Hi all. I am new here My question is that when i enter route to FMC, and ask for flight follow from the default virtual ATC of Fsx, it conflicts. I digress from the route provided by FMC when i obey the instructions coming from ATC. How should i request altitude change, landing intentions etc? I mean how can i communicate with ATC? Hi All, Finally I have FSX & the 777 installed. Fps is smooth locked at 30 with pretty much everything maxed except AI traffic. Addons - Rex direct, FTX global, ASN etc etc. Cfg has the standard tweaks - high mem fix, buffer pools etc. Have done some tests that are quite worrying, hopefully someone can help. First night - I left the sim running overnight with the engines running at the gate, woke up to see a blue screen. Day two - left aircraft at the gate (short turn) apu running. Went for a few beers with a friend, 3 hours later on return I see the blue screen of death. Today - flew a short hop from bahrain to Doha, ctd after landing :( The …

Hi PMDG pilots, I'm at my wits end on this one. I've posted here in the MOBO section as well as simforums and no one has been able to figure out why I cant get my nvidia settings to take in fsx. I know this topic should be in mobo - but I was hoping maybe Ryan could shed some light on this issue. A few weeks ago - I tried installing a corsair H110 water cooler and my system wouldn't boot. I decided to bring it in to a local computer shop before I did damage to my rig. Apparently my cpu was sitting correctly, which I thought was strange because I never touched the cpu seating or latch. hi, i have some bug wich might be a PMDG problem, i have no idea. while on altitude I(and the autopilot) loose all controll over the aircaft. I notice it when there are warnings on the middel display and the aircraft is decending rapidly. i then move the yoke and even see the yoke in the cockpit move and the surfaces on the outside move aswell.. but nothing happens. The aircraft is stuck and wont roll pitch or yaw. i noticed that Ezdok and Fsuipc crash aswell. I fly only PMDG aircraft and it happend to me on the T7 and MD11 so far(fly them mostly) i completly reinstalled FSX and all of the ADDONS, before the reinstall it allways happend over the atlantic. after i had eve…

Hi gents, I've seen some past discussion on an "80 kt" PNF call during take-off roll with no definitive answer from PMDG. Would PMDG consider adding it as an option in future 737/777 updates? Thanks!

Hi I am great FS Fan and regularly view avsim, but never posted or registered until today, I have bought the B777-200LR/F and its simply stunning and very well detailed in terms of features. I am already started a B777 Type rating, and this has really helped so much, that when I turn up to the actual classroom all those manual makes sense and I can picture the system behaviour and interaction. I have shown this to my instructor's and they are impressed, they never really appreciated FSX, but seeing the B777 has changed there minds. Thank you to everyone who made this simulation, now back to the CBT Jetset 2014

Hey guys, I am not very switched on when it comes to computers and systems ect, but I recently had to delete and re-install FSX onto my computer and just recently went to fly my PMDG 737 and loaded the plane to notice there were no numbers on the screens in the cockpit? I thought it may just be there 737 series only to notice it was also on the PMDG 777. I have no clue what to do to solve this and have googled it so many times to have zero success, Can anybody out there please help me in a way a simple minded computer user like myself can understand, I attached a photo of the 737 to give an idea of what I see.. Please Help :( I miss flying them !!

Hi there, i coudn't contact PMDG directly so i will ask it here, and i hope someone can give me a answer or permision My question, the PMDG 777 Trailer/promotion movie thats on their website at Vimeo, is it allowd to use some parts of that movie in one of my upcoming movies about the best FSX planes? Hi guys, Can someone please clairfy how airport addons affect VAS usage? Say im flying from EGLL to KORD in the PMDG 777. If i have an OMDB addon installed and checked in the Scenery options, will having OMDB activated increase VAS, even though its 6 hours away in the opposite direction? Or does FSX only load areas within a certain radius?

Hi, Pmdg, i wanted to know what the possibility is of a small commuter plane being made? I know you had ground braking success with the 737 (based on the fact that the only plane flying in the vatsim world is 737 or 777). But I would love to see a new turbo prop or small plane. Hi, I think its a very nice aircraft, the retrofit on the reality xp gauges is awesome. I just bought it. The only thing that I didnt like a bit. (might sound picky) are the sounds. Is there any scheduled improvement on these?I have the Aerosoft ATR, i think there isnt a best turboprop sound than these for FS. The reson is they rendered the prop rpm pitch change very well. I dont use them in the PMDG because they might both be Pratt and Wittney engines, but the PT-6 doesnt sound the same as the PW-120 ones in the ATR. Though i dont know why people who make turboprop sound enhancements disregard this function, and when you change the rpm pitch its so very imperceptible, w…

I recently deleted the 737NGX w/out winglets set from my PMDG 737NGX set. My plan was to save space by keeping the 737-800 & -900 only with the winglets. When I opened FSX and went to 'Select Aircraft' I noticed my entire PMDG download was gone. How do I a) Redownload the 737 NGX from the PMDG site asa my download URL has expired? or B) Get the winglets versions to show when I go to the 'Select Aircraft'? Thanks.

Hello, I've recently received a bunch of manuals from a retired United Airlines captain who flew the 757/767 and have a few questions on what they are for. This question is mainly aimed towards Robert since he used to fly for United if I'm not mistaking. However, if anyone else knows the answers I'm looking for, I'd be more than happy to hear them. Hello...Been looking for some Customer Service for this, but brought me to the forums... Trying to purchase the PMDG 747 for FSX, and when submitting credit card info, says my address for the card on file doesn't match my billing address. I've used the card when the T777 came out, and had no problem...have tried it on my laptop and flight sim computer...same thing, address on file/doesn't match what PMDG's records have. If anyone at PMDG Customer Service would be so kind to contact via email it would be nice. Thanks

Most PMDG aircraft I fly, if something goes wrong with FSX, and I need to restart the flight, I have to exit completely out of FSX, then restart, which is a pain, especially if I have to do this 3 or 4 times for one flight. Is there a way around it?

HI Much as I like the PMDG, its a pain to finally choose destination airport only to find its not in PMDG FMC cause name has changed etc. For those who don't plan to fly online like my self is there a no hassle fix for this other than spending hours messing about with ADE deleting ICAO and building new airport myself(Never). Is it possible for PMDG to provide option in their FMC for those who don't fly online, so the FMC uses FSX database as I have it. Sirs, I have a few questions, One I'm having a problem with Views. When I start a Flight looking out the Window over the Glare shield the Nose of the aircraft is pointing Down in the Rwy. I need to Press Ctrl +Shift+Q to bring the View back UP to where it belongs. Is there any way in "Camera Definitions" Possibly under InitialXyz= or any other Heading, That will correct this Problem ? Another question, I'm starting a new build, my question is about MBoards I have narrowed it down to 2 boards, The Aus.. Maximus Hero VI or the PRO Motherboard's. Hi I saw an earlier thread about PMDG 777 being released on CD after 6 months, i have a very slow Internet connection, it would probably take a long time to download,,is there any chance PMDG or other developers could download the files on a CD and sent it out, obviously I would pay the extra costs. Is there a Official PMDG Facebook page? You know, for those who has and can share all of their aircraft and experiences? I own the entire PMDG FSX lineup and I rather have a one-stop page to chill with guys who are fellow users than to hop between 5 different Facebook pages - J41, MD-11, 737-8/9 series, 747-400/8iF series, and the 777.... Posted a 737 cockpit shot in the 777 and chaos ensued... I thought there was only one PMDG page but to find out there are more than one... and they are all segregated. Any help here?

Hi, all I had installed FSX into the C:/FSX folder like PMDG suggest when I bought the 737, now here is my problem. I bought the feelthere E-Jets V2 for myself for Christmas and it messed up my FSX. I was unable to load the MD-11 without a "fatal error" occurring and a CTD. My reaction was to uninstall FSX again and try a fresh install W/O the feeltere E jets. Uninstalled everything as per the guide on the website but I can now not locate the app data folder supposedly located here C:\Users\(Your Windows Account Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX or the shared cache folder located here C:\Users\(Your Windows Account Name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FSX.
