Hello, I bought a boxed PMDG 737 NGX. Unfortunately my dvd drive is broken, so I can't install that via the DVD. Is there any possibility to download an ISO file or anything else, so that I can install the PMDG? Thanks in advance. BR Manuel

Hello Fellow Simmers, So Ive recently got back into FSX and I have been running into some issues with the pmdg 737ngx. The 737 itself seems to have some texturing/lag issue which also conflicts with some of the scenery addons I have installed. The whole plane just disappears when I try to change views (both mid flight and on ground) or minimise fsx which causes everything else in fsx to more or less disappear as well ( all ground objects disappearing and extremely blurry ground textures). Now this doesnt happen all the time but its frustrating when it does, I am basically stuck in cockpit and unable to admire the aircraft from the outside. I would love to buy more …

hi, is there a way to access the SAVE and LOAD start up panel without turning on the battery? Here is what i am trying to do, the default cold and dark panel is perfect but has all the light switches cranked to max and every time i have to adjust them which is annoying. So what i would like is to do is to make a new cold and dark panel with the light switches where i like them (half way) and the battery OFF as a cold and dark panel should be! is this at all possible? thank you

Flying from KMSO to KSLC in the PMDG 737-600 I flew over navaids LKT, PIH and MLD. Only PIH had a nav course bearing indication (green arrow) and the other two did not. Is that a Navigraph problem, or are the VOR's no longer in service?

Save/Load from the FSX menu: You can also conduct save/load operations from the FSX menu. The PMDG 737NGX will intercept the save/load function and create both the FSX save file and the PMDG 737NGX panel save file for you using the name you select. You will then be able to load your flight and panel state from the FSX menu as well and the airplane condition will be just as you left it. This is what the manual says. When I load the saved flight everything is in the condition of when I saved it. Only the RADIO parameter, as shown in the attached picture, is completely incorrect. To correct the data it takes 10 minutes with the …

Morning, are there any news about the SDK i heard from months ago? Especially extracting the displays is annoying thing. The only workaround for placing PFD and ND is saving a flight with the windows undocked and the CDU can only be undocked including the buttons but i would need only the display. Hopefully there is a progress in realising an SDK, the alternative would be switching to ProSim737 ...

I recently hit the "z" button on my keyboard in-flight, thus disengaging the autopilot. However, when I went to reengage the autopilot via the CMD switch, it would not reengage. I assume that there is some kind of system that is stopping me from reengaging the autopilot? How do I reengage it without resetting the flight? Matthew Lewandowski

Hello. In P3D v.3, I have already installed PMDG 737 NGX Base Pack 800/900 for P3D. Now I have installed PMDG 737 NGX Expansion Pack 600/700 for P3D. When first used on the simulator, for example from 737-600 the activation code is requested; I entered the serial code of the basic installation. The aircraft initially seems to work with the engines running, but the controls can not be activated. Where am I wrong? Thank you.

I decided to make a save (Scenario > Save) when descending into Rotterdam airport so I could practice my ILS approaches. After landing I loaded up the save and got this: So the software has tried to load the panel state as it was when I made the save. The MCP and throttle quadrant have loaded correctly, but all of the gauges digital flight displays are broken as you can see. I waited a few minutes to see if they would load but got nothing. The fields for the values on the radio stack and overhead panel are also not working correctly (they're all blank). I've tried loading the save straight from the scenario editor, and also from a scenario (just loaded…

I have started disconnecting the A/P at approx 1000', rather than 500' as I was doing it before to get a bit more practice. However, unless my weather settings are wacky, I am getting bounced all around. I use the HGS, but I find I am 'chasing the target' quite a bit. Any advice?

So I just bought a brand new gaming computer that came with Windowns 10. I downloaded FSX as well as the 2 service packs from microsoft. I didn't have my anti-virus enabled so it wouldn't mess with the downloads. When I try to open a 737 the message,"Warning: the PMDG product was unable to create its work files. Please make sure that you are running Flight Simulator X as administrator." appears. Any ideas why this message is popping up and how do I fix it? Thanks

Hi, I recently moved up from FS2004 to FSX-SE on a brand new Flying Computer from Chill blast, a company specialising in high level PCs here in the UK. Running Windows 10, 64-bit, latest update on an i7-7700k 4.2GHz CPU with 16GB RAM, a GeForce 1080ti 11GB graphics card. OS is on a 500GB SSD with FSX-SE on a separate 2TB 7200 HDD. I have owned the FS2004 versions of the 737NG (all variants) and the 747-400/400F and am a long time customer. The 737NGX is installed correctly, licenced and the Operations Centre functions fine and is up to date. The 737NGX is a wonderful aircraft and it has taken me some time to move up from flying on a 2-D pane…

I suppose this question has been asked and answered before. Can' seem to find anything on it. Is it possible to run PMDG B737 NGX in FSX Steam Edition. It seems as if it installed OK, it shows up in the Aircraft menu, but the cockpit is "dead". No input with the mouse is possible. Please help. Hermann Kuhne

A few days ago I upgraded my Windows 10 to the newest version,1709 that is. Now I encounter a problem when using the PMDG-737. When I switch Time and Season to a different setting I get an error message " An unsupported operation was attempted". I have no choice but to click on ok which closes the program I wonder if anybody uses Windows 10 version 1709 and if there are any problems. Thank you Paul12

I've read many forums and in many places as to how I can change the clock to hours:minutes rather than just in minutes so it resets after 100 minutes. Does anyone know how I can do this. I have looked through the settings in the FMC I can't seem to find anything. Thanks

Bonjour, May be someone can give me a clue ! Is the bleed air provided by one engine running is enough to start the other ? It does not seem possible. I always have to start the APU, to give me more bleed air to start the second engine. Merci Claude

Sitting in the cockpit of my PMDG B737, I suddenly realised that I am no higher off the ground than in my Cessna Scraping on the tarmac... Going to the B777 and B747 height above the ground seems fine. I am above the rest.

I am using the PMDG 737ngx. In the FMC. I am attempting to set the Pushback distance. I want to set 60' Back and 90 degree noise right. It comes up with a total distance of say 314" which can't be changed... I am at gate A1 at Charlotte Douglas. The pushback begins and It will not stop. It pushes me clear thru the buildings, across the highway and keeps going. The stop button doesn't work and neither do the brakes..lol. Very frustrating when you get everything set up and you can't get to the taxiway...Not sure what the problem is. The FMC must be possessed by the Grinch that stole Christmas... Thanks for any ideas, Bob M.

Hello all, I replaced my Thrustmaster T-flight HOTAS with a CH Products Eclipse Yoke and Logitech PRO Flight Throttle Quadrant. Before, when taxiing with the Thrustmaster throttle, I had to push the throttles up at around 29-30% N1 to get a 15-20kt steady taxi speed. Now, with the Logitech throttle, I need to keep the throttle almost at idle (between 21-23% N1) to taxi, which seems more realistic, but when even at those low settings taxi speed can quickly get up to around 30 kts if I stop paying attention for a few seconds. Can someone with a similar throttle setup explain their taxi technique to me? I feel like I'm riding the brakes too hard to maintain a stead…
