hello i have installed fsnav and i want to know how can i plan a flight with fsnav an where can i fin fsnav in fs2004 ?

Beta testers, I am curious about how engine selection will work with the Queen. Is this done from within the FS2004 aircraft selection menu where you choose the livery and VC options? Or will it be done in a separate configuration aplet you run before starting FS2004? Also, will engine selection be locked to particular liveries once it is created? I.e. when a livery is painted, does the artist have to custom design the paint job for a particular engine type, or will all engines work with all liveries automatically? Andrew

Dear PMDG Team !I've read in this forum that originally there will be no EPR Gauge in your 747-400 Cockpit. Other Developers like Level-D also haven't done a EPR Gauge in their Cockpit. Is there a difficulty in programming it?I remember that PSS simulated it in their 747-400.I hope there's a way to do it for you, would be nice.ThanksChris

Hi Everybody Having purchased the payware version of the above recently may I request some help from the forum. First I might add that I am getting a bit long in the tooth, having reached the status of a senior citizen so might be regarded as being a bit slow in the uptake. I do not regard the manuals supplied with this add on as being particularly user friendly. In other words extreme difficulty in comprehension. Hi all,It seems that Leveld sim has given their SDK to GoFlight so that the next version of the GoFlight drivers will allow a compatibility with the 767, especially the MCP. Now this new version of the GoFlight driver has not been released yet so no one know how well it will work.I was just wondering if you have ever thought of doing the same...that would be a nicer way than playing around with FSUIPC.Thanks!!!Olivier

Hello there:-wave Firstly i apologise if this subject has been mentioned in a previous post.I am just wondering if one of the experts can give me an idea of what beta testing actually is?I'm aware there is an alpha stage and beta stage and not sure what happens after this.I would guestimate a fortune that this products isn't close to release and i envisage at least another month of testing. I say this becasue the testing has been going on for about a month. Forgive me for my ignorance but i would think this is insufficient time to test a product as complex as the 747-400.Course i want this more than anyone else but i'll just have to grumble and wait, reading Harry Potter …

Basic question hopefully an easy answer for someone - how do I stop the morse code ident - I can start it Ok but last night I had to de-tune the navaid to stop it. Also is there any visula indication of which one is identing - I think on the MSFS default aircraft, the ident button lights up.

I'm having some issues with the Modules directory in FS2004 and I recall reading something about a DLL conflict with other 3rd party add-on AC.I think it was a PMDG 737 or 1900 series and a Flight1 727 dreamfleet product, but I've seem to have lost the link and the readme/web sites aren't listing any specific incompatibilities.No blame here, just trying to discover what two AC are conflicting in my system.Thanks, Rob.

I'm a little unsure when the correct time to use the Anti Icing systems is?From what I read on the ground at all times the engines are running.What are the times in flight? Is it to do with OAT say between 0 and -10 or something or are there other criteria?Any input would be appreciated.Pete

I just got the PMDG 737 series and it is great. I only have noticed one thing which I would have changed. We are offered 3 alternatives for models, depending on our system performance. 2D only, VC only, and VC+VCab.The 2D only is just a 2D panel with 2D sideviews. In the VC view mode it also includes wingviews but no VC or VCab.VC only has the 2D panel with VC sideviews. In VC view mode it has a VC but no VCab and no wingviews.VC+VCab has the 2D panel with VC sideviews.
