Hi !First of all, you did a great job on the 747F. The features are amazing.I've noticed that all 3 Engine Models are now completely simulated on the Eicas. Will the 747-400 also be updated with correct simulation of all 3 Engine variants?Thanks a lot.Chris

How do I save manually entered flightplans in the 747-400 fms? I also experience errors when loading a flightplan that is generated by the 737 and has the .rte extension. I can only see the departure airport and not the destination. Regards Anders E

Is it possible to have analog displays instead of LCDs for the freighters panels? I noticed the option was greyed out in the in-game menu.Can we have the old VC without the digital MCP and LCDs when flying cargo?Thanks for a great addon, really amazing work.

Twice I have been disconnected at 54% and Just recently at 76% not impressed. Now I cannot get back on, its slow going as it is as used my download limit and that isn;t replenished till next week

Great job guys on the F model. Did a SFO-SEA flight and it flew great for the most part.I noticed somewhere in the later portion of the climb to cruise I lost thr/spd mode on the FMA. I'm not sure where I lost it. I got it back but not sure how I did it.Also, I noticed that while flying the ILS, captures to autoland, I disco the a/p at about 300-200 feet RA but can't retard the throttles, float a little, try a a/t disco, still no luck.Any guess as to where I'm going wrong?Thanks guys. :-)

Hi,I purchased the 747-400F and received the e-mail, but when clicking on the download link it just keeps loading the page forever and doesn't pop up the download. I believe some others are also experiencing the same problem right now so PMDG team, could you please have a look at it?Thank you!I'm still keeping trying so hopefully it will work one moment.

Hello People... i thought i'd just introduce myself to the massive PMDG community... after saving up and fighting off temptation for long enough... i decided to go ahead and buy it.. and im glad i did...i've been spending a lot of time just reading the docs... havent even spent 20 mins in the sim admiring her as much as i've been engrossed in reading! lolanyways... since some of ul may know me as a painter... i took a look at the paint kit... and well.. frankly was a bit surprised.. since i found a rather unique kind of kit..so my first question would be.. is if theres anyway to give us the proper outlines for the textures?.. the psd with the left and the right sides as w…

I have used one called Boeing 747 PMDG Fuel Planner that has a nifty interface but that seems to yield strange calculations that I think are wrong. I don't know the author. And more recently I discovered Boeing 747-400 Fuel Planner v2.01 by Felice Valente that looks great and that calculates things that appear to be correct.Just curious what others' views are on these two apps for a basic fuel calculator for the Queen.Jonathan

Hello--Just got the F. How big is the install file supposed to be? I double click on the file to start install, a black window pops up and disappears, and that's it.I re-tried downloading a couple times and my file size says 71.9MB in the properties.Any ideas?

Hello,As fan of PMDG, i recently just purchased the 744F an hour or so ago.My first download attempt went fine but I believe it the was the download accelerator program or that I closed it too soon that my 744F installation file didn't show.2nd attempt was with the normal internet method. It started fine and slowed down to 20 kb/sec to my 50 max. That was fine but suddenly it paused.I then checked the website and that seems to be down also?I hope I haven't used up my download limit or is this problem on my side.Cheers,Nigel

PMDG,Just thought I'd let you know that the EVA Air Cargo (White Livery) download link is busted for the freighter. The 23 other liveries worked fine. I tried to use the builtin "report broken download" link on the same page but that doesn't seem to work either...v/r,Al

Jaw-dropping!Sounds are amazing!!! What did you guys do??? I don't know if it's just me, but the whole thing feels smoother and slicker. I have a grin from ear to ear. Polar is getting their new bird delivered as I speak (KBFI to KJFK Hub).It seems even the FPS in the VC went up. Opening nose doesn't affect it at all. I love it! One MINOR TINY thing I have noticed that I didn't notice in the pax version is when the engines are starting, and starter switches go back to closed position, the white indicator dot 'lingers' for a split second longer than the knob, so it gets this floating effect almost. But the issue is SO minor it's not even worth thinking about!Thanks Robert …

I was just thinking about getting the PMDG 744 and was wondering if I need any of the other PMDG products in order for me to properly install the PMDG aircraft or can I just have the PMDG 744 installed on my system?And another thing before I purchase the product here are my system specs. and I just want to make sure I can have an enjoyable experience with PMDG!Windows XP HomeCPU 2.20 Ghz, 74.3 GB hard drive768mb RAM Nvidea 5600XT 128mb video cardMSFS2004And soon to have the PMDG!

Im sure its something on my end but what the heck Ill try. Just installed the F and now FPS in the VC will not go above 7-8. Usually the 747 is a winner in the FPS department while flying from the VC I keep my slider at 30 and usually can maintain that unless flying into a taxing area such as NY. While sitting at FT KSEA and taking off in no weather (So no clouds) in the F my FPS hovered in the single digits. Did the same flight in the NG and easily topped 25-28. Any ideas? Maybe a re-install? Oh yeah I cant find my socks I blame you PMDG!!(Had to be something inflamatory toward you guys in a support post right??)

Hello,I just purchased 747-400F and I am having a problem with the validfation. I enter my Order ID and password (assuming its the same password as my account password) but it says it cannot validate. I setup my firewall to allow this application to work but still no validation. Any ideas?
