Hello to allI have seen there is written a lot about Out Of Memory Problems. After an OOM is happened I restart FS91 and go to my last saved flight file to continue the same flight.Sometimes it workes very fine. Sometimes not!Actually an OOM is happened with MD-11 while flying an approach at VHHH. So I called up the last saved good situation and the MD-11 comes up at the correct position.BUT at this time all gauges are gone ! and all the panel is only black screens..!? :( Can someone help me please? Did I do anything wrong?!Thanks a lot for any help!Boris, Switzerland

Hello,I purchased the FS2004 PMDG 737NG (-600/700) boxed version last year, and since purchasing a new computer at the start of this year, I need to re-install the aircraft on it. After I install it, I receive a message saying that I need to install an additional file since I am not using Windows XP (I am using 32bit Windows Vista Home Premium). It says I need to download a Microsoft file (GDI+) from this URL: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release...releaseid=32738However, when I visit that page, it says the page cannot be found. Hi Guys - Just a quick one - On the Nav display, I can see S/C on my flight plan. Would someone please tell me what that means?Also, if i hit the POS button, 2 green lines appear from green icons away from my plane.Thank you for your help :-)

I usually download Terrys navdata from planepath.com but noticed that KLAX for example has no sid/stars listed. I downloaded the no holds version. Is this a bug or something? I looked at the klax text file from Terrys installer and no sid stars are listed in thereAlex

Hey all:I was wondering...what is the general (normal) COG position XX% in the -700, -800, and -900 when loaded. Hello again. Today I've been trying to purchase extended downloads for the 747 series and MD-11, but am still ending up with the cart empty problem.I have read all of the other posts and have tried absolutely everything recommended, including different computers, different versions of internet explorer, firefox, clearing all cookies and cache and adding the site to the accepted list.Is there a certain order this all has to be done?Are there any other suggestions?ThanksRobert

When I first installed the PMDG 737, I thought when I clicked my mouse on either the PFD or NAV gauges in the 2D panel view they would pop up larger and I could use them with the landing panel but I seem to have lost that functionality now, perhaps due to my tinkering with the panel.cfg file. (I installed a freeware pushback gauge and Pro Flight Emulator's Taxi Guidance gauge into the PMDG 737s the lazy way: I copied them from one of my other aircraft into the PMDG panel using FSPanel Studio.)Is there any way to restore this functionality short of a complete reinstall? Hey folks,sorry if this has been asked before but apparently BBJ is to short for a search word lol. I was just curious if a BBJ variant was planned for the NGX. I think it would be really welcome with the lack of the ultra long range business jets for FSX...Gulfs, Globals..etc. CheersTJ Stanley

I know that it might early to ask, but does anyone know if PMDG's upcoming NGX FMS will suppport RNAV (RNP) SAAAR/AR approaches with RF legs? With the airlines like Alaska, SWA, WestJet and others moving rapidly towards the RNP world, NGX's ability to accurate simulate RNAV (RNP) approaches like the examples into KPSP, PANJ, etc. would be a welcome feature. I thought I would put the bug in PMDG's ear about adding this feature/capablity to the NGX's FMS. Addition of this feature would place this simulator well ahead of other similators.If PMDG requires technical assistance to make this happen, please contact me.Best regards,Rich BollWichita, KS

HelloWhen i am flying in the PMDG 747, about 15 minutes in, the plane would start banking left and right. It would start small then the angle would increase gradually!When this happens i have the autopilot on.Why does it do this? Is there a way to fix it?Any help would be appreciated!David

Hi!I've recently reinstalled FS9 on my System (many CTD) and now the displays of my PMDG737 - 600/700/800/900 are always black... :( I have Vista and an ATI Radeon 3400 HD Graphics Card.Can someone help me? Pol Eyschen P.S.: before the reinstallation it worked pefectly....

I've seen many tutorials and checklists on the startup of these aircraft (737-800/900) and most procedures match up closely with the exception of when to turn on and off these (pack,isolation,trim air, recirculation fans) switches...particularly before APU startup, and after shutting down after a flight. I've yet to see when to turn on and off the trim air switch. I know about when to turn off and on the bleed switches but like I said, there are a lot of different ideas out there on the other switches. There are a lot of good tutorials out there and I've seen some great checklists but all vary differently somewhat concerning these. I know there are a lot of scenerios but …

I am flying the PMDG 737NG-700 series (from the 600/700 only not from the 800/900 series download) under FS9. I enter the plane cold and dark and do a manual start up following the checklists. Flight works without issues other than I don't always get the green course line to display when I select a VOR on NAV1 and select the VOR toggle on the EFIS. If I enter the plane cold and dark and start up using Ctrl-E, and the course line appears and twisting the course knob gets the line to move around on the DU. I then tried a cold and dark manual start and after everything was up and running, I hit Ctrl-E again and the course line appears. My VOR is DME 1.2 from my position…

Can you enter into the FMC a heading and altitude restriction...example: 249* (1700)I've seen an example of this in the FMC manual but unless I read wrong, it wasn't explained how to enter this inThanks,Chris

I installed the B737-800/900 from PMDG and since then every time I try to insert an airport (any) on the FMS POS INIT page or ROUTE page I get the NOT IN DATA BASE message, anyone knows how to fix that?

Ok....total newb here.....so go easy on me. I just got into this whole airliner flying thing...Purchased the 737NG and really am doing my best to learn it. I am on a pretty tight budget. I have done numerous searches on flight planners, and it seems a lot of people like FSBuild. Ok cool...but thats $45!!! I looked on the Navigraph site, as some others mentioned, and they do a 'credits' system. Both, if I am reading correctly, give you the newest AIRAC cycle. This is where I get lost. FSBuild has no charts. And Navigraph offers charts, but they cost credits. So since I am looking to fly at various airports around the world, is one a better choice than the other? I don't t…

I have just added the Saitek Throttle Quadrant and I would like to map the engine start lever to the buttons on the throttle quadrant. I am using the PMDG 737NG-700 under FS9 and mapping with a registered version of FSUPIC. I cannot find the keystroke equivalent of clicking on the start levers on the throttle quadrant popup panel. Is there a keystroke equivalent?Thanks.John
