Hi!I recently bought the PMDG Beech 1900C, but I'm somewhat disappointed. VC looks okay, but the gps lacks a great deal of functionality. Am I doing something wrong (or am I overlooking some possibilities), or is it just not possible to edit the gps database. I want to add some user defined waypoints, but can't find any option for this. Knowing the great performance and edit options in Boeing FMC data, it just came as a great surprise that gps functionality is this limited.Anyone who knows a way to edit gps data for the beech?

Hi AllI have run into a problem recently regarding the PMDG gauges. Whenever I change pitch or bank, the attitude tape in the EADI should move but it doesn't, I have to switch views and then back again for it to refresh! This also happens with my EICAS and ND!Please Help Thank you

sometimes I get a situation where both throttles are no synced and hitting E 1-2 doesn't work, so how do I re sync them without reloading the aircraft and having to reload my FMC all over again?Michael Pare

Hello all,Wanted to do a flight in my MD-11 today but have an awkard issue I have not run into before. In FS9 (and Vista 64 bit), when I select an aircraft (MD-11, 737, 747) and click OK, nothing appears to happen. I receive an hour glass with no initialization. However, clicking cancel selects the airplane, and loads into FS with blank displays (or sometimes no displays at all) followed by a CTD. Deleting the md11gagues.ini file or loading the default 172 first has not worked.Any insight? I have not installed anything new to FS except an Airsimmer 320 repaint I worked on.Thanks.

Is just me or are the PMDG forum page 2 and onward missing? On the FSX forum I can see the next-page button and page numbers but not on the PMDG forum. I double checked my forum settings to no avail.

What on Earth would possess the co-pilot to exit the aircraft through the escape hatch and down the nose? I think it's clear the engine's aren't running (you can see a stationary prop shadow). The pilot doesn't seem in a hurry to get out, so I can't see it being an emergency. Anyone know or have an idea?

Hi Guys - I thinking about getting the MD-11 for FSX after many many hours of simming with the 747. I am also exited about the J41 and 737!I currently only have the 747 installed.I read somewhere that installation problems can occur if planes are not installed in the correct order.Anyone else heard this? Any recommendations?Thank you for your help.

Hi AllNew to this forum but using FS since many years.The problem I have I can't get the ATC window open from FS when I use my PMDG 737 800/900 Software.I twas difficult enough to get into the FMC but I also want ATC to work with the PMDG.So any help is really appreciated if you know anything about this.Thx Ian :(

Dear All,I have recently swapped over systems and using speakers I hear the engine and cockpit ambient sounds clearly. Hello,I have noticed that sometimes when flying an airliner (like PMDG 747) in FSX, it is easy to notice in steep short final turns that you are applying full back pressure to joystick to control sinkrate. Home joysticks obviously do not give the same feel that would make you use the elevator trim as much as in real world.But my question is, do real 747 pilots, for example, ever apply full back pressure to the control yoke, for instance in a situation that they are making a manual turn to short final and therefore do not trim the airplane for the turn? Or is the extreme positions of the yoke rarely used at all?Thanks for any input.

Hello everyone, first off, I will describe the scenario and the problem then my system specs.I am flying FSX with the Accelerated expansion pack so I know SP1 and SP2 are installed. What I am trying to do is set up the MD-11 on the ground program everything fly it to the Initial Approach Fix, save the flight which automatically saves the panel state, and fly the apporach. Once thats done and I'm on the ground I go to, Load Flights, and click on the one I just saved, I do this so I can re-fly approaches with different weather failures techniques etc. I load the flight the plane initializes the 20 seconds or whatever it is, and Im happily flying along for about 2 - 3 minute…

Recently reinstalled Md-11 and all cmds via FSUIPC and seem to have a problem which up to now I have not been able to solve. No matter what I use, key cmd or throttle console button my parking brakes will not lock into place, not even a mouse click on the actual acrft works, you hear the usual noise associated w/ the brake but no brakes they use to work. There is no problem with all other acrft in my inventory, PMDG, Feelthere, Wilco, PSS default cessna etc. the assigned cmd works, just not for MD-11. I am at a loss. This must be a very technical issue I guess. Any ideas out there will be appreciated. Vincent

I apologise in advance if this turns out to be another of my false dawns, but I THINK I may finally have found a solution to the disappearing textures and eventual RAM depletion which has plagued the PMDG MD-11X and 747X on my installation. In case it works for other people too:Try this:1. Uninstall Acceleration.2. Install FSX SP1.3. Run FSX and load a flight. Then exit.4. Install FSX SP2.5. You're done.I know that there shouldn't be a difference between Acceleration and SP2 - but it seems that there is a difference. I have FSX (2006) SDX and SP 2 and PGDM 747-400 running on my desktop. :( Sometimes, my system goes down without any warning and not always on the seem momens.When the system start up again Ihave the message: The system is recoverd from a serious fault (free translation ftrom dutch into english).,Some people said: the problem is the SP 2.
