PMDG 737NGX | 737NGXu

Hey allI have scanned through all the topics but am still having the same issue. I have tried flying between PHNL and PANC using a real world route that uses lat/long waypoint. However each time I get to the second waypoint the FMC seems to dump all the nav points and puts the bird into a constant banking circle. Usually when I enter the waypoint data I use the same format that was used with the PMDG 747 FMC. Entries usually go in fine using the following format: NXXWXXX (such as N40W156). Has anyone else been experiencing this issue or can someone share with me if I am entering the waypoint info. incorrectly. Thanks for the help.Cheers

The first question is simple. How much size on the harddrive will the 737NGX take? Second I have the impression that this plane is going to hit performence harder than what we are used to compared to other addon planes for FSX. Right or? The very high listed recommended requirements leads me to that conclusion. Is another plane better for me because of my system? Hi, I'm having a problem with the throttle as you can see in this video. I'm using my throttle quadrant and the keyboard but it's not moving. I've set everything to 100% in the sound menu on the PMDG setup.

Hopefully I can finally get some info on this. The manual is silent. Sometimes the speed rest I enter 240/10000 on the descent page(and sometimes climb page) dissapears and is unable to be restored as invalid entry or just simply dissapears after I hit enter. Seems to be legs constraints but I cannot figure out how they conflict because sometimes this works but most of the time it does not. N one has been able to figure it out and so I always have to use speed intervene. No biggie I just want to find out what I am doing wrong or if it is a bug. This was not happening before sp1.Thanks

Hi all,On climb out and after a short cruise,leaving all bleed switches off,how can I have a 7500 foot cabin alt at 24000?yes it is climbing at 2000fpm,but shouldn't it be close to aircraft altitude?As soon as I placed the pack switches from off,to auto,I got the master caution, and mask drop in the cabin.Is this normal ops?

Hello all,I'm working through my first NG repaint and am having some trouble understanding how to continue textures from the tail downwards onto the "top" texture, then down the sides of the fuselage. In this instance I have a semi-detailed pattern that continues down the sides similar to Hawaiian's tail (which I'm NOT trying to paint ). Can anyone point me to a sort of guideline on how to add and cut textures to do this correctly? In particular it's the area where the very rear of the fuselage texture and the top texture pull away from each other. Any help is appreciated!One other, anyone else suggested a repainting subforum?

Hi there. Got the PMDG BOEING 737 NGX few days back. Boy! There is nothing like it. I take my word back that,” The QUEEN was the only thing in FlightSim i wanted to fly". I just have two word for it” Just Perfect”. I know it will be setting the new standards for FlightSim when the Service Pack will be released soon.There is some issue with the lights. The beacon light has a specific time of flashing and the Strobes have a specific time too. For the Beacon light that it sometimes happen it will flash for some time correctly and suddenly stops flashing, then it pauses and no light flashes and again starts flashing correctlyThis repeat again and again. When I engage the reverse thrusters I do not hear any sound .They are working but are silent. I hear the landing gear ,the flaps but no reverse sound . Any idea why ? is there a setting for this .Thanks in advance

Hello, guys.I want to share this video with you about something that happened to me yesterday.I can tell you only one thing i know i did wrong, and is that i forget to engage the second autopilot, and result (if i'm not mistaken) is what you see in the video. hi,i installed the 600/700 expansion. the latter ran through quite quickly and the window closed. there was no message that the installation is complete. is that normal? the plane seems to work fine (as far as i could see in 5 minutes) so i am not overly worried but i am wondering if the installation was really complete or not?thanks!

Hello, I got some questions about the 738 NGX. What is your way to disengage the autopilot during the landing? If I press "z" the A/P disengages but the sound does not stop. I mean the sound of the disengage. I always have to press manualy the button. After that the sound ends. During the landing, I only want the press "z" and will fly manually. The sound has to come 3-4 times and then stop. Another question. Before I flew the PMDG i flew the ifly. If I established ILS, in the PFD appears "Single CH". In the pmdg it does not appear. Why? Hi all. Just curious about how the nav data and other information is updated each month on a FMC in real life/real world. Is it done over-the-air (wirelessly) or does a technician connects a hardrive with the new info with a data cable? Who provides the airline with said info each month?Thanks, and regards. Dear PMDGA serious complaint. After purchasing the 737 NGX my elderly PC has struggled to keep it's frame rates up at airports. This has caused me much frustration.As a last resort it has now cost me £800 on a new PC, all so that I can fly. Don´t want to be the one crying wolf here, but can anyone please confirm that the glideslope function is missing from the FMC after installing SP1? I cannot find it anymore in any of the pages of the CDU where it whould´ve been. Maybe it´s an option that I have to check in the PMDG´s options menu and I´m missing something. If it´s indeed missing I´ll submit a ticket to Ryan, but I don´tt want to do that before others confirm this is the issue. He probably has enough work as it is.

Posting here as someone had discovered uninstall/reinstalling improved some big slow downs on the 737NGX that happened when FSPax was executing something. I don't want to lose all of my pilot and airline profiles if I can avoid it. Does anyone know if you can retain these when you uninstall/reinstall?Thanks in advance!Noel
