PMDG 737 NG (Legacy Version)

HelloI Was using FSX flying default aircraft, so i bought fs2004 and PMDG 737 right now im using saitek pro yoke the problem i have now the blue control lever on my throttle controls the direction of the aircraft so i can't taxi properly and with FSX this never happens.The Problem With PMDG the fmc doesnt have any airports stored in the system so makes it almost impossible to start or complete flights.To be honest PMDG was a waste of money i dont even use it anymoreCan Anyone Help MeCritikel Media

Hi all, I am using the PMDG 737-800 and trying to learn to fly a simple route from EGBB to EGPF but am having a problem understanding how to plot the route. Here's my problem. I am using the latest AIRACS (1004)1. Using Routefinder for EGBB to EGPF I get the following: EGBB SID TNT UN57 POL UN601 MARGO STAR EGPF. 2. I input this into the FMC and choose the LANA1A Star which according the the EGPF charts is appropriate from Margo. 3. I then select ILS23 as the approach but it then says a disco is inserted after LANAK and before CI23.If I could just understand what I am looking for, and how to close this DISCO I feel like I can nail any FMC planning. Right... I recently tried adding some repaints to my PMDG 737-800 and when going into flight simulator 9 they didnt show up... so i ran it in admin mode... they then showed up but my EditVoicePack wont work... so I reinstalled the PMDG 737 and after doing this running flight simulator normally... it bought up old repaints that were on the model... it really sounds confusing and it is!so basically after a reinstall it is still showing liveries that were previously installed.. can anyone help? or show me how to run editvoicepack so it will run when fs9 is in admin mode?cheers for any help guys :( regards.Alex

After i solved the take off problem i found another one . I started a flight, saved it after some time of flying but when i reloaded the flight every gaguge and instrument was black. It's like the entire airplane is shut down but the engines are still working. PS - it's about the 737-700 FS9, probably it's the same problem with the other versions.Thanks you and i hope someone can help me :(

I have PMDG 737 with all the updates and stuff. The plane is not loaded or something like that the problem is with the airplane not my configuration. I only select the plane and start the flight. The plane only takes off when it reaches more then 160k. For example i can't take off from Inssbruck because the runway is too short. But how can't a 737 take off when i can do it with a fully loaded 747. When i want to pull up i can see the controller moving but the airplane dosen't climb except when it reaches more then 160k....i will try to make a video for better understanding of my problemThank you and i hope someone can help meGeorge Irimiescu

Hey all, I was trying earlier today to do a quick flight with my 737-800 and the sim crashed twice on me sighting my main guage file as the culprit. I think that somewhere along the line, the file got corrupted, no big deal. My quick-thinking mind told me to just go ahead and reinstall the -600/-700 then the -800/-900 and all necessary updates, but then I paused and wondered... If I do such a thing, will that ruin my installations of my 747-400 and MD-11? I thought I remembered reading something along those lines back after the MD-11 came out. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance.

I have been flying the PMDG 737NG for about half a year and really enjoy it. It seems to me though that the plane is quite "heavy on the controls". What I mean is that you have to move the joystick a lot to make the plane bank (or pitch). I can understand that it should not feel like a Cessna but compared to e.g. the LevelD 767 for FSX it is still quite heavy. And that leads to my question:Is the reason for this that the 737NG is a FS2004 aircraft and the flight model of FS2004 limits the way the aircraft is controlled? Or is the reason that I haven't been very successful in setting up my joystick for FS2004?Of course I cannot say that one way or the other is more "realis…

Hi All,I just recently re-installed this amazing aircraft but I'm having difficulties adjusting the PDF/NDB look. I know how to change the style and look of the PFD and NDB to the way the European airlines have it set... but for some reason it's not working. I've installed this aircraft in the past and everything has worked fine. However, for some reason I am not able to change the PFD and NDB style to the European style...Any help would be great.Cheers,James W.

hello together,since a few day i have folowong problem. when i load my 737 in fs9 my keyboard is totaly not working anymore. nothing happens on any button. mouse, joysticks, plane works fine. just my complete keybord isnt working anymore. when i push on the fmc the button for keybord use on the fmc i can use the keybord for inputs in the fmc. but when i turn it off the keyboard isnt working anymore. when i change to another plane the keyboard works fine.can anybody help me please?thank you, nicolas

Since some time in 2006 all B737s were produced without eyebrow windows. As the 737NG series therefore spans a period where they were fitted and then not fitted I'm wondering whether the PMDG 737NGX will reflect this and have the feature selectable?Iain Smith

Hi all, first post so please bear with me if I come across as a bit Noobie. Have got the PMDG 737 600 - 900 and am trying to follow Fred Clausen's tutorial (and eventually Tim's too). However, I seem to have a problem starting the right engine. Here's what I do from a cold and dark c/p:1. Select Battery and standby2. Select ground power3. Flip the APU switch, wait for Gen Lights to turn blue, then flick both of them4. Flick the APU bleed5. Switch the other panels noted by Fred (e.g. fuel pumps, seat belts etc).THEN:1. Flick left engine to GRD. At this point the two small levers on the throttle are down (presume = closed?). Wait for engine to start makign a noise, then fli…

I just could control one throttle when i cut off AT or i had control more than 30 mins.The 2 Engiens works well, but i just can control i throttle if i cut off AT - -!. Is the FSUIPC problem? My FSUIPC is 3.85 or 3.93. I try use keyboard E+1,2,3,4.but id doesnt work :(I reinstalled many times.....i dont know where the problem is.
