I've just purchased the B1900C..... very nice.... but I have problems with the freight and cargo variants regarding gauge displays. The passenger variant is OK but if I select either freight or cargo I get varying problems as follows:1) Selecting radio stack or any of the 2D cockpit displays results in a series of blank boxes.2) Sometimes when the aircraft loads the 2D cockpit appears at the wrong resolution.. way too small, window frames stop half way up the screen. As I say, the passenger variant ia OK ... ????Please help,Thanks, Stu.(I haven't as yet downloaded any liveries... this is the default package.)

I tried to find on here where someone had said something about when daytime changes over to dusk that the textures on the plane seem semi-transparent.What I mean is that you can see through the engins and through the wings and see the ground below. I don't have a problem with my 733 or 735 just this aircraft. I believe somebody said it had something to do with the "alpha channels" or something????Anyway, if you guys can help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much for your help.Fletcher

Minding my own business decending into OJAI out of LLBG when I changed views, to my horror and suprise I had a 747 piggy backing me. Luckily he waved off at the last moment, none the less it makes for a nice screen shot.

Im hoping the great zpanel view will carry over to 747 and also add the upper part of overhead to center post like you came back and added to 737. this creates alittle more realism as if your enclosed. I noticed early alpha pics had it missing but im hoping it's included since it's probably an easy fix. thanks looking foward to 747.

Hi again,Read all the posts on missed-apps, last night practiced one, CAT3 autoland dual channel, @ 1000ft clicked on TOGA power, a/c pulled up. One sec later speed started to drop because a/c pulled up too much (gear up @ this point, flaps to 15), look @ autopilot, lat and vert nav were not on, nor could I get the yellow light to come on for a/p A. I know that on app its normal for the the a/p lights to go off for app & vnav but is it normal for lnav & vnav lights not to be on for go-around? If not could anyone suggest what I forgot to do.Thanks very much,Luke (a pilot who will never get his 3 yrs no claim bonus:-))

Cruising at 37,000 ft I noticed that the outside temperature was minus 34 degrees C.On checking I noted that I'd forgoten to activate anti ice for the wings.Should the aircraft have experienced problems or is this not yet programmed? Cliff

I just came back last night from a weekend in Ireland. When we took off from Shannon Airport I noticed a sign saying "(runway number) CAT I / II" next to the runway we where about to take off from. I know this is the type of approach system for the runway, but what exactly do CAT I, II and III, stand for and mean. What is the difference between them and what are the different ways that these approaches are carried out in the PMDG 737.Luke

Hi guys,This may be a long shot, but is there any chance that a RAAF Wedgetail version can be done up from a PMDG acft or other?I am not that good at acft mods, but was hoping that it wouldn't be too hard to paint or mod into a 737-700IGW with the surfboard on its back.Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated,Sean HAvDF46

Well, there I was, climbing through FL270 on my way up to FL330 on the way from KIAH to KMSY when, out of the blue, both engines of my CO 737-824 failed! :-eek I hadn't touched a thing at all. So, following proper proceedures, I pointed the nose downward and attempted to restart both engines. Man, why won't those passengers quit screaming? :-mad I can't think. I tried most everything and finally, at about 10,000 ft while looking for a flat area in south central Louisania, I got the APU started. Following that I proceeded to get both engines running and pulled out of my forced decent at 8,000 ft. Radar Contact's ATC was busting me about my altitude and all I was …

If you are having a hard time taxiing these two planes, you've found the right place! The cfg file that came with the 1.01 release had a misplaced decimal in the Moments of Inertia, more to the point, the YAW (rudder) section.I found this, and fixed it, and will explain how to change it.1. ****Make a back up of .cfg's before you do this****2. Locate the Aircraft.cfg of the Cargo and Freight, usually a path like this:C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9AircraftPMDG EXPRESS B1900C-Cargo3. Open up the Aircraft.cfg.4. Locate this section listed below:;Moments of Inertiaempty_weight_pitch_MOI = 39102.0empty_weight_roll_MOI = 36159.9empty_weight_yaw_MOI = 374132.0e…
