Pretty quiet here as we wait for release. Just wondering what will be your first route? (not withstanding the tutorial). For what its worth, I am planning KTUS (Tucson,AZ) to KATL.

....of control around here! sheesh! I lost count of how many times the "Most Users Online" record has been broken today! The AVSIM servers seem to be holding up pretty well, and the forum software hasn't crashed yet. We'll see how the PMDG servers hold up after release!

Hopefully the NGX is going to be out at some point tonight (GMT). Unfortunatly i may not be able to monitor or complete my download without leaving it to itself for the night. My question is, if something goes wrong with the download, say god forbid the severs crash. Will i be able to restart my download via PMDG? They said that there would be seven days to download but is this unlimited amount of times or just once. If the download gets interupted will i have to contact PMDG for the link to be reposted. Also will using chrome or a download manager help if i loose my download?

Waiting for the release, I just picked up a pack of Avery IPA and a Chimay (blue label). That should hold me over for the first flight :)

I can't get on.

Unfortunately it will not happen today, WHY? well Robert did say they would give us some prewarning prior to release and not for us to go missing out on sleep in anticipation, there would be 12 or 24 hours warning prior unless they have some last minute problems, which they obviously need to fix. So go to work or bed whatever it may be in your part of the world and be patient........yes the PMDG team are about and working hard but this production will not take place today. We may have a release prewarn later today.

FRIGGIN relax!!! This program has been two years in development and will be released when it is released. RHR stated that it would be 7-10 days. If my math is correct, we are at day 7 so technically there are still 3 more days within this window that it could be released. Well as we are all waiting in anticipation of the grand NGX, I figure I would start this to kill some time and have a little fun. What is the first thing you will do with your NGX? Where will you take it? I know the first thing I am going to do is sit in the cockpit and just look at everything, every button and operation. Then I will probably take her for a nice spin on VATSIM.
