Hi,I've just installed the PMDG 737 and I'm having this problem whereby when I try to change the COMM1 and COMM2 frequencies its either very slow to change or doesn't change at all. The NAV and ADF frequencies are grand, its just the COMMs ones. I'm using FS2004 on Windows 7 64-Bit, and have Desktop composition disabled. Has anyone any idea what could be causing this? I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, including several reinstalls of FS...

I was wondering if a PMDG person could answer this.First of all, I know I'm being a pain in the butt. That's because panel saving for me is a crucial feature of a plane. The lack of it had been the sole reason that I've not bought the current PMDG 737 yet. Now, I know it's not decided yet whether the NGX will make it to FS9. However, suppose it does not come to FS9, will you guys implement a way to save the panel state in the FS9 737? In my opinion, that's the one thing that would complete an addon that is cited by many as one of the best FS addons ever released.

when i use the engine failure feature in pmdg 737 then it fails in the menu, but the engine is still running - how come?

I've had this a/craft for years and have always followed the same engine start procedure. Start the APU and then open the APU bleed valve. Then, still on the overhead, switch the isolation valve from "auto" to "on" and the manual valve from "closed" to "open". Then turn the appropriate start switch to ground and switch the fuel lever when N2 is approx 20.The other day I realised that for some reason I had missed out two of these steps, switching the isolation valve to "on" (it was left in "auto") and switching the manual valve to "open" but the engines started the same. Next day, to check, I did this deliberately and yes the engines started without these two switching act…

Hello fellow sim pilots it has been a long time since i started a topic on this forum but i thought this is nice to share with you guys.A few days ago i decided something big i have never done before a tour around the world well i have to be honest done this before but not self planned and 2nd the first world tour i flew was with the pmdg 744 this one will be done as you can see in the 737-900 from pmdg.My intention is to fly to airports that are not that popular so the big airports will be left aside as much as possible unless i have no choice e.g no airport in the neighbourhood of a big airport wich has enough runway for me to land or depart.I am also gonna record ever…

Hello everybody,I have a saitek pro 52 joystick and I am making the settings with the key combination.I almost finished it but I couldn't find any key combination for Radio COM & NAV on the PMDG Key combination list to increase & decrease radio frequency.If anyone can help, thank you very much by advance.

When i turn the knobs on the radiostack they react really slow on the radio - but only on the radio - not the other functions.Any ideas?i have installed all latests patches.

After many years of being involved with our FS version, I finally flew on a real 737NG last night from KSFO to KPHX. I've had NG flights scheduled three times in the past (including the outbound leg of this trip) but SWA switched all three out for an old analog 300. Finally worked out this time though!Wasn't that much different from the 300s and 500s I've been on a million times aside from that huge winglet. The engine noise seemed like it had a bit more of a low frequency rumble component to it, but that could have just been where I was sitting. Here's a pic sitting at Gate 31 just prior to pushback.

I recently re-purchased my 737NG for FS9 and attempted to install addon liveries. The Southwest 737-700 with winglest worked fine, but none of the others will display. The texture files are there and the .cfg files (Aircraft and Backup) record the repaints.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,a question to the veterans... :( After a long time (years!), I have finally re-activated my PMDG 737s (in FS2004!) again, and was quite surprised and impressed how sophisticated they are; had forgotten all about it.However, I ran into a (minor) nuisance concerning key assignments. During my flight session, I had to re-assign the doors keys (I used ctrl-shift-1 and ctrl-shift-2) at least three times. They did work*, but every time they had gone after a while. (I fiddled around with the doors while still on the ground, so I noticed.)Then, at one point I was alerted to the front door suddenly having opened magically at cruise level... :-)And again, the key assignment…

A lot of times i can only make one of the throttle move at a time with my joystick. I tried to Push E then 1 then 2. But it doesnt work. What could be wrong. Is there another way to make fs select all throttles at once?

I have a couple of questions regarding texture of the 737 NG Panels, please look at the attached jpeg file.1. It is normal for the illuminated panel to look as dark as the attached jpeg at night? I also have the PMDG Boeing 747 FS9 and it has a very nice orange glow.2. Look at the warning indicators pointed by the whiten arrow. When I installed the 737 600/700 they were perfect and sharp. After the installation of the 800/900 expansion all models 600,700,800,900 look like the one in the picture, blurry. Is this normal or I am missing a texture or something?ThanksJuan

I was climbing to cruize altitude 330 and I made the mistake of changing my cruising altitude to 340 (per request of ATC) in the FMC. I now realize I should have instead changed the MCP altitude to 340 not the FMC. By doing so my aircraft went into descent mode and that is not what I wanted. Now I can't get the cruize or climb page. I do realize these become inoperable once cruize altitude is reached but that was not yet the case. My question is: is there anything I can do to correct my mistake or do I just have to live with it and continue the flight without the use of VNAV (at least until I reach the descent phase of the flight)? :( Well i have a big problem ,,i was making a flt between JKF and BOS and i've started to do rerouting exercises on the fmc wich involves legs and route modifications , and i can't find the way to fly from a fix to a fix and the fly the airway because the the fmc on the route page doesn't take the awy , so i have to fly outside the route via direct wpts,,,i've started the final app at KBOS ILS4L and G/A , but when i tried to reprogram the Fmc to go back to JFK i couldnt`t ,, is it p
