Hello, I have sent an email to the product replacement email address more than two days ago and after not hearing anything sent one to support email address. I need to get a replacement 737 since I lost mine from my computer... I even included my reciept. Does anyone have any light to shed on the delay of a response? Thanks

So I was very sad to see your response to various requests as to the status of the drivers for the Aerosoft 747 MCP. With all due respect was it really necessary to give such a terse statement in the other thread and then immediately lock it so that no further discussion could be carried out.Back in March 11th Lefteris was gracious enough to let us know that, "The driver is ready. Require feed back and assistance with the following if possible.I have the Goflight MCP-Pro with latest firmware installed (A22), Goflight Tech Support are aware of the problem and suggest I forward details to PMDG as the issue seems to be associated with the PMDG - GoFlight MCP-Pro Interface. I have emailed PMDG Support with details.Whenever I move the Course, IAS/Mach, Heading or Altitude rotary switch(s) the unit freezes (lock-up). Found I can unlock it by toggling the A/T switch on occasions but not always.The MCP-Pro connects to one of the main computer USB ports not via a hub.Another valid point is that this does not occur with any default FS9 aircraft or LevelD767.…

Hi Okay, I've just reinstalled the 747-400 Queen of the Skies. As I understand, version 1.2 includes the universal sound update. But I assume before I install version 1.2, I need to install the 747-400F. When I tried to install the 747-400F, a message popped up and said I need to update the Queen of the Skies to version 1.1. My question is do I need to install version 1.1 then install the 747-400F before I install the latest service update version 1.2? Or does version 1.2 include vesion 1.1 and the 747-400F? Ken.

I'm planning a new system and am curious how you all are using your hard drives. I am planning on Vist ultimate 64. I use PMDG almost exclusively (waiting for NG737).Do you put FSX in it's own partition or own hard drive?eg..OS in c: drive /programs in c: drive /data in d: drive /FSX in e: drive.Is there an advantage to having FSX in own drive as opposed to just a subdirectory?I'm thinking there might be in terms of doing defrags.Thanks for any help.Don

This is the second time I've installed the PMDG 747-400X on my Vista system, and both the first and second time, I cannot get the FMC to up-select the IRS POS from the down-selected GPS POS. I just repurchased and downloaded the latest version (even tried applying the service pack, but it said I already had the latest and greatest version, as of today, 12 July '08).Naturally, I click on 4R and the GPS position fills in automatically on the data entry line, but I can click 5R 'til the cows come home and it never moves up to the SET IRS POS line. Hi everybodywhile on approach radio panel freezes so I can't tune the nav radio (nor the com radios nor anything else on this panel)consequence no ILS approach nor VOR only visual landing is possible.The rest of the instruments seems to work well.I am running FS9 and I recently re installed the software(PMDG 737NG - 600 700). He all.I run 737 NG 800 900 boxed CD version . I have installed Ryanair livery from my CD. I have downloaded the Ryanair "new" livery from PMDG site and I have installed . When I run FS9 I see only the "old" Ryanair livery that I have installed from my CD . I have also downloaded the British Airways livery : these one works well.The difference is that BA livery was not on CD and I have never installed before .Any suggestion ?ThanksMaurizio

Hi guys I was just wondering how to get the TO/GA thrust to arm on takeoff. I have the FMC completly programmed Vspeeds, route, perf., etc, but I cant get it to work. I even tried the CTR + SHIFT + G combination with no luck. F/D and A/T is armed also. Im running FS9, with Active Sky ver 6.5, FSUIPC ver 3.7 ( registered ).Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi everyoneI am new to forum and am asking for help with a problem.I have installed the 'Queen' but have not been able to activate the VNAV.VNAV will not arm or activate following loading of FMC nor will it arm or activate during flight.LNAV is not a problem.When I try and arm VNAV it lists a message 'unable Cruz alt' and this occurs at any altitude set for cruise alt.What am I doing wrong?Peter MurfittNew Zealand

Hi, after recently re-installing fs9 and the PMDG 747-400...the Queen now appears to load OK..then after about 60 seconds, all the mfd's go blank. Any ideas on the problem would be welcome.Russell.

I've been wondering for a while now and after searching for similar posts I've decided to post this to see if I'm missing something in my setup.Quad Q6600, GeForce 8800 GTS, 4 gigs, Vista 64 bit, FSX+SP1+Accel.FSX Cessna - 50 fps747-400X at FL370 over ocean - 50+ fps747-400X to any major airport (Heathrow, Tokyo Narita etc.) - as low as 6 fps.Is this normal ?What Display settings should I be using to get optimal 747-400X experience ? I noticed that turning off autogen (as suggested on the forums) does not produce significant fps increase. Hi all,The PMDG B1900C/D has become one of my favorite planes. I love flying it and the PMDG version is outstanding!Does anyone know or can suggest a good operations manual for the plane that has details like we see in the manuals for the PMDG B-737 747 and Level D 767, etc. I know the B1900 is not as complex as the above mentioned planes, but I would like some greater detail on flying and operating the plane (for example, engine managment) than what is provided in the standard PMDG manual.Thanks

Hey all!I love the PMDG 747 on the occasion I can get it to load properly, however on most occasions it loads with engines starting and avionics off, no ability to interact with the virtual cockpit except for the throttle. I

HiI am succesfuly using 737NG and can complete flights with no real problems - however if I save a flt while airborne and then re-load that flight I am unable to activate things like Flap Speeds etc. Is it only possible to set these up on the ground or is there a way I can recall these items?Also is it possible to save your FMC settings for a quick re-start an the ground too. I can obviously save company routes etc but have to input the performance figures each time. Can this be done too?Thanks in advanceSF

I have a problem the fuel flow gauges always disagree one is showing 6 the other 7 and also when taxing the aircraft goes to the right always the prop sinc doesn't seem like its working

I have just been flying online at FL280 in VNAV with a restriction to fly a particular waypoint FL260 or below, so I selected the relevent waypoint and added /260B which it accepted and also put FL100 in the A/P panel ALT window prior to the waypoint. With VNAV still selected nearing the waypoint it made no attempt to descend to be FL260 or below, just continued at FL280 ??Ant idea what may have gone wrong ?Glen

Just received addon. Followed checklist of tutorial. When I got to FMC setup on 2D cockpit it was not turned on in the Com popup although it was turned on in the virtual cockpit. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for help. Conrad Jacobs

Hello everybodyI am going to have a new PC (Q9450, GTX260) by next week and I have already started backing up etc :-)What I would like to ask is how to properly transfer the license of PMDG747 from the existing PC to the new one (in order no to have any issues with online activation). Hi allI was just about to land at VHHX,but one of the AI aircraft didn't clear the runnway in time.ATC told me to go around which i did,i went to the hold at the end of the flight plan,but then i was not sure how to set up the APP again,when i went back to select 13ils again it got "program erorr".what should i have done after go around??Many thanks for any helpMark
