Hey Guys,Any chance of an Arizona Express Airlines bird?

My new PC (specs below) allows me to run FS9 at 25 - 35 fps. with fairly aggressive slider settings. However, I was having what I thought was intermittent problems when flying the PMDG in 2D view - the framerate would "inexplicably" drop to 2 fps......and after much agony, multiple re-installs, tweaking etc. etc. I was about to toss in the towel x( But -therer is a happy end to this sad tale - weirdly the framerate happens when I click on the STA button in the FDU (The other buttons, i.e. DATA, Waypoints, APT do not create any problems).I realize that this might just be an quirk in my particular flight sims setup...but perhaps not. Bug exterminators are invited to take a l…

A few days ago I bought the PMDG 737 package and I need some help. I read about the FMC a few times and I still don't understand it. Is there a easy way to plan the route without using the FMC? Or maybe a dummy guide to the FMC? :-lol Im so used to the default FS2004 GPS unit for route planning.Other than the FMC thing I really like this plane alot.

First off when I start the aircraft there are two very loud noises one coming from the Recirc Fan when I place the knob on Auto and the other I have no idea where it's coming from. I know it's not the APU and I know they are not suppose to be there.Another is none of the gauges or anything else works or registers unless I cycles views with S ending back in the cockpit then it will show correct airspeed alt all that. Then when I do that the noises come back and the only way to get rid of that is to shift through the different views at least once with the Shift + 1-4. Changing the knobs on EFIS doens't move the button but it gives me the selection I want. The only thing I c…

Hello,Are there any plans for different engine types on the 800/900 addon?I know that your 737TNG package has the CFM56-7B22 turbofans included. Will there be an option in the next addon to choose between different engine types? So that for instance we could choose between the CFM56-7B24, -7B26, -7B27 on the 800/900 series.regards,Gallie

I am probably not the only one that (or maybe I am :D) thinks that it can be a little disturbing to always put in all the waypoints and altitudes for every waypoint when you create a new route? I thought it could be nice if there was a sections for PMDG Flightplans. Were everyone could upload their planned routes! What do you guys think?CheersJohan "Whats VNAV?!?!" Adolfsson

During a recent flight, my autopilot went haywire. I followed the PMDG directions to the letter for programming the FMC and the MCP. When the plane was close to reaching cruising altitude, it missed the level off point programmed in the FMC and MCP and started undulating up and down accompanied by a strange drop in the altitude tape. According to MSFS 2004 (shift Z) I was as hight as 41,000 feet but the altitude tape dropped to 15,000. The airspeed tape also did strange things like fluctuating up and down with no throttle input and in level flight. Any thoughts?C.D.

I bought the 737NG last night. I installed over 300 Megs of liveries (almost all of them in the database on the website). I have to comment first on the ease of the livery install. I cant believe its just a few clicks and boom, done. With Dreamfleet (and I love dreamfleet too) its very time consuming with the Text O Matic thing. So, good job with the easy livery installation. The exterior model, is absolutely beautiful. I have taken dramatic screenshots because I am floored at the quailty of the product. The flight characteristics are wonderful as well. One of the best handling aircraft I have EVER downloaded OR purchased. I can see why you won the developer award! Anyway…

Hello !Thank you PMDG for that fantastic plane that is the 737 NG !I don't have a lot of experience of navigation in that plane, or in Flight Simulator (only VFR flights since the version 2000 of FS).I have FS Navigator, and FS Build, it is really easy to make plan routes with those programs, and export them in RTE format for the FMC of the PMDG 737 NG. Anyway, most of the routes goes directly at the begining of the appropriate runway, but not in the same course a little bit before, so if I want to have a chance to intercept the glide, not when I am right on the runway, and the AP turns dramatically at this time, at the ground level, making a "bank angle" and a crashe; I …

Why wonder, here are perfect reasons for them to be written on the windows:1) The passengers want to sleep, so this blocks some windows.2) The texture accidently came up on the windows, and you decided to play with it and ask us for a reason why it's there3) Randomly chosen.4) To imply that PMDG only works on Windows.5) They wanted to display "Happy New Year" on the windows, but got confused with the letters.

Hey all, I have a slight problem here. When I park my aircraft at the gate, even with the parking brake on, the plane will slowly roll forward so I keep having to slew it back into place. Its not anything fast probably like 1 mph. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and what I can do to fix it. Thanks!

I have FSBuild 2 and I also use Ross Carlson's Fuel planner. I like to cross reference the two when I am planning the fuel amounts for my flights. I noticed FSB2 and Ross' planner differ in some respects from the PMDG 737 AOM ver 1.2. Has anyone else noticed this?AOM has these entries:737-600 Max Taxi - 127,500Max Takeoff - 127,000Max Landing - 120,500Max Zero Fuel - 114,000737-700Max Taxi - 133,500Max Takeoff - 133,000Max Landing - 128,000Max Zero Fuel - 120,500Ross Carlson's planner has these:737-600 Max Taxi - 144,500Max Takeoff - 144,000Max Landing - 120,500Max Zero Fuel - 113,500737-700Max Taxi - 153,500Max Takeoff - 153,000Max Landing - 128,000Max Zero Fuel - 120…

HiJust a little problem, - I have been living with since I went to FS9 I guess. When I start the engines - they start to run at 20% N1 even if the fuel levers is in cut off position.I am sure I have seen this with some other add on aircrafts - but yesterday I noticed it again with the PMDG737.Any idea why this is happening?BrSteen
