Since it was possible to create 2 additional models for the 747-400 cockpit, why not a BCF/BDSF model? It would nicely complete the package.

Ever hear of this program "Microsoft Windows Speech Recognition Macro (WSRMacro)" it works with your Windows voice recognition (MS site says its for Vista but it working for me with W7) Anyways you create voice macros for any keyboard commands that you use in MSFS, you create a voice phrase and assign a KB command and that KB command is sent when you say the phrase, Im setting up my PMDG MD11 right now and have created macros for 'Auto Flight" "Gear Up" "Pull Heading" etc etc you can create a voice macro for any keyboard command you use in MSFS.Link http://www.microsoft...44-829ae4f7c125A guy (Pavel) over at the LDS forums pointed this software out to me

Hi all,I'm thinking to buy the "B737NG FMC User Guide" of Bill Bulfer to prepare myself about the FMC for the coming PMDG 737NGX. The FMC version is U10and all software features are of the Smiths Industries FMC. 1.- I would like to know if this book is "compatible" with the coming PMDG 737NGX FMC. Hey! it was last year around this time in January, when I thought NGX is coming out soon so I'll put togther a nice machine good to do FSX with all the goodies, and that wait started thinking release would be March, then maybe June etc... Hi everyone,lately I read a statement from, I guess it was Ryan saying that PMDG will not implement ACARS in their upcoming 737.I've been playing around with my self programmed ACARS System for years. I am wondering what PMDG would require for implementing an ACARS system? Maybe someone from PMDG can contact me if you're interested in further explanation on how my system works. Hiya,Ive just installed the 747x package, but when I go to load FSX it says "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software", and then names some random .dll type file. So I click "Yes", but it keeps asking it me again and again and again. The only way can get rid of it is to click NO, and then all Im left with is some shoddy looking wire frame of a plane.Anyone any ideas?Many thanks

Hi all - I just got a new machine for fsx. It came with two GTX 460 cards I'm trying to get anti aliasing working with Nvidia Inspetor and I'm running into problems. I tried Ryan's settings in the sticky thread up above and it kind of works. I was able to get anti aliasing through inspector but sometimes my aircraft becomes transparent when viewed from the outside or sometimes I get a transparent panel in the virtual cockpit and all I can see are the instruments, this is usually followed by a frozen sim. I am using the 258 drivers. Another thing I noticed is that the menu bars are light grey and not black. Any ideas on how to solve this? I am wondering if the fact th…

Hi,After installing Melbourne V.2 from FTX, i've try to load the B747 (400 and 8i) and after the MD-11 and i have no 2D cockpit (only the glareshield panel) and under the glareshield panel i have a black screen. If i go in VC mode, all is there but even though i try to turn on the battery on other switches, nothing works. Any idea? (the Jetstream works fine).Many thanksReal Deraps

I'm sorry for this dramatic title but I couldn't come up with a better one.Here's the thing: When I was showing off the QRH to a friend of mine I noticed something odd. In the "Lights/EICAS" section I randomly picked one item to show how the QRH "worked" and it happened to be the "L VALVE OPEN - Wing Anit-ice...... 3.7" item. Hello all. Happy New Year.I have been flying the 747 and the MD11 more than often recently, and I am noticing that the flight path the plane follows is a bit to the right of what the display shows in the PFD. That is not an issue in flight, but its kinds worrying when performing ILS approaches. It seems that the plane is about half a mile to the right all the way to the ground. I must say, passengers dont like looking at the runway passing by on the left side of the window.As I mentioned above, this happens in FSX with both the 747 and the MD11. Is anyone else experiencing the same?Thanks

As a multi-engine commercial instrumented rated real world pilot, I can attest that the fidelity of these manuals and the sim is unprecedented for a PC based system. Hello all, just a wee story that occurred yesterday, but true. I was driving on the motorway to Glasgow approaching Glasgow airport, where the active runway 05 runs almost parallel with the motorway, when the rear end of an aircraft simlar to a SAAB 340 twin prop passed overhead to land when I saw the landing gear was still up. within seconds I saw the aircraft do a G/A. The weather was clear. I wondered to myself, surely the crew must have been fore warned that landing was out of the question and looking around the airport there was no sign of any emergency vehicles nearby. Hi everybody I finished upgrading my computer yesterday. It was my first time installing all that kind of hardware (CPU, Cooler, RAM, everything!). Had some hard time with the case(too small) and the H70 water cooler :(. I also had some problems to install Windows 7 that is on my old hard drive to work with the new mobo. But I managed to get it working somehow (I didn't know anything about bios setting too :(). And now it's asking me to reactivate W7. Here are some pictures and benchmarking I was doing. I overclocked it up to 3.840 Ghz and it was looking OK despite the high temperature (up to 85°C at 100% load). I'm a bit disappointed with FSX because I hardly g…
