I am programming my FMC for a KAMA-KDEN flight and when setting up the approach to 35R, on one of the approach points, I get a 7000/9000 in red and I for the life of me cannot remember what that is indicative of. I tried looking through the manuals, but so many pages and hard to find the info I am looking for. Maybe some smart simmer can help me out???Thanks Lewis Block

I have been looking at all of the tweaks and fixes everybody recommends to repair and fix this problem. For someone who is not computer savvy, it is all greek to me. I can go into cfg and do some tweaks, but there are so many. Last night flying from kdfw to kord and doing an instrument approach and boom ran out of memory after a long flight. Is there some way a layman like me can tweak my computer so the VAS is not a problem. I have been reading posts from 7 years ago with this same sort of problem. I find it hard to believe that a fix has not been ""invented yet"" to get rid of the downloaded scenery etc. that was loaded at the start of the flight. I have built a …

No Rant intended, because I knew what I could expect after I decided to go for P3Dv2, and I am seriously considering the 744 when released ( I guess around August, just like the original Queen of the skies in 2006 :-) ), but heck! They're EXPENSIVE!!! The 777 base package sells for $135 ? I know it's a complex, and very enjoyable add-on ( had it for FSX ), but why that price ? Hello i got some problems with pmdg operation center when i prsses the button "livery downloader" on the menu i get this message "error downloading livery list" i have already downloaded the latest update of both the pmdg 737ngx base and operation center please help this issues is pissing me off specs: windows 8.1 RAM 16 GB Processor intel core i7-4700mq CPU @ 2.40 GHz Graphic card Nvida GeForce GTX 765M PS. this problem is for all aircrafts etc 777 and b737 Best regards Aske V. maybe wrong forum. I have installed and reinstalled 737ngx (latest) several times. I have the simconnect's installed. P3dv2.5 starts up fine with another plane but when I select PMDG 737's, the default, I get a black screen, no menu bar and P3d does nothing. I have to ctrl alt delete to task manager to shut down. Any clues. I have used the program activator program and I put serial in, it sits there, then disappears (it say activated but is it?) and p3d does nothing. I have a simconnect. xml in appdata-roaming LM; simconnect cfg and ini in Prepar3dv2 files in Documents. At a loss. Thanks for any advice. Bob

I have just downloaded the 747-400X. When opening the PMDG Operations Center it doesn't show the 747 as a choice. I have restarted the computer and have also validated the aircraft. The 747 operates as expected, but doesn't show as a choice in the Operations Center.

First off I admit that this might not be the ideal place to post this question but if there is a better location please let me know. I'm flying the PMDG 737NGX and I'm new and have a lot to learn. I've done the tutorials that were included and I'm now planning my own flight from EHAM to EGKK. Everything was going well until the entry of the arrival route. There is a link below. I'm landing at 26L I've entered TIMBA to MAY but there is a route discontinuity between MAY and CIL26. I have no idea what to enter next in the FMC to make a continuous route from MAY to CIL26. Hi everyone, I am about to download P3D v2.5 and already have v2.4 with the 777 200lr installed. This is merely to ask whether I can expect any known issues when installing the aircraft to v2.5 ? I am so pleased with v2.4 and the 777 that I do not want to break a fully functioning install. Jon

I don't know why but the inspector is not working correctly, maybe its the version or maybe there is something else. The problem I have is that after I place the values given in the guide and hit apply, the values revert back to where they where and then the [Antialiasing - behavior flags] option goes into [treat "Override any application settings" as "Application-controlled"]. I don't get it, can somebody help me?

I did scan/search the forums before writing this, so please don't pillory me too badly. BUT - after fighting with my new X55 controller, it seems like the best solution is to clear the controller from FSX, and use FSUIPC exclusively. After hearing all kinds of suggestions, including just plugging the controller in with no drivers and let FSX/FSUIPC find and use it (because of driver conflicts with both), and conflicts between FSUIPC and FSX settings, I'd rather just use FSUIPC only. Hello, I found several videos on youtube where you saw the reflection of the external lights (like the strobe lights) on the ground during daytime with the pmdg 737, but I can see them only at night. I know that there's an option for the pmdg 777 to do that, but I have searched in the 737's fmc options and found nothing. It would be great if someone could tell me how I can set it up like this.

Hello I'm a little annoyed. The processing of the ticket always takes too long. May be that the support is in a different time zone but e.g. for reactivations could yet offer a global support. This is not strictly a PMDG question but its probably the best place to ask and it does relate to PMDG's 777 kinda. Can anyone flies the 777 in real life or who has knowledge of it tell me if the Aivlasoft EFB program is similar to what you would get in a 777 with an EFB for the pilots. I know that PMDG don't model the EFB in the T7 and with very good reason so was wondering whether its a good substitute for what is in the real aircraft? If it isn't can someone tell me what functionality a real EFB gives to the pilots.

Hello all, did anyone of you bought a used DVD and how is your experience ? Does it always work or only sometime ? Do you get updates and can install them just as if you were the first owner ? As I read a few times, some (or all ?) companies will not allow to register in the forums for the 2nd user and not allow to get customer support. Hi, after a couple of month without playing fsx today i wanted to fly a bit.... fsx asks for activasion of the ngx (same happens with the 777) Im entering the right code (just copy it) ... see attached file Any idea how to fix that?

I also payed for one-day shipping, estimated delivery was the second of July. However, here we are on the six, with nothing shipped, and an order "processed".
