PMDG 737 NG (Legacy Version)

Hi PMDG,to my knowledge your doing the 736,737,738 and 739. Will they all be for one sale, two sales or invidivual? I would only like the 737 and 738 so would I have to pay to get those variantions or could I just pay for those two?

Ok i love the PMDG NG 737. I have the 800/900 series. Basically am having problems with N1%. I put in my gross weight and everything all correct, then the FMC directs me to the N1% limit page. Because the Gross weight has calculated my N1% Take off limitation for N1% lets say its clalculated 97.5%. It sometimes feels that its calculated it wrong. Like i was doing a flight today and i was at bristol EGGD (DEPARTING), and i nearly over shot the runway because i didnt have enough power and thrust to cover, because I was limited to 98.8% N1. I was just wondering can i change the N1% manually to a higher number so this dosent happen, or can i even turn it off? It also happend …

One of my 737-600NG liveries does not show passenger cabin lights at night in spot view. I assume that one of the texture files needs to be replaced but which one controls this, please?Iain Smith

HelloI've recently experienced a couple of times when descending,a message is received on the FMC "STEEP DESCENT AFTER *****". Upon reaching this point the aircraft plummets from the sky!!!!Is this pilot error? Bad descent planning etc?Thanks Alan W

HelloOn the ND , the wind direction 'arrow' (I hope thats the correct terminology) doesn't display until after take off, although it used to at one time.Is there perhaps a setting I can change?Thank youAlan Watson

Hello everyone,I'm a PMDG 737NG 800/900 user and had problems with liveries showing up in the menu. I could only see the standard pmdg liveries and not the add-on liveries from the website. Now I discovered that when I run FS9 (windows vista 32bit) as an admin, the liveries work fine, but active camera 2004 doesn't work anymore. FS9/737800NGI've been at flight simulator for quite some time flying payware aircraft for most of it and have encountered a problem that I just can't seem to lick with the 737-800. I go through the normal procedures for the aircraft, and either prior to taxi or prior to entering the runway, I engatge the autothrottle. After a few seconds, the engines spool down to idle and no control inputs from the throttle are accepted (Saitek yoke/throttle). If I disengage the A/T switch, I can controll it again. Every once in awhile, the aircraft works exactly as expected. Then the next flight, exact same thing. I went through today and deleted all game controllers and reconfigured th…

I have almost an identical situation as Christoph (several posts below). I am posting here so as (a) not to hijack his thread and (:( to vent a little.So here is my story. A few years ago I downloaded the PMDG737-600/700 and used it happily. I got a few "brake" issues etc and then (and this may be my big mistake right here) I purchased a CD version of the standalone 737-800/900 second hand via ebay. I installed that and uninstalled the 600/700 and all worked well. I was a happy simmer.I then joined a Virtual Airline and they requested that my "early hours" with them should be flown with a 737-700. As I had a made a backup copy of the PMDG 600/700 I tried to reinstall it …

Hi,I've bought download version of 737 back in Jan and installed it fine. I have just got a new computer, and trying to use the setup program to install the 737 on my new machine, but I am getting this error very early on in the process...Error: Group(##ID_STRING1##)Is this because im not supposed to install it on another machine, albeit it is my machine, and I've thrown out the old one.Many thanks,Arnold.

Hay to all,I am an Italian simmer, and my English is poor! I received this gift frommy son. I do not in which way I can refuelling this plane. From FS, I notes that for all 737, the max. LB are 46062.5!!!!! This isnot possible as the extimate ranges are different, so I feel that should bea different way to do it. Any way, INSUFFICIEN FUEL, appears every time.I need help. Before purchasing the PMDG 737-800/900 do i need to buy the 600-700 series first? i want to fly the 800 but i'm not sure of it.

the plane does not hold lnav tightly...although lnav does track...it rides next to the magenta line not on it ...i get to my destination ok but by that time atc has given me new vectors to get back on coursemike ryder

I just installed the HUD (from FS2002) by the folks from Allied Flight Group in the 737NG under FS2004. I installed it in the VC because I only ever fly in VC mode. However it does not work. Has anybody here had success installing that HUD in VC mode in their NG in FS2004? If so, what did you do to get it to work? I did all the panel cfg edits but no luck. recently unhooked my computer and everything to move to a new place. After hooking everything back up everything runs great like before only I can't hear the trim sounds. The clicks you hear of switches being turned on/off for a few of the lights and cab/Util is not sounding as well. All other sounds coming in fine. Hi All,With so many variables after a flight, it makes my dispatch sheet sometimes worth a second look. Ive used the PMDG fuel loader and a few other Dispatch Sheet programes. Which do you recommend? I also am attaching a recent dispatch sheet for repies on accuracy ( before the flight too place ). Also how do I ensure ( 737-800 ) the fuel is drained from the center tank first and then switches to the wing tanks when appropriate.All good advice welcome,Berne :(
