Hi All, I have a question regarding how to set up things for online flight over two networked computers. I seem to have everything working right except the showing of other planes (MP) in FS. SB, RW/AVC, my ACARS are running on a separate computer via WideClient and it works. However, I am not sure where AIBridge must be running: On the remote or the FS computer? Thanks,BoazEKCH

Please HELP PMDG.PMDG B737 and B736 will not load but crash FS9. I cannot load and fly anymore any of you three boeing birds. I have changed nothing within FS9, but changes some parameter of my BIOS and changed the Graphic Card. But is that the reason why my FS9 crashes and freezes???Do I have to reinstall all over again of the PMDG ware?

At what point in an autoland do you disengage the autopilot? After touchdown, or after the aircraft is stopped or exiting the runway? Thanks in advance!

Hi Gang, I just recently download the American Airline livery from the PMDG website. After what said was a successful installation I'll be darned if I can see in my AC menu. The folders are there and all of the goodies are in the aircraft config. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Would anyone know where to get this livery? I know it would be a fictional one but I'd love to have one.Someone has painted it before in United colors, however after installing SU1.2 the tail logo doesn't work at night.Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.Jacek Gawecki

I recently purchased the PMDG 737, and I'm very happy with the product, however I have found that on the ground with the engines at idle and brakes off, the plane will start moving and accelerate to 15knots pretty quickly, there seems to be no "unstick" thrust that needs to be applied. Also with parking brakes set, she seems to creep forward also. Is there a cfg file I need to edit? I just recalibrated the stick and Throttle (saitek HOTAS). Anyone else seeing this. I purchased the aircraft around 1/26/04. The about off the PMDG menu says Version 1.2, but on the PMDG site (where the 1.2 to 1.3 upgrade is available) says there is no need to apply the upgrade if you purchase…

Does the NG have a way to dump fuel?I'm wondering since the max landing weight is less than max takeoff, what do you do if you take off at near max weight, have a problem, and need to return to the airport? Land over Gross?

Perfectly on final but image of runway on ND rotated anticlockwise.YMES runway 22, ILS 109,50MHz. No weather (as usual...) No wind. Absolutely no wind...1. On final, let's say 5 miles from touchdown.2. You're perfectly on track, no wind, CRS in FMC may say 272 to runway, you're flying 272 degrees for runway 27. It looks perfectly straight through the window. And you're fully established on the localizer and the glide slope. The diamonds are perfectly centered. So *everything* is right.3. Now I'm looking in the ND. I see the runway symbol. The two paralell white lines. For sure, I'm heading towards those...4. ...but these two paralell lines are not line up with the track I…

I don't know this aircraft very well and I'm not sure if this aircraft is capable of having this feature, so please don't flame me for asking this. So, is B1900 going to be supplied with autoland? Thanks.Jacek Gawecki

Hi,Today I discovered something that appears to be a fault somewhere in the logic of the FMC. When in Cruise, it is possible to select the Engine-out and then select LT Engine Out OR RT Engine Out. This should provide advisory information of the Max Cruise altitude, Target speed and Max Continuous N1 with one engine failed under the current config. From what I can find out, this should be advisory info only and pressing the CRZ key again should return to the normal CRZ page. Pressing selecting Engine out CRZ in the PMDG 737NG and then selecting LT Engine Out or RT Engine Out causes VNAV to disconnect. It is then not possible to return to the normal CRZ page and VNAV …

Before I start I would like to thank Bruno Francescoli,Randy J. Smith,sj Mantel, and Timothy Metzinger for their help with my prior question about some FMC problems I was having. I do however have one other question for now. I tried the 20 session freebies that come with FSNavigator but wasn't all that happy with it. I was looking at FS Build 2.0 and it seems like it has more to offer, especially with the SIDs and STARs. My question is that on the FS Build web site it doesn't say anything about exporting flight plans for PMDG 737NG's FMC. It mentions that you can export for PMDG 777 and 757 for Fly!II but that is it. I just want to make sure it will for for 737NG's FMC bef…

HelloI just got this idea, after reading some posts (again) on main FS2004 forum. There's this new client for online flying - www.flightproject.net. No SB2 (which was great few years back, but today is for trashing away). I didn't test it myself yet, but I hear only excellent things about it. One BIIIG MINUS: it's not on VATSIM.The idea is basically, to organize the next PMDG event on this network. Do you think that people would switch? Would you?Think that in that case not only we, PMDG pilots should change, but also ATCs that would be expecting us on the different airports too...Tomorrow I will check the client a bit, see if it's really worth. If the client really does w…

Your style seems to be making the rounds these days for other payware vendors. This is the second one I have come accross. The PMDG preview format does make an impact.http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/notams04/ffs0131.htm

Hey everybody, I was wondering what programs you all use to repaint aircraft and which ones you would recommend. I'm not an expert by I can find my way around a program pretty easily. Thanks!

Dear All,I seem to be able to capture the ILS and GS to about 4/6 dme then I notice that I a slightly to the right or left of the r/w. I am using 2 chanel autoland but I can never get on the r/w for a full autoland. Sometimes this happens "offline" but on VATSIM I never line up correctly. I have set the course according to the charts but seem to be 2 - 4 degrees off. Is there anything else that I should be doing. I do my planning with FSNAV, no other a/c seem to have this problem. My hands on landings have improved though! An a/l would be nice especially with sweaty palms.ThanksAndrew

Hi everybody, first of all let me say, that I really like the 737NG. I've been flying it for several months now and really think that it was worth buying. As I saw on your Homepage you're working on a Boeing 744. How close to the real thing will it get? I've been flying on Hardy Heinlin's PS 1.3 (and I think it's the best simulator out on the market for now) for some time now and was asking myself if your simulator will be able to get into the same quality class as to how systems and real behaviour is modelled. I would be glad if you could at least give us a rough estimate on how things will be handled in the future.Thank's a lotMatthias- hopefully flying the real thing in …

hello folks out there i seem to be having a problem with the fuel settings in fmc, i will load my plane up or put a 100% in both wings.im doing the tutorial by Fred Clausen , and when im done programing my route and go into POS to put my ZFW in all it will give me is 17.1% which is not enough to get from KJFK to KORD, i will get a warning that there is not enough fuel, i will then go back into where i loaded the fuel and it is showing 100% in both wings, can anyone tell me what im doing wrong.......Thanks.Robert

The figures quoted in the PMDG " Limitations " manual for max take off and landing weights seem to be in error. The MTOW of the 737-700 series is ,I believe 153,500lbs. Could someone verify that for me please, and also give me the correct figure for Max Landing Weight (MLW).Are PMDG going to amend the manual? Thanks a lot,Brian Corley.

Just finished my work with this one. Actually D-AHLU is a 737-400 and the tail livery is a little bit different but unfortunately there was no other way to do it without having some weird effects on the tail texturing, hope you enjoy it.A preview is here:http://digilander.libero.it/cortmovies/Image8.jpgHappy flying!

Hi PMDG,here it is a question for you:At Heathrow airport (EGLL 09R) with an aircraft load of ZFW=50845 Kg, Fuel=9400 Kg and flaps 5, I've the following calculated takeoff and climbing speed values:FMC N1 LIMITTO-1 DERATE activeCLB-1 DERATE activeFMC TAKEOFF REFFLAPS 5VR=133 KnotsV2=135 KnotsFMC CLBSPD REST 173/FLAPS (which is the climbing speed restriction with flaps 5)MCPSPEED 155 Knots (which is V2+20 Knots, manually set by me)and have the following behaviour:a) imediately after takeoff (positive climb rate) MCP SPEED value is hold at 155 Knots (manually set) and so does indicate PFD magenta Speed Bug.:( when I press A/P ENGAGE CMD A: SPEED value changes to 175 Knots a…

Hi folks,I just released version 1.2 of my fuel planner utility for the 737NG. This version is no longer a beta version, so the popup message at startup time is gone. The only change in this version is that it now loads the first 1,000 pounds of fuel into the center tank. This is to meet a Boeing requirement to keep 1,000 pounds in the center tank in order to keep the fuel pumps submerged to prevent vapor ignition from a stray spark.Unless any bugs pop up, or any "must-have" features are suggested, this will be the last version until PMDG releases the -800 and -900 variants. I'll add support for those planes at that time and release a new version. You can download it here:…
