Does anybody know the maximum speed for deploying the speedbrake in NG or 747? I couldn't find it in the manual, or this mean we can deploy the speedbrake anytime we want. How about in the real aircraft?-Djoko-

Hi All,I am having some trouble manually removing the Queen. I have reason to believe the update did not take well as the Models section/ Winglets and all did not appear. I tried to use the uninstaller but it threw an error. So I'll remove it manually.First I removed all PMDG737 files via the removal tool.So then I went and did a search for all files (hidden files too) named "pmdg" and deleted them from my C drive and on my D:Flight Simulator 9 directory. Next I deleted the state.cfg and aircraft folder file from my c:....Application Data... folder as Robert suggested.Next I deleted anything pertaining to "pmdg" in the registry by finding each consecutive entry until …

Hi, I've got a problem with the cargo-jumbo.During approach to OMDB, at around FL150, outbound capt display went black, PFD transferred to the inbound display, and word status appeared on the EICAS. After a G/A inbound display went black. Also, the word STATUS disappeared from the EICAS. So, I switched to the F/O side and landed in that position.The way I installed the a/c was: 747 1.01 + 1.1 update + 744F.

Good day all. Can anyone tell me when the page to downlaod liveries for the 737 (Ng, -800, -900) will be working again? I try to go to that page and it says it cannot find the server or the page cannot be displayed. Is anyone else having this problem? Any idea as to when it will be working again? I just made this purchase. From reading the forum I see the AT not arming is a none problem.My symptons:I flip the switch and it pops back down. Sometimes the green light flashes on but it goes back out. Also, the N1 button doesn't function.I removed my startup flight and FS9 starts in the default mode. That seemed to work because the AT stayed on.My questions:How do I save a flight so when I start FS the plane is sitting at the gate with engines off?Help!! I have had a problem prior to and also after the update to the freighter. My airplane wont folloe LNAV. The aircraft wont be following the magenta flightplan line on the MFD. The route I am flying is all over the place. The aircraft keeps flying away, over, perpndicular to my entered flightplan. I have no idea why this is happening all of a sudden. I did a flight from RKSI to LFPG and the first half of the flight I kept having to adjust with heading mode. I just a 400F flight KBFI to ANC and back to KSEA (not landing at ANC) and I ended up over Montana with the plane flying left and right. The FP line in the map mode looked like a snake. No changes were made prior to the …

Possibly i'm the only one with this problem not sure. Just bought the 744F after waiting for the weekend rush to pass. i'm downloading at less than 10Kbps... do others have the same problem? @PMDG: Wouldn't it be possible to create some sort of download aaplication based on bittorrent? this would dramatically reduce the load on the main download server... Yesterday I tried KMIA-EHAM with F. Somewhere near EINN I decided to save the flight (using MS default save flight feature) and resume it later. When I load my saved flight I saw one big black square instead of panel. This has never happened with PAX version.Then I tried to fly some short route and result was the same - save feature doesn't work anymore for whatever reason.My bestDmitriy Toropov

I have many flightplans stored in an Excel spreadsheet which I wish to covert to the PMDG .rte format as quickly as possible. Converting one-by-one is not feasible due to the volume of flightplans that require coverting.I have a basic level of programming ability but have no idea how to go about this task!Does anyone have any ideas or solutions to my problem?Many Thanks.David Baty(edited for grammar)

Congrats to PMDG for what appears to be another triumph. No issues downloading or validating and looking forward to many more hours of this enjoyable hobby.(????) A question for the more senior freight simmers out there. I was planning out payload and freight for my first flight and noticed that the worksheet on page 2-6 was updated to show a new maximum Zero Fuel Weight of 288,034 kgs for the 400F. Would the planned landing weight maximum, planned gross takeoff weight maximum and planned taxi-out weight maximum not also all be increased by a factor of 45363 kgs? Hi all!Is anybody experiencing same small ballooning ( up and downs )at flight?? ( At reached flightlevel )Saw this with normal settings ( no overload )and simulation rate 1if i set simulation rate 2 or 4 it is gone ! ..??????You can see it clearly on the PFD, the flightlevel pointer moves up and down.And you can watch the spot view for better seeing...Is it only me ?cheersMario G

Good day all. I just purchased the 737 NG (-600, -700, -800, and -900) and I love it. The only problem is switching the views on the main panels. I can only view the screen with 4 gauges on the farthest-right screen, 2 gauges in the left side of the middle panel, and then the map on the right side of the middle screen. How do I change this so the map takes up the entire screen? Make sense? Thanks for the help.

Hi,All of a sudden I got a very strange problem with my 737-800 I never had before, whenever I load fuel for a flight the fuel tanks are immediately returned to 100% fuel load as soon as quit the change fuel dialog.I have tried using both FS's internal fuel loader via the a/c menu as well as Ross A Carlson's external fuel planner ver 1.3.1. Normally I always use Ross's fuel planner which I find great and it has worked 100% perfect for hundreds of flights so I really don't know what has happened.I have also tried loading up a different flight and loading a different a/c and the fuel problem is not present but as soon as I reload the 738 it's back showing 100% fuel in all t…

747 manual page 5-8, GROUND PROXIMITY check... the GND PROX panel has only three overide switches, and I think TERR OVRD should be the 4th to the right. Does the simulation include the GPWS terrain overide switch (TERR OVRD)?

Hello,Recently I bought a new computer with Windows XP 64 Bit. I installed FS2004 and PMDG B747-400 Version 1.02. All worked fine. I bought the B747-400F update as soon as it was out, however when I go to install it it says I must have Version 1.10 of B747-400 installed. No problem I say and install the Version 1.10 patch. This is where it all goes wrong, I get an error message during the install (not in front of computer so not sure exactly what it says, something about a string.. and cab.. error!!). Fine I say, will try an uninstall and reinstall. I go to control panel, add remove programs, click on PMDG B747-400. Remove, runs the install and exactly the same error mess…
