Sorry, but I've lost my fix for the Boeing default 900 failing to show the textures. As I recall it was fixed with a simple correction to the panel file, but I see not corrected at the Server install level.Does anyone have it?- Ron McLeod CYEG

Hi guys I recently compiled this list to improve my ATC experience in FS2004. I was not happy with ATC not announcing various airlines, this was due to the list being out of date and had some errors.So I used this list to modify all my aircraft so at least ATC would announce an airline name. Obviously this is a compromise but I wanted ATC to say something instead of nothing!eg, RYANAIR doesnt work, so it can be changed to RYAN and it will work, and I use SHAMROCK to announce AER LINGUS flights.This list might be helpful for the guys in the 747-400 paintshop, preparing a multitude of airlines and ATC codes, so at least ATC announces something !! Hi I have a problem with the PMDG 737-600-700 , every time i crash the A/C i get MS error box come up and when i go into it it says that its the panel.dll that caused the error . Also my version of PMDG doesnt like the newer FSPUIC so im stuck with 3.411 , if i use any newer ones then the panel loads as if theres no power . Chears Rich

Does anyone have both versions of this guide, ie, the 'combi' version and the NG only version(U10 onwards)? I inadvertently bought the version covering all 737s, and would like to know what is extra in the NG only version? It's on offer as an insert to registered users for $30(or $35 on the order form), and I might be tempted if it contains a fair amount of extra material.Thanks,Frank

I just wanted to see how long it took for PMDG to create their first 737-600 and 700 NG. If it took them less time then this 747, ITS GONNA BE MUCH BETTER. :) 747 IS GOING TO ROCK!David S (When are we going to see the panel with the virtual cabin) This is big time suspense :( David

After many cold starts and the constant switching from 'O' to 'M' + 'T' and back to 'O', and then repeating the process for the second engine, I stumbled on a better method.In the Main ('M')panel view click on the engine instrument display panel (this will position it up in the windscreen).Select 'O' (overhead).You will now see the overhead panel with the engine instrument panel overlaid in the upper right hand corner. You will need to drag it down a bit to uncover the view selection strip.Then click on 'T' to bring up the throttle quadrant and position it in the upper left side of the overhead panel.You now have everything at your finger tips on the one 'page'so to speak…

Starting up FS9, I get the message superimposed on the opening screen: "Aircraft initialisation failure. BA Citiexpress Beech 1900D - VC" And then I have to close and abort FS.I then found all the 1900D files I could through Explorer and deleted them. Restarted the computer. Tried to start FS9 again: same result.So I can't open MSFS9. Hobby apparently terminated. Help please!Don Hunt

Tonight I departed Boeing Field on a delivery flight of a -800 NG to KDAL, I was departing South and in the process of getting to the Raddy Inx to join J-20, the aircraft banked to 30 degrees, even tho I had the bank angle limiter set to 25 degrees. I was in LNAV and VNAV modes on the MCP, all was well and a turn was appropriate, but why didn't the limiter prevent an overbank situation? Other informatio: I was leaving 8000' for 11,000' assigned, at 249KIAS. Flight Keeper dinged me good for this and a perfect flight score was lost due to overbank. I can live with that, but now I am doubting the wisdom of using the auto pilot for departures. Any Ideas? Thanks,Bill Ehmig

HelloAfter month of proper operation my NG 600/700/800/900shows strange textures outside cockpit aswell as in Top Down Viewand Spot Plane ViewStrange picture also in AIRCRAFT SETTINGS (attached)Sometimes a crash to desktop takes place as soon as all windows are loaded.No failure message (FS9.1, WinXP, no hardware changes have been made)When running FS2002 on the same computer everything looks normal !Is this a corrupted FS9 or DirectX 9.0c or PMDG or what else?Renaming FS9.cfg was of no avail.Any clues?G

I have a question about the virtual cabin. Every Cabin has this seperation wall/curtain between the first/business & the eco class.But many airlines(like Air Berlin,Hapag,Ryanair,Easyjet,...) don't have such seperation,because there's only a eco class.Is it possible to remove this wall?Regardshttp://www.igfly.com/images/betateam.jpg

I have all the PMDG products and the 737's everytime I try to load with the newest FSUIPC the guages do not work. And I have other programs that require the newest version so I am stuck flying another AC until this problem has a fix.

After i installed a fresh PMDG on my new comp the FMC would sometimes not calculate the Vspeeds for me. Thats when i press the V1 V2 and Vr keys nothing appears. The PERF INIT page has been filled in with all the necessary information as well as departure runway etc etc and sometimes it calculates, sometimes it does not. Also the TAT would sometimes report the wrong temperature (either 15C or 0C). Any ideas???Eien Carter

Hello:If you have a large monitor and want to enlarge the pop up window size, or change the position that the window opens on your monitor, you can alter your panel.cfg for the 737-700 and 737-800 by changing the size & position numbers. If you decide to try this remember

Can anyone tell me what aircraft weight is assumed by the Fuel Estimation Tables in the PMDG AOM? Speed is referred to, but no mention of weight.Thanks,Frank

Hello:I have replaced my video card with a newer card. When I select PMDG from the create a flight screen, the screen breaks up into chunks. This makes selecting the airport location and time very difficult. The problem did not occur until I changed my video card.The only problem is the screen - nothing else.I have the latest drivers. I even rolled back to earlier drivers & the problem is still apparent.Does anyone have any ideas?I did not reload FS9 after replacing the video card - should I reload FS9?FS9 settings indicate the new video card. i read in tim metzinger tutorial that if you do a single channel autoland once you touch down the autothrusters automatically disengage i have tried several times but they dont i have to disengage manually, i have set everthying up properly and disengaged the autopilot at 400ft flared at 50ft and made sure the thrust on my yoke was at idle, i have also noticed that although ihave the spoilers armed they do not engage once the wheels are down, again i have to do this manually, can anyone point out if i am doing anything wrong. thank you jim
