I bought a new computer a couple of months ago, didn't bother to reinstall PMDG's 737 series, just reinstalled 747-400/400F.Now I decided to reinstall the 737, do I need to contact support to show that I'm a paying customer and so on?You know for validation and stuff.....Best regards/

My first question regarding the "CI" entry in the FMC is...what if you entered nothing? I'm "guessing" that would be a bad thing as the FMC would have missing info? But...how would it affect your flight parameters? What would you enter to have the "Cost Index" not affect the aircraft performance? I'm still reading manuals and haven't even started engines yet and I'd like to K.I.S.S., for the time being? I've also thought about entirely removing the FMC from the equations, until I get a handle on cockpit displays, aircraft handling, etc. and just using the MFC for alt/speed and course control. Can the FMC be removed from the equation? I realize what I'm asking is "not real…

i re installed my fs again and now my pmdg 737 89 wont update to version 1.1 I ran the temp update and the service upadate that updates it to ver 1.1 but it still says version 1.0 in the aircraft cgf. My current pmdg 737 89 exe says V1-1 so that maens version 1.1, right.

HiCould anybody explain briefly the procedure to change the FMC to divert to an airport on-route. I do this quite a lot becasue CRZ is so boring. I sometimes get 'program error' if I try to change th active route.MTIASteve

I don't know if this has already been said but I would like to say thank you to the PMDG sound guy for the constant effort on the 744 soundset. This new set is very nice and shows a great balance all the way around. Great Work... :-)

Hello,I'm user of PMDG 737 and 747 and I wish to know if you plan to offer things like the Super MD80 offer... a possibility to fly on the same plane using FSNet or the brand new Multiplayer system of FSX.This is something wich is really missing especially on long flights. I wish I can have a co-pilot on those flights.Is there any project like this one in the future of PMDG planes ?Thank you for your answer.Fran

Hi Chaps,I'm having a problem with the queen, I'm not able to get the thrust limit to change while flying in modes other than VNAV.For example, if I select FLCH and hit THR, the limit automatically changes to CLB irrespective of the THR LIM chosen on the THR page of the FMC. I'm also having trouble choosing a different ACCEL height, changing the values on the FMC seems to make no difference. Any suggestions??Cheers, Martin Neep

I purchased, downloaded and installed the 737NG and the 737-800/900 yesterday.I've used Navdata before to update my FSNavigator but I'm getting confused on what I'm supposed to do for the 737? Following the instructions in the "FMC users manual", page 8-15, I have tried to locate the "767PIC/PMDG All-In-One installer" with no luck. I tried clicking on "AIRACS" and it brings me to a page called "Navigraph". When I tried to download the AIRAC for "PMDG products/ all" it said I need to register. Hi all,I posted a few days back about the absence of that low hum or growl you get as the N1 spools up to idle and then again on shutdown, and what could be done to introduce it back into the mix.Since I posted that, I have tried all three sound sets and discovered that the low hum sound IS present as follows:-On start up AND shut down in the PW equipped aircraft-On Shut Down ONLY in the GE equipped aircraft (I think?)-Not at all in the RR equipped aircraftDoes this match up with what others have experienced? Hello, Beofre I say anything I would just like to thank PMDG for their product.I am not sure if my sound problem is directlt related to PMDG but I am sure it happened at the same time I installed the PMDG sound update.My problem is that the sound , when flying any areoplane, in spot view, sounds awful. The sound is ok until I apply the throttles and then it turns to custard. It is only in spot view that this happens, any other views the sound is fine. When i installed the PMDG sound update did this do anything to the main sound folder? If so what and how do i get the sounds back to normal?Regardspaul

as far as I know Fedex no longer has 747s (yet we have a skin for it), but UPS already has 742 and 741, and some 744s are on the way to be delivered in '07would be real nice to get some UPS skins done by you guys :)altough I do enjoy flying the Polar Air cargo since its flying the 744 domestic, any other flight, it would be xatlantic prolly :(

Hello... I'm brand new with the PMDG 737NJ. I've read a couple of tutorials before deciding to post a message on this forum. Well... I've managed to get myself in the air quite well (first step. Now comes adding holds, flying to a given waypoint, etc...) My problem is as follows... Soon after i take off, and whenever i want to catch my planned course, i turn on LNAV and VNAV. The problem is that the plane seems to be climbing at an exagerated rate (4000/5000 or so...) and the airplane doesn't seem to reduce the speed to 250 kts as i specified on the FMC (n1 limits). If i select N1 on the auto-pilot, other functions such as VNAV or LNAV disconect, which is not quite usef…

I've never purchased this at other developers and I didn't do so with the 737NG and 737NG/800/900 purchase. I always save my information on downloaded software and never needed this elsewhere. Just to be sure...if I have all my info and need to re-download my purchased software in the future...I will have no issues with this? I find the idea of paying EXTRA money to have my PURCHASED software available to me at any time a bit disconcerting, IF that's what JustFlight is proposing. I paid for this software and expect to be able to download it at anytime I need it (due to HD crashes, etc.) as long as I can present proof that I am the legal purchaser of this software. Is this…
