx licence key, which I do. All I then get is a message saying cannot connect to remote server. and dumped back to the home page, so cannot proceed. I have checked the internet connection is o.k and both cut and pasted and manually entered the licence code through several attempts. I do not think this is a firewall or security issue at my end. I would like to fly this plane - it looks great. I have also paid for it!! Any ideas plea…
