USFIF cycle 0611 of U.S. only Terminal Procedures (SIDs, STARs and IAPs) for the PMDG 747 and 737NG are ready for download at my site at http://PlanePath.com/html/pmdg.html . Included are 1083 Airports with a total of 690 SIDs, 834 STARs and 4401 IAPs. When I landed and stopat the runway, I idle the thrust, retract all brakes, flaps and spoilers, A/T, A/P. I am ready to taxi to gate. But the airplane started to steer left automatically, it just like a force push the airplane to left. I have to turn right so as to remain straight. So, what's happen to my airplane??

Hi there!After flying all over Europe with the PMDG 737, I recently got myself the Queen. Now I'm banging my head against the wall because of a constant freeze of FS9 and the whole system with it! This 'freeze' can happen any time: when switching to another panel or doing nothing flying at cruise altitude. I read all posts about CTD and similar problems and tried all the tips and solutions (render to texture, tcas- and traffic files, regenerated FS9.cfg) but nothing helps. I'm using a dual monitor setup with my 737-800 and have managed to set up the PFD and EFIS (map screen thing) on to the second monitor by de-selecting Full Screen, moving the windows on to the second monitor, and selecting full screen. THis is perfect - the only problem is that no matter what I do, the instruments go to the top left corner of the screen, which looks unbalanced and strange, how do you make it so that they go in the middle, or wherever you want them? I'm using an Nvidia Geforece 6600. Any suggestions?? Cheers.

Hi,Just started flying the 737NG after a while on the 747. 737 is a really nice change from the heavy stuff. When going into Calgary earlier today I was at FL280 or something and had a crossing restriction of FL120 further along the approach and VNAV gave me a descent rate of something like 3000fpm which shallowed to 2700 after a bit. Is this normal in the 737? 747 seems to be MUCH easier to slow down and as a result has less dramatic descent rates.Also when I entered the FL120 and 250 knot restriction into the FMC during cruise a green decel and the waypoint in question flashed. I have not seen this happen before in the 744. Why did this happen?Thanks for any commentsAnd…

Hello all, I am trying to find out how to use the pushback control on my QOS. I have looked thru the entire forum and not found one thread on this subject. I guess I am the only one having this problem. Plus, I am still new to the payware a/c, not use to such realism and for me not being any kind of pilot or even having any kind of training in this field I feel kind of stupid sometimes. Wish there were more like me around my area (Conyers Ga, just 20 miles east of Atl) to help out. Anyway, am I doing something wrong? It seems to me that even on the very highest end computers currently available, FSX will not run adequately enough to allow enough performance headroom (with decent settings) to accomodate a very complicated airliner like the 747 400 especially if you want to fly where this big bird likes to fly such as the complicated detailed cities (Tokyo, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles,...etc). The FS9 version of the 747 400 does reduce frame rates significantly but usually FS9 runs with enough performance headroom to allow for it plus other addons running at the same time such as AS6, FE, GE Pro, UT plus an addon airport. I don't think this will be the case in FSX with current…

I have all my purchasing information and I am able to log into my PM account. BUT, entering into the installation program, the pertinent data, required gives 'no joy'.Any ideas? I sent email to PM but haven't heard back yet. This is a new computer. Also I am not sure if my ip address has changed since last install.

I purchased 747-400 QOS yesterday and have been trying to validate my purchase. I saw in a post that the ISP issue of this past weekend also shut down the validation server. I am getting past my firewall but the message I get during installation is "Your user information could not be validated...IP address and information logged: AFFIRM"Simple question: Is that the server issue popping up or it is on my end? I've never had a problem with pmdg support before so this one suprised me. I was reinstalling my pmdg software on my new computer built just for fs9 and fsx and when I started to reinstall the 747 I got asked for my password.. which I had forgotten. So, after looking through all the support options it looked like my only option was via the "update me" route. Now mind you I was NOT looking for a new download link, I have the software all I needed was a password. Well, long story short two days later and all I've gotten was an "auto-reply" email. Hello,I recently noticed The U.S. Secretary of State Condelezza Rice is moonlighting by piloting my PMDG 737 fleet... I know she is very busy, so how do I replace her with another pilot? The co-pilot. Well he is another U.S. Gov'nt official. I don't know how they got there but are other textures available and where can I get them? Whenever I load up either the passenger or the freighter version of the 744, both the Overhead Panel Lights(OPL)and the Glareshield Panel Flood Lights (GPFL)work as expected. However, as I taxi, both the OPLs and GPFLs go out, and I cannot get them to illuminate again. The switches look and sound like they are operating normally.I try to turn them on and off, but to no avail. I noticed this problem appeared shortly after I installed the sound upgrade. Any suggestions?-Donald

On the 744, I follow normal procedure and press TO/GA on takeoff to engage the (armed) autothrottle. But sometimes the autopilot disconnects in mid-air for whatever reason, and while I can just press CMD A and it will resume VNAV and LNAV, the autothrottle doesn't re-engage, and that obviously messes up my whole route because with the wrong throttles I can't reach appropriate altitudes etc.So my question is, how do I instruct the airplane to fly with the autothrottles again, in the case where the AP has been disconnected in mid-flight? Hi everyone, in my PMDG options menu the two boxes in the AFDS tab for override of the autopilot are unticked (the yoke is one of them, can't remember the other but it is also unticked). Yet while I am flying under full autopilot, even a small brush off the yoke is enough to deactivate the A/P and, as such, obviously reek chaos. Especially on long-haul flights, guarding the yoke from any contact for such long periods can be very tough.Can anyone help as to why turning the yoke is still disabling the A/P, even though the option is unticked in PMDG options? I just installed the 737NG on my pc and now when I am trying to select the 744 in FS, FS CTDs. I just read a post after searching with Lefteris saying that the 744 needed to be installed after, what can i do?

I've spent all day uninstalling FS9 & PMDG 737 base and 800/900. I noticed that when I installed the 800/900 add-on a funny thing happened to the CDU for all PMDG 737s. The first row of numbers works correctly, however, if I hit '4' I see a '1' displayed, '5' results in a '2' etc. This occurs for the last row also: key '7' gives a '4', '8' a '5' etc.I'm a little frustrated, I was looking forward to programming the CDU today, but this problem has stopped me in my tracks.Thanks in advance!P.S. I should add that my 737 installs are up to date. I purchased and downloaded the base and 800/900 packages from PMDG in the last 48 hours.

In the Downsload section under "747-400" there are files for the "Cathay Cargo PCF". What is the PCF model? Is that really the Boeing Converted Feighter? PCF is not mentioned on the Boeing corportae site or anywhere else I can thing of. Thanks.

Since Dragonair's Cargo division just got its first -400F (check out: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1127344/L/), and I personally think its a very sharp design, I would love to see PMDg's skilled painters come up with something for them. Dragaonair is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific-a popular PMDG livery-so why not keep the family line going...Wishful thinking...(Still waitin' for the $@ing validation server to be full-up so I can actually use the product I bought!)
