Hello PMDG,I sent an email to support, but I thought I would try my luck here as well.I am looking for the 1.3 update, but it doesn't appear to be on your website anymore. Any suggestions? Perhaps someone could email it to me?Thanks!

There have been several threads on this topic, and recent one on 'Shoot', a voice contriol program. Well if you use 'Shoot' to control the main & Cargo doors they open every time.You need to include the following in your command profile:Shoot is freeware and the links are in the appropriate thread.

Taking another PMDG user's suggestion, I re-mapped my default pushback keys, and now it works 100% of the time.I re-mapped my pushback (SHIFT-P) to the DEL key. Now to make it work, I hold my DEL key for 2 seconds, then push the corresponding "1" or "2". So far, so good. Holding the initial key seems to be the catch for me. :-sun1 Hope this helps someone.- John

There is something I need to say here..... After experiencing quite a few minor problems since the original version of this aircraft, some due to PMDG, some due to me and my computer, some due to FS2004, I would like to report that my 737 has no bugs in it at all that I can detect. I owe a big round of applause to the PMDG Support Team especially thankyou to Paul Gollnick, who stayed at it until the problems were solved. When I start FS9 with the intention of flying the 737NG, I load the Cessna 172 at Seattle and load/modify, as I desire, everything else relative to the PMDG 737. If I should not start in this manner might there be some anamolies in the way the 737NG performs?John Franklin

PMDG,One thing that would be GREATLY appreciated in the next service update or the 800/900 would be the ability to assign a keystroke to the engine start levers on the throttle pedestal. While the default FS keystrokes do manage the fuel to the engine correctly, the levers and the valve logic doesn't follow. For example, when you try to cut the engines off (using Ctrl-Shift-F1), the engines die but the levers do not move, nor do the valves close according to the lights on the fuel panel.

Howdy,The Baro Mins scale only goes up to 2500, which makes it a tiny bit tough to set DA at the higher airports. Also, I also like to set Baro Mins on dep to flap retraction altitude so I have visual indication of on the PFD when to start cleaning up. Again, the 2500 limitation can make that restrictive, esp if you can't start cleaning up till 3000 due to noise abatement.Can we look forward to this being fixed?Cheers, Bryan

Hi, I can almost not use any of the sids or stars. I choose for example: GCLP as arrival. Then I choose one of the 20 or 21 stars which are in the fmc. Then I get error messages in almost all of them which means I have to delete lines. In the end I have no stars or sids to use. What to do in this situation? Because if the sids/stars have mistakes i can not choose one runway for departure of arrival ...Asking for helpCoimbra

I suddenly got this error message in fs9, and after trying (and failing) to fix it, I used the uninstaller to remove the PMDG 7367 from my computer. After reinstalling, I still get this error message. What's wrong??? -

Hi I recently installed PMDG 737NG and the winglets version of the 737 is not showing up in the aircraft selection screen. After checking the files I found that the winglet version directory and files are there and seem OK at a cursory look.Anyone have a solution?Stan B.

I have noticed since update 1.2 the bank angle setting seems to have stopped working.Has anyone else noticed this?Kimberly.

Mr. Metzinger in his tutorial recomends registering FSUCIP.When I tried to do so another window comes up asking for a 10 diget number.I looked at the email/docs etc. I recieved from PMDG and so on, cant find it.Must be getting dum in my old age?Any help/comments would be appreciated.Regards

Team: Your input, experience would be appreciated.I just received my new system (specs below in signature). I am unable to install FS9. I get through Disk 3 and then encounter the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) when installing Disk 4 when it is copying Asia.CAB. I've tried this 3 times and it has occurred each time. Also, get the same BSOD when running uninstall of FS9. Error messages include:Kernel_stack_inpage_errorStop 0X000000007AWin32K.sysRecommended solutions include disabling BIOS memory options such as caching and shadowing.Any troubleshooting advice would be appreciated.

This is a request to PMDG officials to stay away, temporarily, from the main FS forum on avsim. If any of them see the "we love PMDG" thread there, I think we're in trouble!:).

There have been a lot of previous posts about problems with controlling the a/c rudders doing funny things. There is an interesting artical in the latest 'Computer Pilot Magazine' about problems with controllers connected to USB ports on PCs using WinXP. The problem is that when your processor is flat out e.g. on landing, XP looks to shut down any non critical devices like USB ports running off the motherboard. In effect it will switch your contoller off. The solution is to disable 'power management' on the 'USB Root Hub'.Worth a try:-sun1

After installing the latest version (1.3) in my new PC, I am having a strange problem. Whenever i go to the "Spot" view, the PMDG 737 appears without the skin. Sometimes it loads after a few minutes - but disappears again when I switch between views. It seems totally arbitrary - might show the first time I switch - then again it might not... I still can't believe that after a month of having the NG, I have had no problems. What a phenomenal product PMDG has made here. It runs GREAT on mhy P4 1.5 (2D cockpit version). 20+FPS with panel FR set at 20 fps too. Just great and stutter free!The glass cockpit is like the 747 precision simulator used to be. I am so excited about this product, it is the only thing I fly. I am so exctied about the -800 too and the 747. I am featuring this plane in an upcoming (APRIL) CP magazine article on glass cockpit IFR flying. It is my hope that more people out there like me will be persuaded to make PMDG their favorite jetliners ever.just one happy customer, Peter

Hi,I have a problem with my sid/stars for the NG. Earlier I tried to do a flight but when I go to type in the airport codes into the FMC, they don't work. I get the "Not in Database" error. Then I go to check in the C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9PMDGSIDSTARS and the files are there. I have no idea whats going on. Any help would be appreciated.Daniel
