after a short time after i start my descent in the 600 i get a air condition warning light,anyone any ideas how this happens thanks in advance, james mcpherson

I've seen this posted by other folks, but can't pull up the message. Yesterday, when turning the battery on a car horn type sound went off and couldn't be silent. Had to go out of FS9 and restart the sim to make it stop. Any ideas? (Everything else was set up according to POH procedures -e.g., fuel levers in cut off, etc.)ricardo

Installed Win2k Pro on a new SATA drive in the place of my old IDE drive, and set up a dual boot system for the moment between my old OS on my drive designated as C:, and my new Win2k installation designated as D: (via NTFS drive labeling). Install and boot work fine. I download the gdipluss.dll from Microsoft, since this is required under non-XP systems. Put gdiplus.dll in my D:WINNTSystem32 directory, as I've previously done it this way. Install FS9 and PMDG6/7/8/900 with all service updates without errors. Hello,As soon as I added the 800/900 models to the 737NG one of the main displays are not showing the Fuel Flow Arc. I have the latest registered copy of FSUPIC but nothing is letting me see that arc.Anyone with that problem? I thought I understood the significance of the green arc but it always seems to move in unexpected ways. Could somebody tell me exactly what it means and what influences it the most when descending please ?Indicentally, I have taken the advice somewhere else in this forum and seem to have mastered the art of descents now I have virtually abandoned VNAV and use LVL Change instead. Is that how its done irl ?

Dear PMDG,I have a problem, since few days with the 737NG.I used it for many days and I enjoyed a lot, but now I cannot fly it. Hi, i need some help please.I am looking at building an external fmc as i think a few other people have. For the moment that is not really a concern, however what i cant figure out is how to map all the keys on the fmc to keyboard keys? that being alpha and numeric keys, menu keys and line select keys. First of all, sorry for my bad english. I'm italian. I'm looking for an answer because I've a strange problem: when I installa program that runs opening a dos window, my 737Pmdg doesn't works. All the panels except the overhead are shutdown and unserviceable, even if I reinstall the 737 after removing all. The only thing I can do is to go back to a previous system configuration, but this way I lose the program I've installed. I've tried to change the video driver, because I think that the problem is something with the video: the aircfrat, in fact, works, I hear sounds and I can fly "blinded", I can't see only the instruments workings, 'cause they're black and the buttons …

PMDG,I'm pleased that we have atleast one Indian NG operator's livery available in your download section - Jet Airways. But I'd probably couldn't thank-you enough I there's also an option to install this new livery for India's newest airline - Air India Express. Possible? I have downloaded the Aloha 737-700 livery, however it fails to appear in my acft listing. I have downloaded many others, but have noticed that with the -600/-700 there is a batch program within the acft folder that indicated you should run this, which I did, but it still does not show up. Hello:A quick and hopefully easy question concerning the 737-700 FMC.When you load a flight plan into the FMC - does the flight plan include your altitude, cruise and other information - or ONLY the waypoints?? I note that the flight plans in Tim Metzler's tuitorials include all the information. Does this mean that when you save a flight plan in the fturue all the information has to be inputed before saving?? Is it possible to ONLY save/load the waypoints, then do all the other stuff at the time of the flight??Many thanks.............Iain

I have a problem with the names of some intersections at Arlanda (ESSA), Stockholm, and Kastrup (EKCH), Copenhagen. I downloaded the SID/STARs for those airports from www.navdata.at. I have checked, and everything in those SID/STARs are the same as the real-world ones. My problem is that the names of the intersections is not the same as the names in FS, and some of the intersections are missing in FS. I was able to find some of the intersections when I was trying to make the flightplan in the FS flightplanner, but as I said, they have different names, so it's a bit difficult. I had to re-install FS a couple of days ago, and the first time I noticed this was when I had the…

With the autothrottles engaged on takeoff, climb thrust engages after barely passing 100 feet. As a commercial pilot, this is dangereous...climb thrust should not engage until 1000 feet depending on airline procedure or a/c.... why is this????
