Hi.I have downloaded The SID/STAR Converter vers.1 which convert 767 PIC SID/STAR to PMDG B777 SID/STAR.But I get the "Runtime 76 "error when I start the program. I found an earlier post on this forum saying that the converter had an update to vers.1.3 which I could download from the autors homepage. I have found the homepage, and tried to download it , but the file is not accessable. Can anyone help me to get the update? I only need the new.exe file.Best regardsTor Arild [email protected]

I have been enjoying quite a lot the new Fly2 - patched to 240, and the many add-ons available.Last week I bought the PMDG 757, and I find it simply great!!!Now, if we give a llok at what is hapening with Fly2 at the Fly! foruns, we notice that many people is starting to pay attention to this great sim.I myself simply quited using MSFS, and suffering from it's basic/stupid limitations, and decided to "invest" a lot on Fly2.PMDG, please reconsider your former decision of stoping Fly add-on developmt. ... I strongly believe there is a new market waiting for you ;-)

  5. Rob / Lefteris,Has the TB9 been released to ROTW? I know a while back PMDG stated they would turn over the TB9 to ROTW for completion.Just curious to know if it has occurred.Regards,Bob Lyddy

With the changeover to 2.5.20 the metric barometric display stopped working. After re-installing the 757 it worked for a few days but is dead again. This is a real problem, because ATC only gives QNH in hPa.Thanks for any help.--pim

Hello,I upgraded to a new computer that can handle FlyII recently and I am having a probelm with the PMDG 777. After the aircraft is loaded the PFD and the ND do not display correctly (see image), no. 1 engine is running, no. 2 enigine is shutting down, and nothing, including the "E" key, will get it running again. My FlyII installation was patched to 210 prior to the 777 installation and I applied the 240 patch after installation. These problems existed prior to the 240 patch. System details include a PIV 2.4gig processor, XP Pro, 1gig RAM, and I have a Fire GL 8700 64mb video card. I seem to recall reading something about this before but I cannot find it. Any help…

I was wondering if anyone knew how to upgrade the PW4098's to GE90-115B's. I know the Government buys aircraft with the high output engines, like there 757's >:-)

I am just returning to Fly!II and am in the process of going through the new patch installation. I previously flew the wonderful PMDG 777 & 757 aircraft for Fly!II. I see there are quite a few posts about the 757 on this forum lately. Having owned the PMDG 757 do I have the most current version? or has PMDG released another newer model? Thanks,

Pmdg was not very much help with this. My problem is entering a different origin after I entered a departure point. I would like to fly to one city then decide what city I would like to fly to after that without knowing where I am going next. Program as I go is this possible?

If it hasn't been suggested already, I have two thoughts...-One, it would be great if virtual wing views were added if they are not planned already. These have a very low fps penalty, and as proven by DF with their coming 737, they can coexist with a virtual cockpit.-Two, perhaps have two models, one with the virtual cabin, and one without (while still retaining the virtual wing views). The virtual cabins tend to be fps killers...Just learned of this project today... Very eager to see how it develops...-John

I am already playing around with it.First thing I noticed is that it is a frame killer, and even on my new machine, with a Piv @ 1,7GHz, Geeforce 4 Ti4200 128MB, and 640MB RAM on Window XP Home, sitting at the default KSFO 28R the frames (in 1024 x 768) can get down to the 8 - 9 fps area!!! It increases if I reduce to 800 x 600!Anyway, It's far more fluid than anything I can get with M$F$2k2, and as usual Fly2! doesn't suffer from the same type of stuttering that affects MSFS...I am enjoying everything about this 757. THANKS A LOT for encouraging me to buy it - It was my best buy after IL-2 in the last year!!!Now, I haven't yet even open the manuals, but relying on my PS1…

Rob & Co. (PMDG):For the past month or so, I've been flying almost exclusively your fantastic 757. Pete Sterling is responsible for this because he repainted it with the LAPA and the Tango-01 liveries. The problem is that, the more I fly it, the more "bugs" I find. I think this is a known bug, but is there any chance that the autopilot could be modified so that it can handle cross-wind landings? Today I tried an autoland at KOAK Rwy 29 with 25 kt winds from 350 and I ended up landing almost 70 feet to the left of the runway.I've also posted some problems with some Night Textures (not the gear problem) and I've also found a couple of minor errors on the instrument panel…

I bought the 777, when it was released, but already lost the file. I have long been away from using Fly2!, but after upgrading to a new PC, and experimenting with the Final patch, I am very happy to be able to enjoy this excellent flightsim like never before! Now, before I go ahead and decide to buy the B757, could some user enlighten me about the correction of a bug in the 777IGW that really tended to irritate me? The bug I am mentioning here was the fact that an engine "failure" on the aircraft while flying, no matter if at cruise, climb or descent, was unoticeable in terms of "yaw" towards the dead engine. The plane simply kept flying almost "straight".Is this any diffe…

The upcoming B737 Ng. Is it a new plane or what? All I know is that the B737 comes in series-200, 300, 400, etc. Is the NG category something not related to size, but to an advanced version?Eytan

I'm looking at purchasing it along with a copy of Fly2. I have a few questions:1. Is the FMC pretty much fully functional? As in close to 767PIC standards?2. Are there more screenshots to be had of the panel/exterior. (exterior isn't really a big deal to me btw)Thanks a lot for your input
