I have a wierd problem with the PMDG737 600/700. When trying to adjust the baro with the mouse in 2D panel, each mouse click increments in units of 0.4 insHG making it difficult to ahieve requested settings. It only seems to happen with this aircraft, as with all other aircraft panels it increments in units of 0.1.I am using the latest FSUIPC unregistered but surely this is not an issue.I did a search of previous posts and found one reference to somebody experiencing the same problem but no satisfactory solution was offered, so I guess this is not a common problem. Any ideas????Warren

i have a flight plan saved in the fmc i downloaded the latest airac file and a new star file for the sid/star database, now when i try to load up the saved flight plan or type the icoa of the downloaded stars airport i get a message in the fmc egjj err: redno unknown anyone help me out here also how do i delete saved flight plans in the fmc thanks for any help jim mcpherson

Hello:I just wanted to tell the PMDG group that I think their 737NG V1.3 is still the best add on out there!!! I have recently acquired the newest release for FS9 (no need to mention names here :). Even though I love it and think it is about a 9.5 out of a 10 on first release, I still think the 737 NG is a more polished product when it comes to looks and functionality. You guys have obviously set the standard to beat, and so far, nobody has done that. Again, I totally love the new widebody add-on, but I was stunned to come to the realization, GEE!, the 737NG looks the best when compared side by side!! Just my personal opinion and a pat in the back to this team.-W

I saw the all the screenies of MD11 in your website, and look at them one by one... on the second last pic, which is the cleared for approach, I realised there's something that does not look right to me... The FMA reads LOC ARMED and next to it is LAND ARMED... I have the ITVV Martinair MD11 DVD part 1 and part 2, so I know exactly how it should read in the approach... I just wanted to have some feedback. I just bought a laptop for study purposes and I'll be getting it in about a week time, so I'll be away from my desktop for a few months. It's a centrino 1.5Ghz with 512mb of ram.I wanted to know if with such a computer it would still be possible to have the pmdg 737 and fs2004 running, just to play around with it a little, without bothering to install any sceneries etc.If not, at least the 737 600/700 version with fs2002, would that possibly work?Thanks.Regards,Bjorn

Ok this is the deal i have no problem with my departure climb or cruise my problem is the decent with ATC i like to use the built in ATC that comes with MSFS 2004 now my problem starts when ATC takes me off of my FMC course by giving me headings. As i was following the heading my Fmc was still tracking the last waypoint i was following And i could do nothjing to make it stop following that waypoint and jump to the ILS rnway heading It never caught the localizer or anything. What can i do to get around this problem.i want to be able to follow the ATC heading and then set the FMC to catch the localizer and ILS approach

I have had the PMDG 737-600,700,800,and 900 for a while now and always wondered about this but never asked, so now I am asking about it.Whenever I switch on the runway turn off light switch I never see any lights come on outside of the plane. Is this just a dummy switch or does this switch really turn on some lights? Where are these lights located?Joseph Feleppa

First, planned vs. actual fuel consumption.Looking at the fuel planner we plan for:Alternate .Holding .Min Landing . FUELS in total lbs. Enroute .Taxi . =====Total Frequently, after careful planning and EXCEEDING the fuel requirements for the trip, the FMC system will report inadequate fuel while on the ground, then during the trip it will show enough fuel to land but I always consume some of my reserve allocation despite the careful planning. Hi:I have a problem with a new second monitor. I dragged on it the FMC and the Throttle quadrand but every time I open the overhead panel in the first monitor, the Throttle quadrant disappear from the second one... and I must reload it from the window switcher. By the way the throttle quadrant is reloaded in the secondary monitor!It is normal?Thanks to allFlavioP.S. PMDG 737 is a great product!

Could someone explain MEA's?Specifically, when a route on a STAR includes a leg with a MEA of say 6000 but where the navaid/fix that ends the leg requires an altitude of 4000 as an IAP, at what altitude should the leg be flown?Cheers :-)

Hey all, first post although I have been flying the NG for a while. I searched the forums but could not find a definative answer.I almost exclusively fly the -800 and I have a question about the DES mode, I have never actually seen this mode activated. I have my alt's programmed into the FMC, and the aircraft flies through CLB and CRZ modes correctly up to the altitude specified in the FMC and the MCP. But when at TD, I get a little bell and I change my MCP value to the first waypoint of descent, usually 16k for a STAR, the aircraft descends in VNAV PTH mode, but the EICAS still says CRZ. I know this isn't correct, and it really has no effect on my flying because I usuall…
