Hi,I have been flying the 1900C a lot over the last week, and I love it! I do have a question, however. Is there a way to set the autopilot to climb or decend to a preset altitude? I know about altitude hold, but I can't figure out how to preset a target altitude. Thanks!Tony

Hi PMDG Boeing 737 friends, I need help:After loading any of the 4 PMDG-B737 types-I purchased all of them online, thus no boxed versions-into the FS9 (FS 2004) and after engaging the Gen 1 and Gen 2 switches on the overhead panel to "on" the annoying trim sound starts and is continuously audible. It only can be switched off by - funny enough - putting the "R Recirc Fan" switch on the overhead panel from "auto" to "off". Did somebody experience the same problem? Any input, solution, etc?Note:I have installed all updates/upgrades of these planes offered by PMDG downloads/support.Trim setting is also ok (not out of trim for start)Thanks for any advice.ChristianLOWW

Having now progressed to flying online with Vatsim and Fsinn, I find that the Pmdg 73 series are still the most reliable for online. I can confidently reckon on having a successful flight because the Pmdg just does everything I ask of it. It captures altitude, climbs and descends correctly and setting up the flight is helped along with an excellent set of companion programmes to load the passengers, cargo and fuel. The guages are crystal clear , easy to read and everything is smooth, fluid and easy on the fpsThe Ld76 still has not been updated, so in my book, remains a non starter for vatsim.I have tried many other add-on payware aircraft, but this Pmdg is still streets a…

Hi All,Just downloaded latest Sid/Star update for 737NG. Having Sarted to prepare fmc for flight from EGKK to EGCC I do not appear to have any sid/stars in the database for EGKK. am I BEING FAST FINGERED or does anyone no of something I MAY HAVE OVERLOOKED. Hi. I've downloaded the SID/STARS data files to my PMDG/SIDSTARS directory. When I try to input any airport on the FMC's RTE page (KLAX, for instance) I am getting "NOT IN DATABASE" error from the FMC, even though the KLAX file is in the SID/STARS directory.Any help will be very appreciated!Regards

A quick question, I am considering the 737 800/900 for vatsim flight. The only concern I have is that the TCAS won't work with Squawkbox 3. Does anyone have any experience flying/using TCAS in vatsim with SB3?all responses are greatly appreciated

After I restore FS for the tray, in full screen mode, my 2D panel dissapears. I'm left with a black rectangle at the bottom f the screen. Hi there, I have just installed the 800/900 add-on and everything is fine except the aircraft thinks my throttle is at 50 percent when it is in fact at idle. For instance, I move my throttle forward gently for taxi and the gauges and throttle quadrant go straight to roughly 50percent. The only range I have is 50 - 100 percent. This is the only aircraft that this happens on.Also, I set-up the plane correctly, but the aircraft will not rotate at the proper speed, it only rotates at approx 160kias. It is very scary, especially on short runways. (flaps 10)There is definately a joystick conflict problem here but not sure why.Any ideas? Thanks.

hi guys, have for some reason lost the ability to see instruments.. almost seems like no power is present though engine are running... no Speed instrumention or compas is visible.. not sure whats happening...have tried reinstalling - same thing...can someone please assist with what I need to do ??am running win xp pro...pls email me at [email protected]

Hello,first I have to say that I am not a big VC fan but what I have seen so far, regarding the 747 VC on your site is really amazing. Back to my question :Will it be possible for non credit card owners like me to order this fantastic product in a different form than paying by the cc?I am asking because otherwise I have to wait more than a year for the boxed version, like Aerosoft did with the 737NG. :-mad Or maybe you could tell what plans PMDG has regarding the CD version?That yould be very nice to hear something in this aspect!Thank you

First of all, Thank you for the update!! Glad there isn't a beacon flash in the VC anymore. Only a minor graphics problem now. Not sure if this applies to all liveries, but after the update, when flying the Ameriflight 1900c, when I turn on the strobes and tail light at night, the whole lit up tail texture flashes. Is there a fix for this? Thanks for any help

Hello everyone,i just bought the fantastic 737 NG from pmdg and have a question.I know what Sids and Stars are since i used to be a dispatcher, but can anyone tell me if u enter a Sid or/and Star in the FMC, will the aircraft fly them automatically on the autopilot?? or do u take yr charts and fly them manually ??i tried to find inof on bought forum and pmdg sites but couldnt see anything !Tnx in advanceEric - Rio de JAneiro

I suspect I may be the only one with this problem, but on exiting a flight I get a consistent CTD. FS goes back to the Creat a Flight screen, but never loads the rotating graphic of the B1900C, then goes to a CTD. It also apparently does the same with my other turboprop: Aeroworx B200, which now gives the same symptom. Only started right after installation of the B1900C. any ideas??? Mike

I was here awhile back, and saw a post about a video tutorial on how to get the FMS up and running, the only problem for me , it wasn't in english. Did this person every make a video in english. If so would somepoint me in the direction of it. Thank you very much, Bob McDuff
