just bought js41 installed ok but doesn't accept activation key. tried uppercase, lowercase, dashes, no dashes ....what have i missed???

Hey PMDG, Really big fan here! I was just wondering (and probably some other people too) since you guys are the official boeing partner for FS, why not make all of their commercial planes that you haven't done. Like the 757, 767, and 787. I know there are competitors out there, but when someones sees a PMDG 757, and has great reviews, people will buy it. Same thing with a well done 767. You may have this up on deck after the 777, 747 v2, and the 737BBJ. If not, you may want to consider something like this. :-)

When starting fsx there is a error pmdg options.dll and than selecting not to load these dll,s fsx is starting normal,i had no problems before and the pmdg was working normal.i followed the instructions on the pmdg side regarding this problem no succes i have no corrupted dll.s this is the second time the last time i removed fsx and all addon's reinstalled everything no problems enymore is there a way to solve this problem without removal of fsx because i don't want to remove fsx again. For info fsx is running under win8 64 bit.

Do you also have this window issue and can it be solved? When I start FSX my undocked windows (with FMC and CDU) are not framed in the window. When I move the window it fits again. I have with my old XP machine, and windows 7 64 bit, PMDG 747 and 737NGX See photo. It's not a big issue but still. Thanks Errol

Hello chaps, FSX has been really annoying me lately partly because I cant seem to get it stable (nice fps, no stutters or graphical anomalies), almost to the extent that I wanted to switch to X-Plane. So I want to try again, in a couple of days I am going to wipe FSX and everything related off my machine and start a new install. And basically I am asking for your suggestions on what to do when. I know there are several guides out but some of these clash on key points. So this time I want to try again and do anything I can to get a perfect install short of wiping my operating system or upgrading the computer. I have been flying her of and on lately and about half the time it seems that at some point I am running into the same issue we had with the NGX before the HIGHMEFIX (sp) The only add on I have other than aircraft is AS2012 SP2. I wonder if the same fix for the NGX would work for the Queen or maybe I should do a clean install? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ron

Hi, A few days ago I purchased an EDS for the FSX MD11. I received the usual two e mails without any links to the redownload URL.I have submitted two tickets regarding this fact and no replies to date. Is the system at fault or is everyone trying to get the 777 out of the hanger! I hope that this matter can be resolved.

I have seen a symbol on a IFR chart for a while and to be honest, I have no idea what it is. If you get the SUMMA7 SID for KSEA, between the SUMMA waypoint and the BKR VOR there is a symbol that looks something like... 106 ___ | ^----------------------J54---- [bKE] __| 143 The FAA Symbol guide says it is a Changeover Point Low/High Altitude, VOR Changeover Point giving mileage to NAVAIDS (Not Shown at Midpoint Locations). Anyone else having problems downloading products? I bought my first PMDG products today, 737NG base and expansion pack. The expansion pack downloaded without any trouble but the base pack starts to download then times out. I've been trying on and off for the last few hours. Thanks, Clif Whitten

Hi, I'm expericing some problems with the PMSG MD-11 and NGX. I have the wingtip vaportrail black. in both aircraft.cfgs, under the section effects I got for both: vaportrail_l=fx_dummy vaportrail_r=fx_dummy but if I go in my MSFSX effects folder the file fx_dummy.fx is present, so I don't know what could be the problem. here some images

I have flown without failures so far but would like to practice one. Maybe start of with an inflight cargo fire and land at the nearest airport. Perhaps from EGLL-LSZH with the alt somewhere in Belgium as I will set the failure over there? or even KSFo-KIAD and set the failure just after takeoff and land at KLAS?

I have the PMDG 737NGX and I wonder how do I know what runway I would get for takeoff to enter in FMC before contacting the ATC ? MB

Hi all, just a quick one. I have always had a thing for this wonderful bird, so I have been thinking for a while to purchase the PMDG sim of the MD11. The only thing that is stopping me now is the doubt if it is not a bit too "old", in software terms. So basically the question is this, is it still worth it? Its seems I have typed in a wrong email-adr when i sign`d up. Is there any way to get in contact with det guys from PGMD, so they can change it? Its only wrong by a letter og to. Good Morning, I have a question for all of you. I currently have the PMDG 737NGX and I love it. I am building a home cockpit and have been mulling the questions of whether to go the whole Triplehead2go route or network computers route. Ideally I plan on having 3 monitors up top for my external views then I was thinking two monitors for the glass cockpit. I came across IFLY737NG Cockpit Builders Edition the other night and it does exactly what I want it to (network pc's to display the gauages in any configuration I want and let the maind FSX pc handle the external views). Hi all. Sometimes a time comes when you realize an obvious, maybe even stupid, question has never had an answer because you just assumed it and suddenly you're not so sure anymore. So, here's the deal. I currently own the NGX, the J41 and the (just bought!) MD11. Without taking into account the engine failures of the J41, do things break if misused in these aircrafts? And if so, how? Is it dependent on the failure settings? Let's say, I exceed the flaps maximum extension speed by... 100kt. That ought to do some damage to the a/c? Sorry if it's obvious but I'm curious as nothing like this has ever happened to me! Basically, do actions have consequesnces? …

I have had problems with FSX so I deleted and re-installed. The Introduction Manual for the PMDG 737NGX advised to install FSX on a different directory than the default one so i tried to put it on c:éFSX but it didn`t work. I didn`t even get asked where I wanted to install and it went right back to the default. Also as per the Manual I tried to locate the Fsx.cfg file but could find it. I am not a computer whizz as you realise by now. So when I ran Fsx I got the strnage air frames instead of complete aircraft. I would like somebody to tell me in plain Englsih how to get to the Fsx.cfg file.

Hi, I needed to re-download a purchased product, and so I paid for the "Extended Download Service" and sent off my Ticket as requested, giving details of the re-activation that I required. I received an initial response from Paul G indicating that it would be done immediately, but the Download URL in my account was never re-activated and I never received any email with a new link either, as indicated. My Ticket was closed. :( That was 2 days ago and despite re-opening the Ticket and advising that the URL was still not re-activated, and trying a new ticket, and sending 3 emails, my product is still not re-activated and I've no response to any communications…

I've been patiently waiting the release of the triple 7 like every other pilot has. To the point that I also purchased captain Sims triple 7. But not only am I waiting for the triple 7 but I'm also super interested and exited about the DC-6. Its been quite some months now since any news of the DC-6 was made, so I really want some updates on this bird too...

Hi to everybody. I've a question for PMDG team. What do you think about xplane10? I've downloaded the demo and I was been shocked by the graphic and realism.
