Will any talented painters be doing an Air Tran 737-700 with wiglets?Thnakls

Hello everyone,If I were to purchase Pete Dowson's WideFS, could I place the PMDG's 737 PD, ND, and EICAS on another networked computer? I'm thinking of trying to build a cockpit to enhance the flying of PMDG planes. Anybody out there already try this?Thanks in advance and happy flying!

I mean no disrespect, however, is PMDG done making changes to the 800/900 per customer requests? The reason I ask is because everyday someone wants a change to what seems like a perfect project. I feel like we'll never get this plane if requests like changes to the color of the seats or similar are fulfilled.Chris

For quite a while I've really enjoyed flying the 737NG. However, lately on several occasions I lose all COM and NAV radios. The frequency digits cannot be moved at all. This really is very frustrating as it happens towards the end of a flight and spoils the effort and time put into it.Has anyone else suffered this and is there a fix?Alan

Hi guys,A follow up to my question on upgrading from a GeForce4 4200Ti 64meg to an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (my computer is a P4 2.4 gig 512 RAM).Currently I get acceptable performance in FS9 and the 737NG, but only if I turn AI traffic off. With traffic on, the frames dip to like 8-12. Too hard to control the aircraft.Will upgrading to the Radeon unable me to turn the traffic back on and get good performance?Thanks again and thanks for putting up with my non NG questions ;-).

Is it possible to map or assign GoFlight (GF45) rotary switches and have it effect on the PMDG aircraft?For instance, HDG changes? I was able to program key presses to the GoFlight buttons (like ALT HOLD, etc), but now I want to be able to change values of the heading (by turning the knob on the GF45, and see its effect in the FS.Is it possibe?I also own registered FSUIPC.Regards, Marcelo, Santiago, ChilePosted on Saturday, Apr.17, 11.45am EDT.

What am I missing here? I have downloaded the nav data. I have a flight plan from Flight Planner in FS9 with its waypoints but when I try to enter some of the waypoints, I am told they are not in the data base. How does one know what is in the data base before going to the trouble of making a flight plan only to find it will not work? Jim O'Brien

Hi,For some reason I installed FS2002 just to see how it would run the 737NG PMDG and it ran horrible compared to FS9. When in FS9 and locked on 20fps, I get 20 fps usually. Yet, if locked on 20 with FS2002, I get 13fps. Why? I'm runnning a:Gateway 2.26GHz, 80 GB Hard Drive, 768mb DDRAM, Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb.I'm looking to upgrade my computer to run top notch performance in FS9. Hey GuysAfter changing my system the PMDG runs now realy smooth! ;-)) but I had a problem activating the autothrottle ???? ( I transferred my whole FS to the new hard drive, copied the FS registry into the reg and off I went until I tried activating the autothrottle.Any ideas how to get set with this?

Question, how do you know if your aircraft is all coach or first/coach? I see there are 2 tabs for the 600 and 700 and for months, I have been loading them both with the same weight to make sure the ZFW I put into the FMC is correct. Thanks.

Hi there:I recently bought the pmdg 737NG and am thrilled. The only problem i have is actually finding sids and stars. I want to execute a short flight from ksan-kphx but I'm not sure of where I would find the names of the waypoints. I can see some of the waypoints on the default MS flight planner but I don't see all of them and i don't believe they are sids and stars. I'm not sure if any of this makes sense but i know how to program the FMC if I have available sids and stars. I guess my question is is their a program to view all the sids and stars between two locations? JamieThank You

Hello, I am currently having problems with the PMDG 737-700NG's FMC. Whenever i am entering the flight info, such as the airport that im taking off from, or the destination airport (e.g EGLL) the FMC says "not in database". Am i doing something wrong, or is there something that i have to do before it will recognize the airports.Thanks,Gary.

Hey,Soon with the 737-800/900 in our Aircraft Hangar where do you guys plan to take your first trips and what kind of flights will it be? I guess there a lot of different flight simulator fans out here.:) There are so many beautyful destinations in the world. For me the first flight goes from Berlin, Germany to Barcelona, Spain with Air Berlin. Why especially this route? Simply because I need enough time in Cruise to discover all the new features of the FMC and enjoy the approach with the TCASII :) with all the traffic inbound LEBL. Let

Gents - Just thought I would post two pretty nice pictures of the -800 VC over Flight Ontarios new Toronto/Ontario scenery. Looking down at the custom made buildings makes the fps drop quite significantly. Hi,A simple question for a real pilot or anyone else who knows - how does the rudder pedals work in a real a/c? What I mean is do you push the right or left pedal forward to turn right and vice versa?TIA,

I have two questions. 1. I see the 737 is listed for Windows XP only. Is XP required, or just strongly recommended? I understand the benefits of XP, but for various political reasons on the home front (my wife), XP is not in my immediate future.2.
